Found this spot on yelp after searching for custom donuts. After reviewing everyone's reviews I called. I was given Tamika's number and I reached out. The order process was simple and she was friendly. Price was very reasonable. I went to pick up day of and they were ready on time. I definitely would order again. The order came out so cute. The donuts were delicious. So light and flavorful. Thank you to Tamika for such a wonderful job!

Found this spot on yelp, and saw good reviews and tried it today for the first time. Picked up a dozen donuts on my way to work. Service was quick and the donuts were amazing. Soft and warm.

I've driven by this little hole in the wall many times and never noticed it next to KFC. Stopped by on a rainy Saturday around 11am to grab snacks for my colleague and me. I was shocked to see that there wasn't many donuts available. They all seemed dark in color and didn't look very appealing in the case. However, looks are deceiving. The glazed twists were soft and perfectly sweet. They have a drive-thru if you don't want to walk in.

Some of the best donuts I ever tasted! I ordered custom donuts for my son's birthday. Donuts were ready for pick up and were very fresh! I will be ordering custom donuts again. Happy National Donut Day (I'll be picking up donuts today)!

You can tell there is so much culture and thought behind the space. The coffee selection is great, and the staff made the experience feel even more welcoming. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee, relax, study, or simply spend some quiet time. Definitely a hidden gem and a place I'll be coming back to!

There's a lot I want to say about this spot but I'm a try and keep it short lol…read more My first time visiting was this past Sunday, May 31st. I had my whole day planned out with a list of events to attend but first I wanted to stop by Patria and grab some coffee to start my morning off. Located in a parking lot next to Wilson Park on Compton Blvd and Alameda Street you'll find this nice cut lawn in front of this small white building, Patria Coffee Roaster. Depending on your time of arrival, the parking lot can be full but it's cool cuz there's also street parking available. I was able to park in the lot. After walking in I was welcomed and greeted with positive energy from 2 young ladies who I forgot their names but we'll just call them "A" and "C" lol. A guy to my right was sitting next to the window working on his laptop. And two others against the wall sipping their coffees and doing whatever on their phones. A customer was at the register ordering while another customer walked in to stand in line behind me. I let her go in front of me while I took pics and recorded footage. I like the atmosphere and space a lot. It has a very nice decor. Artwork, pictures and murals with history displayed along the walls. Grab and cold drinks available for purchase. Nice music playing that wasn't too loud but just right to complement a chill coffee shop vibe. "A" was friendly and patient as shared with her this was my first visit. As I browsed thru the coffee menu before making my selection I noticed more costumes coming in. I ordered a medium sized Americano which is $3.75 but I requested to add some hazelnut creamer as well as some almond milk which totaled out to $4.75 which was quite exceptional to me. Giving the location, the quality of service and the quality of the coffee. Not to mention to overall experience. I even thru in a $1 tip. I support the business and love the space. It feels welcoming and safe. The restroom was clean. They also have many different events held there. If you're ever in the area definitely pull up and check em' out. It's black owned as well. I actually ended up sitting there in the lot sipping my coffee while working on my video to post on social media. The coffee was good and tasteful. Didn't need any sugar. Great vibes and great coffee. You can even go the park right next door and get your steps in or just chill. I definitely recommend coming here. If you're passing thru the area or coming to the city, do yourself a favor and pull up. Check em' out. Grab you a coffee or something. Prices are reasonable and the community is welcoming to all individuals.

The Pink Berry Smoothie was so refreshing and fruity, especially on a hot day. This tea house was founded by Chef Nam and is a sister shop of NAM Kitchen. As others have pointed out, their pink colored takeout cup for hot drinks looks like a copycat version of Molly Tea's cup and the logo for MAI looks very similar to Chagee's logo. [Parking]: The tea house is located inside Pacific Square Shopping Center in Gardena and there's plenty of parking space within the lot. [Ordering]: There are two kiosks to place an order. No waiting line on a weekday afternoon. [Setting]: Plenty of indoor and outdoor tables with K-pop music playing in the background. [Menu]: Some of the top highlighted items include Pistachio Bun, Babanana Coffee, Strawberry Matcha, Double Matcha, Ube Cream Coffee, etc. For milk options, the tea house uses Straus Organic Milk. The morning menu (8 AM to 11 AM) only includes coffee and matcha and the full drink menu is available after 11 AM. *** Double Matcha (green tea organic milk swirled with velvety matcha cream foam - Straus organic milk & less ice - $8.00): Passable drink, but it didn't taste as strong as other Double Matcha drinks I have had in Koreatown. The latte portion tasted a bit watery. The drink also didn't appear to have less ice despite having picked the less ice option. *** An a-okay option for anyone who's craving matcha but doesn't want to drive out of the way to Koreatown. I had too high of an expectation for this tea house and there are better matcha options in the South Bay.

You'll be able to find free street parking somewhere on the block. Service: there was just one guy that was there when I went (who I assumed to be the owner) and he was super helpful and kind. Very welcoming and easy to talk to! Vibes: chill, funky, casual spot to just vibe at. I believe there is a hangout spot in the back of the store, but I didn't have the chance to check it out-- I'll have to check it out next time. Drink: That peach cobbler matcha was absolutely delicious. I downed it so fast because it was so good! It legitimately tasted like there was a peach cobbler in my matcha. So good. Not too sweet, just the right amount of cinnamon, and the peach worked well with the matcha. I appreciate good food and drinks, but even more than that I appreciate excellent service and a hospitable host. Good Coffee has both of these things which is why I highly recommend it and will definitely be back for that peach cobbler matcha!
