She finally took my name for a party of three and quoted a 30-45 minute wait, without accounting for the time already lost. My family members arrived shortly after, and we still waited another 20 minutes or so. Once we were seated, the service didn't improve much. Our server was extremely slow, and everything came out at once. We barely had time to get drinks, salads, or biscuits before the food arrived. Refills and additional requests felt more burdensome than attentive. While the food and drinks themselves were great, the overall service felt very disorganized and subpar.

While we were eating, the owner, Clay, even stopped by our table to thank us for coming in. I really appreciate places where the staff are genuinely friendly and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do it makes the whole experience that much better.
