Technician Fred (Abante): rude fellow with poor knowledge. This time we had a back up in the…read moresystem, but could not be in person present during Fed's visit. So, he left the service incomplete - removed the roots ( he claims) but did not run the camera, so it is still unclear if there is a damage in the pipe. Instead of running the camera, Fred demands that we have him do the rooting every 6 months! It is absurd - over the last 15 years, the system needed snaking only twice: removing roots ca 2012, and removing a deep-sitting hairball in 2023. Last check up was in Aug 2024, and everything was fine with the system. Fred charged $395 just to run a snake tool! Very unsatisfactory service. The company was better before, but now, go with somebody else.

When I called the phone provided on Yelp, I was told to call another number (for Jose) to get ahold of the right person, who did not answer initially. When he finally came over, he was able to give a reasonable estimate (much lower than I was quoted via Yelp projects), and he did about 75% of the work I requested. The only thing that remained was installing the bath vent fan which I needed to get a slimmer-fit model. I even generously offered to pay him for the days work ($350 out of $500), which he accepted. We agreed on him coming Friday 8/14 to finish. However that morning, he DID NOT RESPOND to any of my calls or text messages. I did not get a response until the next day (8/15) during which he did not apologize and did not set another day/time in which he would come over. Moreover, one of the light switches he installed kept flickering incessantly, and needs to be fixed. Because there have been so many challenges in getting ahold of this guy, I am giving him 1 star. I dont understand how someone who regularly ghosts customers has 5-star reviews.

The guy went under our house and took a bunch of pictures then came out and showed us the same rusty leaking water pipes the pest guy showed us.
