Had a bit of an issue with a backup camera (mostly because I am particular and not because of their workmanship), went back about a week later, and one of the guys there helped me out and we found out a solution. Was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected, obviously. The people were nice, and employee I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, and overall I had a pretty good experience.
