Stoped in on our trip and it was delicious. The beef empanada was my favorite. Tons of flavor!! The chicken was good too but not as good as the beef IMO! All of the crust is so flakey and soft. We also ordered the bacon & cheese but they gave us the ham instead. After releasing it and showing/asking them about it the girl at the desk tried telling us it was the bacon even though it clearly was not. Not a huge deal for us but kind of scary for people who have allergies. I believe they miss labeled it. Overall a great spot if you're craving a delicious empanada. Just tread lightly if you have allergies or diary restrictions.
I ordered the bacon and cheese empanada and was really disappointed--there was almost no flavor. The coffee was decent, though, and the service was friendly. Overall, I expected more from the food, but I do appreciate the welcoming staff. Clean environment.
Very flavorful and fresh. Quick service using, they are already ready in a case for you to order.
Stopped in after waking past this place earlier. I don't really like this kind of food and decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The food was delicious. I never had empanadas like this in California.
Bastante bien!
Sometimes you just need something familiar easy and cheap to get you through the next few hours. Sometimes those wishes come true in the form of empanadas. Delicious fillings stuffed inside bread and baked to be eaten warm. The empanadas does a good job with all of this and does it quickly and for not as much money as you would probably spend anywhere else in downtown. $4 for an empanada, while not earth shattering is reasonable in todays expensive world. And the empanadas were good. Not good enough to take home to your abuela. But good enough for right now.
Tasty quite bite for dinner after traveling all day. We got the 6 pack of empanadas - cheesy pampas was our favorite. Would love to see more sauces included and staff recommendations on fave menu items!
WOW! These empanadas are AMAZING. They have a variety of options (Savory or Sweet). They also have coffee, sandwiches and other dessert options. Chic little spot to have breakfast, lunch or a snack! Must try in Miami.
This was the best empanada. It's all I ate this trip and I STILL have this empanada in my head. I'm so sad I couldn't get more because it was out of the way in our trip. The service was delightful, she was so helpful the entire time. I had so many questions and it was nice to know someone was happy to answer. The cafe is so clean and bright. I loved it! Love knowing I don't have to wipe down anything. If I'm ever in Miami I'll be here!
I love the empanadas here, probably the best I've ever had! We tried the beef, chicken, and guava with cheese, and each one was delicious. I like that they put what kind of flavor on the front part of the empanada, i thought that was a nice touch. This was a takeout order, and delivery was quick. I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!
Flavorful empanadas Argentinan owned love the stamp on the empanadas a variety of empanadas freshly baked never frozen Delivery or pickup available 4 locations in Florida Unique selection of More than 25 flavors *Traditional *Vegan *Specialty *Signature *Sweet Coffee cafe con leche or juice selection Sandwiches sweet berrines ice cream and drinks available Customer service was excellent
If you are looking for near perfect empanadas, you need to eat here asap! We were shocked by how phenomenal the empanadas were, the filling wasn't dry and the dough was cooked to perfection -nice and flaky without cracking. There were so many fun and unique options to pick from which made our experience enjoyable. I would gladly reorder the four empanadas I got to enjoy again! I am so disappointed that I don't live closer because I would be going here all the time! Here are the flavors we ordered: - Spicy Beef - Pulled Pork with Mango BBQ - Salmon Philly - The Knife Cut Beef Check out @hangry_detroiter for more foodie finds.
Walking from the Brightline station to Bayfront Park I was starving and happy to see The Empanadas along the way. The first thing that was obvious was how clean the location is. You order at the counter and can takeout or sit at one of the handful of tables or the counter. I ordered two empanadas, spicy chicken and sweet corn. Both were stuffed full. They had a good variety of savory as well as sweet empanadas. They also had pastries and different coffee drinks. Service was pleasant and attentive. My empanadas were served warm and quickly. Prices were reasonable for Miami. read more

I came here because they are usually attentive as soon as you walk in. They are always ready for you to order and I wanted a quick snack. I ordered the spicy chicken empanada which was fresh and hot. Along with an iced strawberry matcha which was delicious. This was my first time having it and I was very pleased that the combination went together well. There's a couple of seats and it's not noisy. Also, additional seating outside you'll just have to look for parking street parking or pick up and grab. read more

