Our sewage ejector pump quit working which took out our laundry and bathroom. I called and they were here in less than an hour. Fixed it and explained the issue. Worked with me on the price based on what was actually done. Great service. Highly recommend. Location - El Cerrito read more

Highly recommend Pacific Drain. I had a busted hot water hose that flooded half my kitchen. They were able to get a guy over that night to look at it. It turned out I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. I ordered one from Home Depot, and the next day Marco returned to install it. Marco is very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He finished the installation in 15 minutes. We parted saying we hoped to not have to meet again, but if I wind up needing a plumber, I would hope to see Marco. Location: Pinole. read more

Nasir Jalil and his coworker did several different jobs at once in a short amount of time: found and fixed a leak and stopped an annoying rattling sound under the house. They even reduced the price from the previous estimate. They are reliable and excellent. read more

Nasir is AWESOME! Once we got our schedules lined up he was able to squeeze us in earlier than we had agreed upon. Not only did he fix our clogged kitchen sink (first time ever getting a clog in 45 years) but showed us why (broken disposal unit) and how to keep good plumbing. If you want a fast, knowledgeable plumber who talks to you like a person not just a client, Nasir is your guy! Highly recommend. Would call again. read more

Had a toy in toilet emergency. Nasir said he'd fit me in. He came in a few hours to my house with a new intern. All I can say is I'm so very grateful to have this man in my contacts and on speed dial! LOL! He literally was in the house for just a few minutes and fixed the clog. He's so professional, very knowledgeable, super courteous(he always puts on booties before he enters my house!), and ridiculously fast! I will never call another plumber for any big or small problems I have with my plumbing. read more

I very rarely give a five star review, but these guys deserve it. Nasir quickly came to look at our job (bathroom sink replacement) and was on time - which seems to be more rare these days. He was professional, and courteously friendly, and spent time to look at what we needed. He explained our various options and answered all our questions. We are putting off the job for now, but when ready to move forward, this is the person we will hire. I'm so glad a neighbor recommended Pacific drain and Rooter. read more

After a Saturday disappointment with a drain rooter service, I called Pacific Drain first thing on Monday and scored a Tuesday appointment for the early afternoon. Nazim is everything one could want on a plumbing rescue! He not only remembered an earlier visit that had to have been at least a couple of years ago, he and his assistant had the hair and soap ick cleared out quickly and with a minimum of fuss and mess. I asked Nazim if he had time to look at another drain, by way of a proactive measure, but he had other visits to make and was on his way. On, Comet! on Cupid! on, Donder and Blitzen! (Sorry, got carried away.) read more

A few months ago, Nasir and his partner went far and beyond excellent toilet service. He came one day, suggested l get a new toilet instead (for the same amount to fix on the old one). He helped me pick one out, counseling me on the pros and cons of different makes and models. He went and picked it up and installed it all the next day. Both workers were very congenial and professional and they are now my go-to plumbers. read more

Just had Nasir and his brother out today for an emergency clearing of my blocked sewer line. I called at about 8:40 am and they were here by 11:20 am and done by 11:50 am. Quick, efficient and at a reasonable price. Pacific Drain should be your first call if you have a blocked drain. read more

Nasir is awesome! We had a broken pipe in the bathroom that was leaking through the wall and backing up the sink. Nasir came out the next day, quickly assessed the issue and came up with a cost effective and efficient solution that saved us $1,000 compared to other quotes we got. He was honest, punctual, professional, a great communicator and did quality work that fit our budget. He ended up doing additional repairs day-of to replace the sink faucet and valves and still stayed within budget. Thank you Nasir! read more

I had contacted Nasir to help find the source of a leak. A leak detection company had come in earlier and mentioned that there was a leak in the drain pipe but could not isolate the location of the leak. Nasir was able to identify the exact location of the leak in 20 mins and even fixed the leak later in the afternoon for half the price the leak detection company charged to incorrectly detect the leak. He also gave me good recommendations on remediation companies to contact for the water damage. He will definitely be my go to guy for plumbing work in the future. read more

Nasir was great to work with. He replaced our very old bathtub fixtures, explained our options, shopped for the right parts, was knowledgeable and thorough, and even helped us save money. I would recommend him to others read more

Nasir was super helpful in helping me address a leak coming from my shower faucet. He helped me over the phone and was very responsive to texts as he walked me through how to fix the issue. Will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs and would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing service! read more

I have been looking for an excellent plumber since I moved to Ca 7 years ago! I finally found my person! Nasir was great. Well masked and covid aware. Friendly ,easy to talk to , and he listened which saved him time on the job and me a mess .. his assistant Ben was equally good! Pacific Drain Inc. was the only plumber I could actually call and not just leave a message and he answered his phone while under a sink he asked if he could call me back , which he did promptly ! From all plumbers listed on Yelp that I messaged ,with 4-5 stars , Nasir was the most responsive and came The day after I called and did not have to waste my time or his with a FREE estimate! He quoted a price and stuck to it ,based on my description of the problem! And was the most reasonably priced by far!!! He FIXED my slow kitchen drain in 10 minutes . No need for a whole house plumbing evaluations that I was offered or a $79 fee for that! He listened to the sink history and what I had already done and went straight for the problem outside to the trap! Done ! I asked him how to try to prevent this from happening every 2 years. He offered good suggestions. I asked some other questions and he had very good answers . He could have easily gone for the $400 job I asked about but said instead , that that can wait , no problem! read more

