Excellent service, reasonable pricing, efficient with getting my vehicle back in three days. I took my Tahoe to Scrappy's, got a quote to cut out the passenger side wheel well, where a small amount began of rusting began. The quote was extremely reasonable. They told me three days, to cut it out, fabricate a new metal piece, grind it, primer and paint. In exactly the third day I was able to pickup my Tahoe at 4:30pm. My husband took his car here about 2 months ago. First time he took it here, Brian noticed there was below half a tank of gas in the car. So after charging us almost $400 he chalked up the reason why due to no gas. We knew it wasn't but he claimed it didn't sputter with him. So he charged us for labor but nothing was done to it. And he also never changed the oil and filter! We actually had to tell him the second time we went there to do the job he actually gets paid to do! Change the oil! He's supposed to write down to "check all fluids" and "change oil". But that's a given. And on top of that, whenever I tried to talk to him he ignored me! So because I'm a woman you're going to blatantly ignore me? I was put off by that. But I kept talking until he HAD to speak to me. And even then, he was rude AF. Anyway, the second time which was about a month ago, it sputtered again and the engine just died on us while we were on a busy street in Philly. So my husband took it there (again, after I told him not to) and this time Brian laughed and said "are you sure it's not the gas again?" I mean, what a dk. After charging us $400! He really shouldn't make fun of people. He's got problems too. I won't name them on here but he really should learn how to treat his customers nicer, especially since we're the ones paying his salary! But anyway, he said it was the wheel bearing this time. And he charged us another $700!! I don't know who Red and Fred is. I heard Red passed. I think they were the owners. My husband told me they were good people. But Brian is NOT them. I don't know who hired him but they need to FIRE him and NOW. He's not nice, his attitude is horrible and he looks down on people. So up to present time, we were riding along just now and the coolant light came on. But isn't Brian supposed to write down "check ALL the fluids"?? Yes he is, but he didn't. Fred and Red are two constant professionals. They can repair anything from a car to a tractor trailer. Even RV's. Do not let the location fool you, they are very good. I called Scrappys to have my car towed to get one small thing fixed. There tow truck driver got here, and mind you I live in an apartment complex, after I paid him cash I told him my son was sick upstairs and if he needed anything to call me or knock. A few hours goes by and my mechanic who is 5 minutes away from my house calls me and asks me where my Jeep is....so now I'm freaking out it's not at the apt and not at the shop...so I called Scrappys and the owner says oh your Jeep is on the way to the shop... the wench malfunctioned and your Jeep fell off the tow truck so we brought it here to fix it first and it fell into my NEIGHBORS car....instead of bringing it to my mechanic or calling me when it fell off so I could decide if I wanted to call the cops or whatever, they brought it back to their shop. Where they tried to fix what the broke without me knowing anything about it. They broke my driver door tried to paint over it broke the hood of my car to where it didn't open. Had a appraiser come out who couldn't even appraise my car right because THEY TEIED TO MAKE THE DAMAGE NONEXISTENT. just the body work on my car is 1500 dollars I sent the quote I got to their insurance and now after many emails texts calls I haven't gotten even a phone call back. So now what I'm being ignored????? I have kids and now my Jeep can't get fixed it anything because the insurance company doesn't want to do their job???
