This one goes out to Jesus! Jesus helped replace my battery yesterday which I understand is only a luxury if; 1. they are not busy and 2. if your car allows for easy access. I've been to this location more than once for parts or an OEM scan for another car and like most people I come at the worst time after work. These folks work hard and can only do so much y'all-- just go early if you can. If you're lucky you'll get Jesus who *properly* assisted and installed my battery. The previous one was basically new yet proven to be a Lemon, perhaps a manufacturing fluke? Nevertheless it was replaced after some testing and other receipts I provided. Purchased 2.5%tint an hour ago from nice gentleman , had a dark green tint didint like it so I came back to return to cashier named Cat. The tint was cut %30 of %100 I would have been fine with a replacement but cat made it very hard for me not allowing me to just swap out for a new one or even a refund, made smart mouth responses and was rude never going back again. read more

Terrible service and terrible customer service. I had a car emergency and this specific auto zone was the only one open until 12. So, I drove from my home town (almost an hour away) because it was an emergency. However, when I got there, they said that their system was down and to wait until 11:30 for it to come back up. Mind you, it was 11:00 when they said this to the customers. So me and several other people waited that half an hour they specifically instructed us to wait. However, at 11:32, without any announcement or notice, they just post a paper on their store saying that they're closed for the night. Me, obviously frustrated after waiting the amount of time they told us to wait so the system could be back up went up to them and explained my terrible situation. I said without this my car could possibly break and offered to pay more, with cash, etc. yet they showed no sympathy and just said that there was nothing they could do and to have a good night. Hello - I purchased a small light bulb for my third brake light and asked the salesperson if she could please dispose of the small bulb package for me. She was beyond rude and told me twice that Autozone doesn't have a trash can and that I should go around the building to look for a trash can somewhere else. I replied with "ok" and "thanks". She then rushed me to leave as I was starting to enter my email into the pin pad to obtain my electronic receipt. I've been going to different Autozones for decades and have never been treated so poorly as a customer at any Autozone or at any other retail establishment. Autozone, please screen your employees better and train them as needed to not be condescending or rude to customers for simple questions. This employee was unprofessional, rude, and the way she handled the transaction / customer interaction was awful - I left in shock and am still in disbelief re: how poorly an Autozone employee would treat a customer.
