He order the transmission right then and 5 days it was delivered. He put it in my truck and ran beautify. Then again my fan went out two days again before going out of town . He ordered the part then an I was out of there in 3 hours. Now again going out of town He ordered a gas tank as there was an evate problem. There were pin holes in the tank and it did take almost four weeks but he got it finally and is fixing that. I have to past the smog I paid for tags. Unfortunately I have to wait past the due date again going out of town the computer has to go Thru the cycle first. So I have to.get an extension at the cost of $50. However, Sherif is personable and as honest as a mechanic can be. Although really unorganized. There are so many customers with so many car problems and so little time, that I have to ask him if I need anything extra looked over on my car. He and his employees won't give a full diagnostic test on cars, they'll just fix what the customer is complaining about. Because they're in such a hectic hurry. Some days the phone there rings off the hook. While people and employees are running back and forth thru the lobby waiting area and out the other door. However, Sherif is fair with his prices, although nothing is listed. I am sure I've spend umpteenth thousands of dollars there getting my various cars repaired through the years, since the early years of 2000's. I don't go there for car repairs any more, as I live Inland now.

His service was five star and although I don't live in the area, I'll be conducting more business at this location in the future.

He lied and tried to gaslight me that it's my fault that o didn't plan ahead. Dude, you had my car for 3 days! Wasted time and my car is still without AC!

Based on that recommendation I agreed to buy them. Just two days later, one of the tires blew out while I was driving on the freeway. Thankfully, I had just dropped off my kids before it happened because I can't imagine how much worse the situation could have been if they had been in the car! I almost lost control and crashed! This was a terrifying experience especially considering these were supposed to be brand-new tires! I expected them to be safe and reliable, not fail after only two days.I will never come back here again and do not recommend buying tires from this business. Based on my experience, the tires were not durable, and I no longer trust the quality of their products or the recommendations they give customers!!
