Took my vehicle in for brakes. The price they wanted to charge for the brakes was too high in my opinion, and we ended up finding a different high quality shop that did the brake service (brake pads and rotors) for HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper. On top of that, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the service representative made us wait at the counter as he took phone calls and drafted notes on the computer - bad customer service to keep a person at the counter waiting in my opinion[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They are rip offs. I paid them $1200 for a coolant leak that's never was fixed and 1 year later its still leaking. It never stopped leaking . it went back to them and told them 2 days after they said it was fixed and they charged me $200 to inspect their own work. They said it must be leaking because one of my fans want working good and I should replace the fan and maybe that's will fix it. They wanted $600 or $800 to do that but i couldn't afford anymore money. So now 1 year later fan is still working fine but coolant leak is still there as bad as it was when I first took it to them. I AM NOT HAPPY, I had my car towed there and did not want to continue with the recommended repairs. My issue is with the way I got the car back when it arrived at home . I soon discovered my hood release latch had been broken . Mind you just before the car was picked up at my house I had opened the hood to clean up any cobwebs ,leaves etc.,so I know the latch was perfectly fine.when I called notifying them I was going to decline the repairs the latch was never even mentioned .when I called to notify them of the problem they tried to blame it on the tow truck guys.when I explained that the tow driver did not ever open the hood all I got was " I don't know " "it wasn't us" . As far as the diagnosis it was not definitive but it would start by replacing the starter and ignition switch for over $1699.p.s broken latch under seat. read more

I've been getting my vehicles serviced with Exclusive imports since it opened in 2017. The owner Richard has always been very honest and courteous. The mechanics have always done a great job in servicing my car. Whenever I have an issue and I come in to get it checked out, my car in most cases has been serviced the same day and returned back to me in a timely manner. Tires, rotations, flats, oil changes, brakes, fuel pump replacements, differential gasket changes, transmission servicing, are some of the services I have gotten done here and all the work has be done right. Sometimes you will have to wait or return only because they have plenty of work to do, tells you they're doing a good job at what they're doing. I myself understand vehicle mechanics, but I do myself a favor and do some research on what I am trying to get serviced for personal knowledge, and with doing that, Exclusive Imports has always matched up with I have come in to get looked at and get serviced. Diagnosing a vehicle can be a maze or trying to find a needle in a haystack and you could end up spending a lot of money, but by having honest business, mechanics and by you understanding what you are trying to get fixed, you can save yourself time and money. I really really wanted to like this place. I can't remember exactly who helped me initially but the dude was pretty awesome, very helpful, and overall a cool dude who didn't try to make me feel stupid(because most mechanics talk to me like idk what I'm talking about). I took my mini in to be diagnosed for a P0905 code which is actually either an extremely serious transmission problem or a very easy fix. I was at my wits end and needed more professional diagnosis since I just couldn't figure it out. The mechanic said "gear shift assembly is broken it just needs to be changed". Cool awesome! I was happy because I can do that no problem; except the thing is when I replaced the piece with a new one it fixed the problem long enough for me to drive 2 blocks turn the car off and run into the store. Came back and low behold I am stuck back at square 1 with my car dashboard being stuck in park and reverse!!! I know I installed it properly because the shifter was going down into drive. I'm glad I replaced the part and did the labor myself because once again the car is stuck in P and R(the shifter will go down to N and D but not actually communicate into gear) I called the shop to talk to the mechanic and ask what he looked at. This dude had the nerve to tell me he ONLY checked the gear shifter. Like did he not see the damn instructions I left?!?! I needed the wiring and electronics checked! Then was trying to throw some BS garbage about the shifter needing to be programmed No booboo... I drove the car with the shifter I installed no fricken problem in P, R, N, & D. Overall I feel extremely angry $120 for a BS diagnosis, and then $180 for a part I didn't need right at that moment in time (BTW MECHANIC DUDE MY OLD SHIFTER WORKED FINE AND I DIDNT NEED TO REPLACE IT!!!!) So $300 later that I really could have used to actually repair the problem pissed down the drain. I'm glad I said no to the $1100 repair estimate they gave me I would have sued this place. I really really wanted to like this place because they had helped me previously and did an awesome job the first time. Mechanics beware if you do a careless diagnosis to me even one time and don't take the time to thoroughly do your job you will never get my business again. Now I have to find another shop that has a diagnosis and repair mechanic that gives a crap about getting an accurate diagnosis. The 2 stars is for the dude who helped me! You're awesome and I appreciate you not talking to me like I'm a stupid woman who doesn't know cars! read more

This review is long overdue, covering the span of 6 years, and two cars. Sergio and Richard are second to none for complete automotive service, covering regular maintenance, or things more entailed. Most recently, I picked up a car that was neglected so much by the previous owner, it resulted in a replacement engine needing to be acquired. The process took about two weeks, however I was kept informed consistently throughout the process. Giving value for money and time, Sergio had suggested various items that could be done while the engine bay was vacant. He worked with me to find things that could work within the budget I supplied. To date, I've had no outstanding issues with the engine, or any of the other components that were replaced. I needed two tires replaced ASAP and they were so amazing with communication- from calling to let me know the tow truck had brought my Volvo, to giving me an accurate quote beforehand and sending videos and pictures during the repair. Sergio and Richard are the two gentlemen at the front and they were both so wonderful and helpful. They were able to get the job done the same day and were very descriptive with the issues found with my car. I took my 2014 Range Rover sport HSE. I couldn't figure out the problem after Installed the air suspension compressor my truck wouldn't go up like it should . I took it to three different mechanics and no one new what the Issue was every mechanic had there own opinion I just kept waisting money on parts WHICH I DID NOT NEED and kept paying for inspections.
