I went to the register to buy chair and they said there was four color choices. I picked black. They brought the chair and started to ring it up and told me they didn't have black and was gonna give me blue. I went home and ordered it a couple of days later on line to pick at the store. I was on my way to get it and got a message that it was cancelled. I called the store and they said the money would go back on my card in three or four days.

Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.

I browsed computers- mine is getting old- and they had a small selection, with pretty good prices. There's the usual office supplies; I've been in for them before and I remember things being good, but I didn't get much this time. Just a ream of paper. Price was reasonable. No one came up and asked if I needed anything, but at least checkout was efficient.

Today: school supplies. Some on sale, they had most of what we needed, and service was good, in store and at the counter. Moderately busy on a Friday morning. Nice clean open store, easy to find stuff, loads of office stuff and some specific school displays. In and out quickly. So disappointed in this small business because I really wanted to have a good experience with them…read morebut sadly I didn't. My experience started off promising but went downhill from there. I took in my Apple MacBook Pro with a cracked screen. A blind man could clearly see the screen was cracked so no issue there. Fast forward three days later and they do not have the part, do not have the ability to get the part and can't fix the laptop. Fine, I'll come pick it up. They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! I attached my receipt where it clearly says $0 so how they believe that I am going to let them get away with cheating me out of $75 is baffling. They bait you in with a guaranteed repair and when they can't deliver by no fault of yours they try to keep $75. He offered to reduce it to.$50. Um $50 for what sir? You lied and then did nothing. $50 for a lie, is that how much lies cost now? I'm disputing the charge with my bank and don't buy into whatever response this company makes regarding my review. They scammed me so they have to try to save face but believe nothing they say. RUN RUN FAR AWAY from Tech Fix or your hard earned money and your vulnerabilities will be taken advantage of.
