I am a big fan of this place. I like that they have so many options that revolve that can make healthy eating easier. Some of the options are not very macro friendly so I definitely recommend looking into it if that is your preference or goal. The employees are all very nice and helpful. There is space there to heat your food up right away and eat it. They have microwaves. read more

Ideal Nutrition - Health Markets Near Me - Miami, Florida

Since working an event with Miramar's location, I have been buying these WEEKLY. I wish you guys had a location more south but for now this will do. The people working are all very friendly. The location is quite big and it's usually a great ambiance in there. People are on the go, food is always really good and I just absolutely fell in love. I love what you guys do. read more

Game changer. I've been searching for a meal prep/ food deli every company for a while. Most are over priced so I gave up. A friend recommended ideal nutrition and I've been so grateful. I like to follow a keto diet, although they don't have many options for keto, what they do have is delicious. Easy to place an online order, fast service (my order was ready for pickup immediately after I placed it). The meals appear to be small, when you spread them out on a plate it's much more appealing. The store is a cool concept. Refrigerator full of prepped food, snacks such as protein, chips, protein bars, and energy drinks. . So glad I found this place! read more

A great addition to downtown Miami! It is so quick and easy to grab something when you are short on time, and also have a microwave and some tables in case you prefer to just eat there. I pass by sometimes after walking my dog to grab something and it is never a long wait, quick service to pay, and very easy to find what you are looking for. I have tried several different ones and they are pretty good and the portions are just right. I appreciate all the nutritional information being so readily available on each package, and feel like this place is a great, healthy and affordable choice for us in the area! read more

I was beyond excited to see that they opened a location in Miami the same week I moved back down to Miami! They not only create delicious tasting foods that only need to be reheated for 2 minutes but they are portioned out and calorie conscious to ensure you're not only having a delectable meal but also becoming a better version of yourself in the process! They also do Vegan, Keto, and Paleo. They definitely try and look out for everyone! Their weekly subscription is definitely the way to go. For as little as $84 a week, you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner delivered directly to your door! This all depends on the amount of meals you want of course and it doesn't have to be breakfast, lunch and dinner either. You can mix and match and make your own menu! At work when they deliver? No worries! They supply chilled storage with ice packs so it survives till you get home. I never thought being healthy could taste this good and be this easy! They're customer service is definitely top notch as well as they are there to help you with any issues you might encounter when you first start up and throughout your subscription as well. Not down for the subscription? You can always put in a one time order and try them out for a week or two before signing up. No obligation at all and trust me when I say, you'll definitely save money! I barley have time to cook between work and school so I was constantly eating out and just throwing away money basically while eating mostly fast food. Not with Ideal Nutrition. I'm still eating amazing food but for quarter of what I usually spend a week and being more health conscious along the way. Looking for a meal plan that fits your chaotic life style without adding extra stress to the mayhem? Look no further! Best decision EVER! read more

They've got good variety for everyone's taste. The tipping option should be removed in-store since it's a self serve store. Thanks

I have visited the downtown pick up. I think it's really easy and convenient to get meals for the week. The price is phenomenal. I especially love the shrimp scampi. Delish! 10% off for teachers too. Can't beat that! read more

I got several meals delivered from here to take a break from cooking. The meals were affordable, well packaged, and surprisingly delicious. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. The paleo meatballs with chimichurri were a standout for me. They were juicy and so flavorful! I wasn't expecting that, considering I reheated them in the microwave. I highly recommend it. read more

Was looking for quick easy smart healthy meals for my husband who is type 2 diabetic. This place knocked it out the park! His numbers have been stable and actually marginally lower than when at home. Meals are ready to eat in 2 minutes with a microwave and I loved how certain veggies were kept in their raw state SO THEY DIDNT LOOSE nutritional value! I wish there was one near us just south of Atlanta... I would be there all the time. And the price point was very helpful and affordable for a service like this. He's enjoyed all but one meal out of 21 so far.big hit! For those looking to maintain their lideal nutrition" thank you for existing and actually being of service!
