It's been very difficult to find a new eyebrow spot since my last lady left. Vivian didn't even say hi or try to make conversation. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my eyebrows to look like, and they came out nothing like the picture. Ugh. So disappointed, don't waste your money. read more

First time here, tried them out because of the awesome reviews! Loved it! I will be returning back to see Bea, she made me feel comfortable. A total upgrade from where I used to go. My eyebrows have some sass and life brought back to them. She offered me some great tips and recommendations for make up. Worth trying out! read more

Where Ulta fails, the Benefit BrowBar at Macy's 100% succeeds! I grew tired of Ulta's BrowBar being overbooked and inconvenient to the point that I looked up alternate BrowBar locations. I called to book my appointment on Monday, June 11, and the best Ulta in Arlington Hts could do for me was an appointment at 6pm on Friday, June 22. I called Macy's immediately afterwards and they scheduled me for Tuesday, June 12 at 10am! I am never wasting my time with Ulta again. The Benefit rep at Macy's did an amazing job with my eyebrows, and these arches are BOSS. I'm walking around like Lauren Bacall and LOVING it. Thank you, Macy's! read more

Pam was amazing! She's so sweet and personable. My daughter and I needed our eyebrows done for an event tomorrow. Benefit BrowBar in Macy's was open to accommodate. Although they closed at 6:30, Pam took both of us and didn't rush through. She took her time and got to know us while shaping our brows. I'm very pleased with her work and her customer service. We booked future appointments. Thank you Pam! read more

Bea is the brow goddess! I first stopped in before Christmas while we were shopping and she fixed up my brows and I was super impressed. Since then I have had them done by her a handful of times and love her work enough that I brought my Mom in today to have her brows done. This was my Moms very first time ever having her eyebrows professionally waxed/shaped and the glow on her face when Bea was finished could not of made me happier! We will both be going back for sure, Bea's a doll! read more

Go to Pam!! She has helped me bring my brows back to life lol! I had been getting them threaded and waxed at various places for so long, my real shape was gone and my brows had gotten so thin. She mapped them out to bring my natural shape back and they've grown in so much and the shape is great! She's super sweet, she listens to what you want and she genuinely cares and is passionate about what she does! I'll never go to anyone else! read more

Had my brows done here at Christmas and the girl did a very good job. We walked in the day after Christmas, got on a list, only waited about 10 minutes and the process took about 10 more. The girl who did my brows was attentive, asked what I was looking for and really took her time and was extremely friendly & professional. I'll be back for sure!! read more

Nothing is worse than going to get you're eyebrows done, and getting them done horribly. Either too thin, too short, too around, but the worst case scenario for me was that not only were they think and short, they were also just straight lines!!! So I had decided to grow my eyebrows for about two months to rescue them from the horrible disaster that had happened in that eyebrow threading appointment. I finally grew them out, but this time I was so nervous too find someone that could do my brows! However I HAD TO get my brows done due to having an important event with models and photoshoots, after all, I am a makeup artists and MY BROWS HAVE TO BE ON POINT! I was asking around, and had been told that Benefit had the best eyebrow godmothers. PAMELA WAS AMAZING !! She mapped out my brows literally to how she would end up waxing them. She finished shaping my brows the exact way that I like them done, perfect arch and fullness in my case ! She was so friendly and sweet ! I recommend her 100% she will talk to her clients, interact, and most importantly, listen to her clients! She is now my official brow godmother and I couldn't be happier ! read more

I'll be honest, my confidence level hasn't been amazing lately but the ladies at Benefit Brow Bar made me feel so beautiful! I've always gotten my brows threaded but Nancy has convinced me to never go back. I've also always been been a generic, store brand, whatever is cheap makeup type of girl.. not only did I get a lovely new brow shape, but I was actually taught how to do my makeup the RIGHT way. My horrible, naturally dry skin that's blessed with rosacea now looks glowing and even and... normal! I don't look like I have layers and layers of makeup on.. and I dont. Thank you ladies for everything! :) read more

I saw Nina for my brows at benefit woodfield once ,she did a horrible job !!! she Burned my skin off and left me with half a brow ! She BARLEY speaks/understands English .I DONT recommened her to anyone. Then one of my friends asked me to see another girl in the same location ,her name is NANCY ! Honestly I have to say that she is the best of all who worked there ! She is Beautiful ,super friendly , has a great personality and she is perfectionist and very professional !! She knows what she is doing . she re-shaped my brows the way I want it ,tought me how to fill them in ,she is great in makeup to .i had a wonderful experience with Nancy .she made me feel good twice already.i recommend for everyone to go and see her ! Someone you definitely trust for your brows . read more

Jacqueline did a great job on my brows today. I was very impressed and will be going back from now on.