Stopped in quick after class one day & got a Spinach Empanada. Not only was it piping hot but the flavor was great. Rich cream sauce, plenty of spinach & surprisingly a hard boiled egg in it! Had never encountered that before but was not mad at it at all. Would 100% come back for more! read more

The last 7 times I have gone to Miami I have made time to stop here. This is by far my favorite empanada place and the prices are great! Miami can be so expensive so it's nice to have a cheaper alternative. There is no parking but you can park along the next street. One time I ordered a dozen to go and it came in a donut box! I get the chicken and it's very juicy and flavorful. In the past I have ordered the apple pie and...yum. The staff is always very friendly and service is good! read more

Como amo las empanadas... My boyfriend and I got the buy 6 get 7 empanadas deal that other night. We order the Malbec beef, ham and cheese, chicken and cream, cheese, spinach, caprese and the dulce de leche one. They were all freshly made so we waited a quick 10 minutes for them. They were all delicious and my personal favorite was the Malbec beef, while my boyfriend's was the cheese one. The service is quick and kind. The place has a nice ambience but it is meant for you to order and take the empanadas home. Still it was very clean. Also it has some products that I loved to see there like chimichurri, chocotorta and alfajores de maicena, so good. read more

Empanadas are definitely something I look for when I go down to Miami. Place was clean inside. The music was good, it had some nice edm beats. Empanadas particularly the savory ones were not my favorite though. The spicy chicken was not that spicy and wasn't a fan of the filing. Their all cheese one was okay. Husband did not like his savory empanadas either. They charge extra for hot sauce. I tried the habanero sauce and it was not spicy either. I will admit, the one empanada I did like from here is the dulce de leche empanada. I personally wouldn't come back to here for the savory empanadas but the dulce de leche one was very good! I did not try their coffee so cannot comment on it. Overall 3.5 but will round up to 4 just for the dulce de leche empanada! read more

We had the gourmet beef empanada, and OJ. My god, that empanada was the best I've ever had. I also had an Oreo one but it was too sweet for me. The OJ tasted fresh squeezed. The overall atmosphere as amazing. Would return read more

This place is at the heart of downtown Miami. I saw this place since it is close to the hotel that we are staying at. Atmosphere: very warm, and plenty of seating for everyone. Food: it is very delicious, and I just came from South America so it is definitely comparable Service: quick and efficient, they will bring the food to your table. The line may looked long, but you are most likely going to be waiting less than five minutes before getting your food. My favorite was the Malbec beef and chicken n cream! Highly recommend them! I will definitely be returning when I go back to Miami. read more

Yes! An Empanada spot! First let Me say the service is great here . Frederico, I believe his name is, has such a great vibe, great smile and makes you feel welcomed! This place has all types of empanada choice which I love. Even sweet empanadas! My favorite was Patagonia Sea Shrimps, it was very flavorful! I would def go back it get it again. I was recommended the dulce du leche. Delish! I would probably try the brownie Nutella empanada next time, because I love texture in mine. They also make fresh OJ, expresso and lattes. All the empanadas were really good. When I go I cannot just get one. I leave with 5 empanadas! Can't wait to visit again. It's one of those spots where you want to try everything on the menu. read more

The food was delicious. It takes a bit of time to make the food, which the cashier let me know. The chef was very friendly but cashier wasn't nice. I'd come back for the food! read more
They have a lot of variety and their empanadas have good filling. Also, it says right on the empanada what flavor it is. I got chicken, the pork one, and guava. The guava one had cream cheese in it, which was a surprise. I think it hit the spot. Don't go at the end of the day, not enough selection! read more

They brought out the food with the receipt saying CHINA because I'm asian. I asked what that is to the girl at the register and she said that it's my name. I told her that is not my name and this guy in the picture said that's just a nickname. I wanted to talk to the manager and he said there is no manager. I was adamant about talking to the manager and he actually brought the manager who were sitting there the whole time. The manager was saying that his worker did it so that they can pass it to the right person. Still didn't understand why it's WRONG to call me China. I gave all the food back and got refunded. Just wasted my time to these ridiculous racists. read more
