All the recommendations we've received in the past have been spot on. But, we are creatures of habit that usually default to what we love: the spicy tuna salad with either the pepperoni pizza, a milanesa or the bacon burger. The ambiance of CRAFT Brickell is like every other CRAFT restaurant in South Florida: modern, clean, and most importantly, friendly with good service and approachable prices. When we don't feel like spending $150+ for dinner and want something simple, CRAFT is our go to! You simply can't beat the freshness and portions of food for the price! Please never change! All we have left to try so far is their bottomless brunch which looks promising considering how good their breakfast menu items are to begin with (LOVE the apocalyptic brunch plate). Continue doing your thing, CRAFT!

Ambiance was perfect for that, lots of seating inside and outside and it wasn't busy so it felt easy to settle in. Food was good, I got the Caesar salad but they have a good mix of options from brunch to burgers, pizza and drinks. Service was great and everything came out fast. I'd come back, probably try a different location next time for better parking.

Food Quality: We ordered burgers, which unfortunately were overcooked. My husband decided to send his back, and while the second attempt was better, it still didn't hit the mark. We also tried the fried chicken sandwich, which was decent but fell short of the excitement promised in the menu description. Hunger vs. Quality: I was too hungry to send my burger back, so I ended up with a well-done burger that lacked the juicy flavor I was hoping for. It's disappointing when you anticipate a delicious meal, only to have it miss the mark. Pricing: I also found the prices a bit steep, especially for the drinks. The juices felt overly expensive compared to the overall dining experience. In summary, while Cafe Americano has potential, my experience was just okay. The food quality and value didn't quite align with our expectations. I might consider giving it another try in the future, but I'd approach it with a bit more caution.

It's time to move to 10 stars, because Bistro Cafe, deserves a 10 OUT OF 10 Damnit!!!…read more When I tell you, this place is amazing, it's absolutely amazing, from the interior, to the staff, and the food! Just finished our 6 day anniversary cruise and my wife found this Bistro from the reviews. This was a brunch stop before hitting the airport. We started off with mimosas, my wife had the cotton candy mimosa and I had the margarita mimosa. Great way to start off, they were delicious! My wife order the French Toast with Scrambled Eggs & Diced Potatoes. I ordered the Chapulín Egg white omelette with pancakes...let me tell yall something..The BEST Omelette I have ever had you hear me. Huge shoutout to the chef! We loved the all the food, but I truly loved the omelette. When I come back to Miami, I'm calling yall ahead of time cause this was everything I needed! Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

The food was AMAZING! We definitely got a little carried away ordering because everything sounded so good, and for just my husband and me, our bill came to around $150. The portions were MUCH bigger than we expected, so I'd actually recommend ordering a little less than you think you need because you'll leave stuffed! That crème brûlée French toast was truly CHEF's KISSSSSSSSSSSSS! I would fly back just to have it again! The drinks were great too, but let me warn you... that Cotton Candy Mimosa is SWEET. Whew! If you have a serious sweet tooth, you'll absolutely love it. The atmosphere was such a vibe. The music was right up my alley, and the entire restaurant had such a fun energy. On top of that, our servers were phenomenal and made the experience even better. One piece of advice: get there EARLY. We arrived shortly after leaving our cruise and were seated without an issue, but while we were there, I heard people being quoted anywhere from a 30-minute wait to over an hour. If it's your last morning before heading home, that may not fit your schedule, but I can honestly say it's worth the wait. Amazing food, great service, fun atmosphere, and an experience we'll definitely be coming back for. Bistro's Cafe has earned a permanent spot on my Miami list!

Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the dishes were definitely the highlight of the experience. The service wasn't bad, but it could use a little improvement. It felt like things were moving a bit slower than expected at times. Nothing terrible, just something that could make the experience even better if it was a little more attentive. Overall, still a solid spot for good food and a great vibe.

Shoutout to the staff for making me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. I ordered the loaded hash browns, and the cheese was completely unmelted just sitting on top like an afterthought. For a spot that's built its brand around indulgent, over-the-top breakfast fare, the execution fell flat. I was expecting something gooey, loaded, and satisfying. What I got felt rushed and unfinished. The concept is fun and the vibe is great, but the kitchen needs to match the energy the front-of-house is bringing. Hoping this was an off day, because with service this good, the food really should be hitting differently. Would consider giving it another shot, but the loaded hash browns need some serious work before I'd recommend them.