Have gotten my eyebrows done here by Kristen many times and they have always turned out wonderful. Went today for a walk in and someone else did my brows and they turned out two completely different shapes and she was very unwilling to fix them. Incredibly disappointed with how my brows turned out. read more

The BrowBar at Macy's is absolutely fantastic! Pam has done my brows twice and she is amazing! My brows always look perfect when I leave! She is also a joy to talk to and she will brighten your day! Pam is wonderful and I consider myself one of her loyal customers! read more

I've been getting my brows done by Nina for about 7 months and I have NEVER had an issue. I came here about 2 years ago and the lady that waxed my brows took almost all of my hair off and it still hasn't fully grown back. So when I went back I was happy that Nina knew what she was doing. She listened to my concerns and gave me perfect brows, she's very sweet and overall a nice lady. I even told my friend about her and shes been going to Nina for about 3 months and her brows look awesome everytime. The reason for 2 stars is because when my friend and I went in for a april waxing appointment we were told that Nina wasn't going to be there for a while she was on leave, so I was already skeptical about getting my brows done and trusting someone else to do them but considering my friend and I's brows really needed to be waxed we decided to let the girl do them. I believe the girls name was Juliana and although she was very nice she messed my brows completely up as well as my friends. Normally when Nina would do our brows she would show us what they looked liked before she filled them in and Juliana didn't do that which should have been a red flag. At first glance my friend and I's brows looked ok but after we paid and got in the car we looked even closer and both of ours were completely BOTCHED!!! My brows looked the same as they did before I walked in, she took to much hair off my bad brow now there's a patch missing. She completely reshaped my brows in an unflattering shape and messed up the work that Nina had previously done. My friends browns were two different shapes and she made them incredibly thin. Now I know why she didn't show us our brows when they were not filled in because she messed them up (and if you ask me she didn't even fill my brows in that well,I could do better and I'm not even a professional). IM SO MAD that I paid $21 for this service. I wish I would have said something right then and there and I could have gotten my money back but oh well. When I got home I had to shave and tweez hairs because she missed huge patches on both of my eyes. I didn't pay you $21 for me to have to go home and do your job. All I know is that my friend and I will not be given benefit brow bar in woodfield mall our services until Nina is back. Another thing I would like to point out, I think they got new workers because out of the months I have been going there I have never seen these girls before. While I was getting my brows done my friend was waiting in the chair across from me (mind you it wasn't busy) and this girl asked if she could get her brows done so one of the other brow specialist went to my friend and said "You need move I need to use this chair" um excuse me we're paying customers theres no need to be rude, she didn't even offer my friend any where else to sit, so she had to stand the whole time I was getting my brows done. The only good thing I can say about my visit is that the lady Anita (I believe that was her name) she was very sweet and nice. My friend was having problems paying with her card and she figured out the issue and was very friendly. She even greeted us with a smile she just seemed happy to be there so that was refreshing. Overall my friend and I's expirence was bad one, so unless you want messed up brows or until Nina comes back, find somewhere else to go read more

ok, so i am totally won over by Benefit Cosmetics that i had to write a review! they have so many great products and a lot of little tricks to hide small and large flaws and imperfections. i also had to apply for a job there as well. i must say that many of their products are simply amazing......... modern makeup magic if i must say. such a wide variety of products that i almost bought the whole darn counter. you will never find anything like their cosmetics!!! and they have the cutest names as well. and as for the explanation of the products...... well, they are the most clever and fun that i have ever heard (they describe Highbeam as "supermodel in a bottle" and Hoola as "Barbados in a box"). how stinkin' cute is this line??? and they also give free makeup lessons too!!!! i couldn't be more impressed with this line. go to macy's in schamburg at woodfield mall, you won't be disappointed!! in fact they can be found at any macy's location. read more
