I was very happy with the service until my screen cracked from a very light touch in May of 2026. I was puzzled that a simple touch to the screen would crack it so easily. After the initial repair, I have always been very mindful of how I interact with my computer, as I work from home and need my computer on a day to day basis. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." I told them that it is really bad business to insist that a customer is lying, and that I refused to pay $350 again to only be faced with the same issue in 4 months.
