Our Jeep had a defect found by our maintenance team. Took the vehicle there and was greeted by Soren who took the time to explain what the issue was. Left the car here for two days and upon inspection the job was completed and in a satisfactory condition. He also quoted an estimate of several other body repairs this vehicle needed. Decided to leave the car and have the repairs done. Wow, what a huge difference it made when I picked it up. Overall very satisfied with all they did and to be honest they did more. buyer beware... they have a good star rating but they don't deserve it. They will try to scam you if you let them. I took my car in and they lazily and haphazardly put the car back together. The mechanical issues weren't fixed, just the body (barely) was. Many dash lights were on, the engine overheated nearly instantly, the body & paint was chipped and dented where it wasn't before, my headlights & electrical system remain dysfunctional, and somehow my windshield had formed a huge irreparable crack. I had to ask them to correct these issues, twice! It seems they just wanted to do the minimum effort and get away with as much as possible. Now I have to go source paint repair and fix the electrical problem.. don't give this place a penny! read more

I could not be any more thankful or happier with this business. In an effort to fix some scratches myself on my Lexus vehicle I made a complete mess of the project. Expecting to pay several thousand dollars to fix it I walked in their shop and Steve the estimator gave me some quality advice to fix the issue myself that I had caused. Needless to say the type of service you get from companies like this doesn't exist where they're giving you sound advice to help yourself and then if needed they step in. Where do I begin...... My car was involved in a parking lot fender bender in late June of 2021. My first choice was to take my vehicle to Lacey Collision, I've used them a few times in the past and I've always been happy with their work. Unfortunately, Lacey Collision was not able to take the job due to a disqualifying issue. I was referred to Martin Way Collision. (Lacey Collision did not make the referral.) From the moment I first walked into the shop, I had a feeling things were going to be dicey. First off, as of right now, regardless if we like it or not, we are living in an age of covid. NOBODY in this shop, both customer or employee alike is wearing a mask. (I don't like wearing masks either, but I do it because it's the right thing to do.) Second thing, The receptionist (the front face of this company that greets the public) has a big fat wad of chewing tobacco in her mouth. It looked like she had a mouth full of dirt. You could see her spitter from the counter. Really??!! Lacey Collision had preformed an initial parking lot assessment of my vehicle and wrote an early estimate addressing the damage they could see. There was other damage that had not yet been noted. Upon drop off at Martin Way, I made it a point make sure the staff was informed of the other damage I had noticed. I was assured they would do a complete inspection and would submit a supplement to my insurance to cover any additional repairs. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. All they did was go down the list of Lacey's estimate and shoed me out the door with a car reeking of paint, no invoice of the work done. Forced to make a return trip, I pointed out (again) all the other things that had yet to be addressed. Martin Way submitted a supplemental to my insurance, my insurance notified me that the appointment was a go. I arrived to drop the car off. Steve pulled my file folder and was going over what was going to be repaired. I glance down in my file folder and see a check inside which Steve is making a point to conceal, folding it over with his thumb and LYING to me about not receiving payment from my insurance. A week and a half later, I show up to pick up my car. As I drive away, I look at my radio in the car and it says RADIO LOCKED which rendered my stereo inoperable, thankfully a very nice lady at Gillchrist Chevrolet told me how to fix that. To this day, there is still damage that was incurred in that accident back in early June, but at this point, I have given up any hope of getting it fixed. I would not sent someone I HATED to this place. This was a customer service nightmare from the beginning. read more

Stopped in to get an estimate on auto body work and the lady at the front counter couldn't have been less interested in helping me. I told her I was in for an estimate. She didn't speak a single word back and sat there listening in/focused on a few of her coworkers having a conversation amongst themselves. Eventually she gathered some paperwork together and held into for a little bit, continuing to try and involve herself in her coworkers conversation. Once the conversation was done (not work related, just banter back and forth) she handed the paperwork to a coworker and told him I needed an estimate. If she would have engaged me in conversation at all, she would have known I didn't have the vehicle there with me, but I had photos, nor was this an insurance claim, it was out of pocket. When I explained this to the guy who now had the paperwork, she seemed annoyed at the situation. Long story short, the answer I got was they are "too busy" to do non insurance claim work. How I interpret that is, they can get a lot more money from insurance companies for work, than somebody paying out of pocket. Can't comment on the work they do, but I stopped into several auto body shops the same day. If their front office/lobby is any indication of the work they do...I'd proceed with caution, it looks like an episode of hoarders was filmed here. Martin way collision is amazing. I have had all of my vehicles tinted there along with plenty of dents taken out of them as well. Along with Casey making stickers for my vehicle too. My parents and siblings also get their windows tinted here and they do amazing work. Joey, the tinter never seizes to amaze with his quick and quality work. Casey never fails to take an idea for a sticker and make it a reality. Steve always makes sure work is done right in the painting and dent removal area! This is the ONLY business I will take and trust my vehicles with, hands down. read more

THEY SIPHONED MY GAS WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY CAR TO ME!!! So this is one hell of a story about this place. Aamco across the street boogered up my door and this was their place to fix it for me. My wife TRIED to suprise me with extra body work as a gift. Steve strung us along for 5 EXTRA Days(including a weekend) continually telling us both "tommorrow" and told us it was in the paint booth 3 times? So after a week and a half we arrive to a car that still has gouged up (but polished) side trim-the side that was done as a gift, a super half assed repair on my driver door, and debris in the repaired paint leaving it unsmooth and very amateur for a body shop. The inside of the car when I arrived to get it was completely covered with paint, primer, overspray, and dust. It was sticky to the touch and felt disgusting. Due to the residue the car reeks of every chemical they've touched it with cuz its well.... all over everything. On top of all of their garbage work they managed to hand me the keys with a malfunctioning stereo AND an air bag error light going crazy on the dash. So l take the car back and tell them to fix the discrepancies and call me. When they delivered the car it has less than 1 liter of gas(thanks infotainment center) AND the employee with the huge rat tail and cohort female from.behind the desk LEFT MY GAS DOOR OPEN FROM SIPHONING IT OUT. I tried them after I saw the job they did on a coworker's car. They were the only shop I could find capable of repairing a plastic bumper/spoiler that had been torn up in places, rather than flat out replace it which would have cost major bucks. The repaired bumper not only looks new, they did a superb job of matching the paint which is a rare hue of silver with a subtle blue tint to it. read more
