When we attempted to install the new stainless steel sink, it didn't fit. The granite needed to be cut to fit the new sink. Needless to say, Christmas is just around the corner and we were in a panic. We called several granite companies in the area. Either they were too busy, or they didn't answer/return our calls. Accept for Michael. He called us back right away. When I told him about our dilemma, he said he would be over the very next day. Michael and Jarrod came out the next morning. It looked nearly impossible to make the new sink fit, but after several measurements and a lot of creativity, they figured out a way to make it work. Michael did an amazing job cutting and polishing our granite perfectly. Our new sink fit, and because of Michael's skill, the install went very easy. I'm so grateful for him! Very happy with how this project turned out! It was a slow start. I had called Jaymes and left a…read moremessage telling him about the project. It took him a month to return my call but that didn't bother me because anything construction related is so much in demand right now, I was just happy to get a call back. Plus it worked out timing wise because when he returned my call, I was ready for the countertop portion of my project. Jaymes was quick to come over and take measurements and he recommend a few places for me to look at slabs. The next day, I had a slab picked out and he sent me the estimate. Once I paid the deposit, he had the countertops installed within 2.5 weeks. The turnaround time amazes me because I was expecting it to take at least a mont, again because of all the construction needs right now. I was not completely happy with the installation crew. They told me they were going to have to make a seams down the middle of the counter and backsplashes, which surprised me because Jaymes had told me the seams would only be in the corners. But after speaking to Jaymes about not being satisfied with multiple visible seams, he was able to accommodate my requests and put the seams in the corners. Also, the installation crew dented a cabinet while they were installing. The handles that were installed later covered the dent up so, no harm. Overall, I am very happy with the quick turnaround and the quality of the work. Jaymes did a great job lining up the grain patterns on the slabs so the backsplash matched the direction of the countertop. I would definitely use Stone Creation again and Jaymes was very easy to work with.

June 2018 I purchased a home that for some reason did not have a back-splash for the stove/range…read morearea. What was there was just painted drywall and in my opinion a serious fire risk. For well over 12 months I looked for a title and even hired an interior designer out of Incline to help find that perfect back-splash. No luck. I just so happened to come across JF Tile & Stone looking for a counter-top solution for a office area I was creating and was dumbfounded over the massive sample options. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The gal I met there put me in touch with the owner Jennie. Actually, Jennie contacted me via text message and we bantered back and forth and I send her photos of my entire kitchen and VOILA! In a few moments found that perfect back-splash tile solution. In fact, she never even needed to come to the house. I drove out to her office and picked up the samples and loved them before I even got home to demo them out. I'd like to note that she is trusting. She let me take home an entire huge bock of tiles to try out! No deposit or anything. She simply trusted me. That's really sweet! Of course, I went with her pick and I couldn't be happier. In fact, and this is for the next review, she coordinated/recommend an installer and whoa. AMAZING! As you can see from the photo that is shared... PERFECTION!
