Unfortunately after my 3rd time giving this salon a try I will not be returning. The first time as you can read on my previous review Cindy did a great job doing a powder dip, however a week later I started to notice how my dip was beginning to raise up meaning there was a void under my nail and my hair started to get caught on these areas where it was no longer attached to my nail. I also noticed how thick the powder dip was and that made my nails look obviously not as natural. I came back 3 weeks later after all my powder dip nails were able to be removed easily to have a new dip powder done by Cindy again, she asked why I removed it instead of coming back here to have them remove them and I explained they literally were coming off on their own and causing issues getting caught so I couldn't wait to see her (this was over the holidays) I told her if she can also make them a bit less thick so it doesn't look like a fat short fake nail. She said yes of course and she did, a week later my nails were already coming off again which is when I decided to come back and show her and have them completely remove them and do gel instead. She began to tell me the reason why they're coming off is because I wanted them so thins that this is what would happen! I understand what she is saying and it would make sense if what I had asked for was an unrealistic expectation... don't we go to the nail salon to get nails that look as natural as possible? My co worker also gets dip powder here and is how I was referred to in the first place, her nails do not look bulky and fat at all and she is the one who told me that I should ask for thinner because that is what she gets and most clients expect work that looks natural otherwise it would look obviously fake and a bad job. Regardless I decided to do gel, I thought a simple resolution, Cindy had a guy removed my powder dip nails and do my gel, I showed the staff Cindy and the man working on my nails the design I wanted, I believe he tried to do a good job however it wasn't good enough. In the pictures you can see how he did not bother to complete cover my nail, he only painted what was in front of him, I go to the professional nail salon so they can do a good job, otherwise I would do this myself at home and miss all the edges of my nail. So at the end I ended up paying $68 dollars to have them remove my dip powder (what was left since it was coming off) a bad gel and nail art. Seems like some customers they do a good job and perhaps others they don't care.

The stars Im giving are because there is sometimes a cute puppy there and the staff is generally kind, but there's a lot of staff so it's a hit or miss. I have found myself at M&M 3 times because of its convenient location, but since my last time I definitely won't be returning. The manicurist literally made every single one of my fingers bleed when doing my cuticles. She didn't once slow down or apologize or ask if it hurt. It was the most uncomfortable experience because I had to advocate for myself while the manicurist could clearly see that they were cutting me. Even previous to this experience, it always feels extremely rushed and I've never left there extremely happy with my results. Not worth going to in my opinion

absolutley the worst manicure i've ever had in my entire life. $88 for absolute trash. i should have never even paid or walked out like this. it's nothing close to the picture i showed him either. the minute i walked out of there i had to start filling them down to a normal shape and size to try and fix the monstrosity that this man thought looked acceptable. he put tips on all my nails, meanwhile more then half of them didn't need a tip put on and i asked him not to put tips on the nails that were long to begin with, and he ignored me and put them on anyways. i should have taken my hands away at that point and just walked out. i have never been so disappointed in a nail salon in my entire life. you couldn't pay me enough to even as much as step foot back in that place. if i could rate a place negative stars, i would.

They went above and beyond! I came down here for vacation and immediately broke a nail they actually ended up putting on a new set and they look better than before the nail got broke! They are very nice highly recommend!

This place is amazing , we drove 2hrs from Tampa just to get our nails done because this place was highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint! Everyone's friendly and talented and the ambience is so chill and inviting.

This place is jewel l tried out while visiting my dentist in the same plaza. I had ripped off my acrylic nails and some of my natural nails with them . To say they were a mess is an understatement! It was late a bit after 6 so my chances of getting a new set by a good mail technician at that time were slim to none! But this shop stays open much later than all others and they have many great technicians. I highly recommend!

First time going here today. Emma spent time on my pedicure and massage. Cindy did my hands. I'm a very picky client & I thought they did a great job. Will be back here again.

I've been getting acrylic nails for about 10 years now and I've never had an experience like this. Firstly, they charged me extra for putting gel color on the nails, which usually comes with acrylic fills. Reluctantly I paid up. In the first morning I saw small chips and 3 days later they look horrendous. I haven't done anything unusual. This combination is normally bullet proof anyway. The gel on my feet held up better but the overpriced Pedicure that was supposed to come with a 15 minute massage was not good. She touched my caffs for about two minutes and it was so bad that when she stopped after 2 minutes I was glad it w was over and didn't say anything about it being advertised as 30 min. I'm shocked at the service of what looks like could be a good salon (clean and bright).

This is my second time going to this nail salon. Friendly, clean and fast. This place is so great. It's not hard to get in and they do neck massage before you leave. Definitely try...

Went here on a Saturday while in Naples just to see if they'd take me as a walk in for an acrylic fill, they took me right away and I got a beautiful chrome set done! Everyone was super nice and good prices! :)
