I've been searching for a place in Schaumburg for eyelash extensions. Glad to have found a place…read morethat is close by. Location: It's on the Schaumburg and Roselle, close to Lou Malnati's. Parking: No issues finding parking. It's free parking in the lot. Costs: The costs range from $100+ for your initial eyelashes, varies depending on the type of lashes you select. The cost is less if you want an eyelash perm and less for fillers (~$70+). Availability / Ease of Appointment: I'd recommend calling/email if you have questions and booking via her website. The overall process is easy. The place is shared by different vendors (ie. hair, nails etc) and the spa area which also includes eyelashes is located upstairs once you get into the store. The eyelashes are done in a room upstairs with a comfortable chair that reclines. Claudia is the sweetest and takes her time to ensure that the lashes are looking good. I conversed with her while getting my lashes done but she's open to having you just listen to music, listen to your podcast etc if you want to bring earbuds or fall asleep etc. She also provides advice on how to take care of the lashes and is available via text if you have questions on the lashes. My lashes are straight and short so typically it looks good the 1st day or so but loses its curls easily, maybe from warm showers. However, the lashes have not been falling out easily due to taking her advice on taking care of the lashes. I'd go back to Claudia to get my lashes done but just need to figure out how to keep the curls for a longer time period. :)

So it's been since 2019 since I came here. I wanted to go back to a pixie. I had a great experience…read morewith Katie and Paige. I appreciated their honesty with me about my color. My hair was brassy when I arrived. I got it toned and Katie spent an amazing amount of time cutting my pixie. I so appreciate that. I felt so pretty when I left. I will definitely be back.

I've been here twice. First time was for full highlights. The consultation was great and I was…read moregiven the price for my service which included some lowlights too. The stylist was clear that she had to finish by a certain time for a dentist appointment so the whole experience, that I usually look forward to, felt rushed. I said I wanted to be "bright" I came in at a level 9. I left at level 7. The toner was way too dark. But I'm the person to say "it looks great" even when I don't mean it. I didn't realize that with a $250 color service, the blowout was not included. I have NEVER paid extra to have my hair dried but I had an event so I paid about $48 just for that. A haircut would have been $50 something on top of that. I paid in total over $300 without a haircut. But I made another appointment anyway. Not that the stylist was warm and friendly, she was all business, but because I didn't have anyone else to go to and I travel a lot for work. The second time I made a mistake on the date of my appointment and I was grateful I was able to get in the following day. The stylist asked if everything was ok from last time and I said yes, but I'd like to be brighter. Well, I came out with an even darker mushroomy color. I paid an extra $30 to have oleplex added to my bleach also. I did not opt for the full blowout, just a quick dry to see the color. I left the salon with frizzy dull hair in an unattractive color. I cried on the way home. Luckily, my daughter who is in cosmetology school was home and was able to remove the way too dark toner and magically give me the bright blonde I originally wanted. Overall, the salon services are waaaay overpriced. It's definitely quantity of customers over quality.
