I think they are a great price for $4 each and they give you a great discount if you're a student. They have sweet and savory empanadas and some delicious sauces to pair with your empanadas. We went a little crazy when we got here. We ordered 7 empanadas meant to order 8 of them but forgot the 4 cheese. Which was fine they're really filling and so good! Got one of each vegan one and all the savory vegetarian ones And one apple pie every single one was great. We also got the chimichuri sauce and the habanero sauce and two ginger shots. The ginger shots were strong. Not very tasty but they're all natural so I'm sure they're very good for you. The sauces were good too the habanero isn't very spicy but still tasty. The empanadas are well done and the whole concept with the different flavors and styles makes it an interesting experience which I've only had before in couple of places, both non existent anymore regrettably. Mind you, it's expensive in my opinion. It's nice to try but not something I would go for every single time because for the same price I feel I could be having way more food with similar or better quality somewhere else. The service is nice, they were being helpful and patient while we were checking the multiple options of the menu. The ambiance is nice. I went here last week because I noticed they just opened. There was only one lady at the counter and she was on the phone. I never Been here before so i took my time to look at the menu as she stayed on the phone for about 5 to 10 minutes. As i was waiting a friend had called me so I picked up my phone and she yelled at me that she'll only be one more minute. I told her I was on the phone and not rushing her.As time passed I was still on the phone and she said again that she told me it will only be one more minute. She said that with a nasty attitude so I said back that I am on the phone and I am not talking to her and that I have been waiting. A minute later she yells at me, disrespectfully, that I am being too loud and she cannot hear what the person is saying on the phone. I understand I can have a loud voice due to me being italian, but there is no way that I could have been that loud and she could have told me politely and I would've stepped outside. I left with out being able to place an order. Today I have went back to try it out and give this place one more shot. That lady was not at the counter working today. The other employees were really nice and the place was really clean. The food and all was really good and I have mentioned that disrespectful lady to the employees.