Nasir and B were top of the line. They had the most reasonable quote, responded to my call immediately, and came right on time! In fact, I was late! I was leaving the grocery store. They patiently waited about 5-10 mins for me, and the moment I got home, they got to work. No small talk, just problem solving. In our home, we remove shoes, and no questions asked, they were putting their boot covers on out of courtesy. Also to they wore their masks. They were in done in 30 mins! I also appreciated how they inform you about how the problem could have happened. Will definitely call them for.future.plumbing issues. read more

Nasir was very nice to work with, came by to give an estimate and set up installation. It is great that he has a van stocked with all of the plumbing needs, no running back and forth to hardware store. We needed the water supply shut-off to the house replaced, plus install garbage disposal, hot water dispenser and kitchen faucet. Nasir did a very neat installation and everything looks great. Another bonus is that he comes with a mask and puts on show covers before entering your home. We highly recommend Nasir for your plumbing needs. read more

Pacific Drain & Rooter Service - Plumbing Near Me - El Sobrante, California

What an incredible blessing and pleasure it was to have Nasir and his crew come out to our apartment just now! He answered the phone when I called, I got 2 estimate costs over the phone, he was able to see me 2 hrs ahead of the initial time estimate. Incredibly professional, friendly, courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful! They covered their shoes before entering our apartment; i had just put our baby for a nap, I let them know, and they worked in 2 bathrooms without our baby waking up! Here I thought our sewer line was badly backed up. Nasir is so knowledgable, after a thorough inspection he knew what was up! He determined the issue wasn't as serious as I was sure it was! He pulled out a few feet of hair just down the sink drains, and he so generously slashed the cost of service to appropriately match the services performed. THANK YOU NASIR & Pacific Drain & Rooter Service! You are appreciated, deserving of 10-stars, and well earned PERFECT RATING on Yelp! I know all the people and families you service are beyond fortunate to have you show up at their doors! read more

Pacific Drain & Rooter Service - So grateful I found a knowledgeable and honest plumber! Thank you, Nasir! - Plumbing Near Me - El Sobrante, California

My tenant reached out to me yesterday evening to let me know they were having drain issues and there was water overflowing down the driveway. I texted Nassir and his company late evening (after business hours) about having him go check out the issue when he had an appt available. Nassir replied first thing in the morning and stated he had a full day and needed to be in Oakland like within the hour but would squeeze us in this morning. He went to the property and he fixed the issue. Called me to update me with his findings. Excellent service and professionalism. The fact that he managed to put us in his calendar the very last minute to not only assess but also fix the sewer issue blew my mind. This is your guy for any plumbing and/or rooter services! read more

Nasir, the owner/operator of Pacific Drain, has always provided amazing responsiveness, great service, and reasonable prices. He has helped me solve a problem with aDYI job I screwed up and has been keeping our 100-year-old plumbing flowing well for the last ten years. In an era of flakey service and general incompetence, Pacific Drain stands out for their intelligence and integrity. Pacific Drain is my first choice, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for YOUR plumbing needs. read more

I have problem with my kitchen sink and I already used the other plumber, but he is not good and not honest. I really desperate and make me couldn't sleep for few days because of what's the previous guy said. Finally I found Nasir . He is very honest, nice, hard working and really helpful. He fixed my problem. I really thankful for what he done. I strongly recommend Pacific Drain & Rooter service. If yelp have mire than 5 star, I will give more than 5 stars. Definitely I'll recommend him to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much for the help, Nasir and Barney( the assistant). May God bless you and family and the business read more

I just had the galvanized pipe that runs from the house to the street replaced along with the shut-off valve which did not shut off the water to the house. ( I had used Nasir in the past for plumbing emergencies and even wrote a 5 star review for his help with a sewer emergency.) He stopped by to give an estimate and we scheduled the job a few weeks out. It wasn't an emergency, he is busy and we had big rains so trench digging had to wait. When Nasir and Barney showed up, they went to work. The trench was going to have to go through a patch of Calla Lillies and seeing my distress, Barney dug them up and replanted. (heart) Professional, kind, efficient and reasonable. It doesn't get any better: free estimate, shows up, works hard, gets it done, charged less than the estimate he gave, and I trust him to fairly work with me to resolve any issue that arises in the future. read more

I'm glad I waited for Nasir when he was away on vacation. When he was back, I manage to set an appointment with him more than a week before the actual date. I was worried he could have forgotten but he didn't, in fact, he was on time. Nasir and his assistant (Barney - Sorry if I miss spelled his name) was very polite, honest, and friendly. The moment they got to my home, they immediately got to work and after trying out various methods, they finally found the problem that was causing the low water pressure in the bathroom. They also solved a leak in the drain pipe that could potentially be an issue -- thankfully found it in time! It's also good to know that a few of my neighbors hire Nasir and the team on their plumbing issues. I will be calling Nasir if I ever need any more plumbing help! We have used Pacific Drain and Rooter several times in the past few years. This time it was to replace a sump pump that failed during a recent storm. Every time, we have found the work they do to be outstanding. They are very courteous, competent and knowledgeable. They show up when they say they are going to show up. Their pricing is always fair, and they don't try to create work or upsell you things you don't need. You shouldn't need a plumber, but if you do, Pacific Drain and Rooter is the best. read more
