While the dessert menu is somewhat limited, both desserts we ordered were delicious and a wonderful way to end the meal. The real standout, though, was our server, Nancy. I seriously wish I could clone her. The kitchen was taking a very long time to get our food out, but Jen never let it affect our experience. She took matters into her own hands by bringing us fresh hush puppies while we waited. Even though a food runner was supposed to deliver our meals, she personally brought everything out herself because she cared about making sure we were taken care of. The kitchen delay wasn't her fault, but she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and a smile the entire time. To top it all off, she surprised us with a variety of complimentary desserts to take home because she felt so bad about the wait. That's exceptional customer service!
