The scope of work included eight bathrooms with shower walls, shower ceilings, floors, wainscoting, and countertops, along with installing the engineered quartz in our kitchen, laundry room, and butler's pantry. He also installed the granite in the game room/bar area. It was an enormous job, yet Michael and his team completed it in just **2 weeks and 2 days**. Even more impressive, they never sacrificed quality for speed. Throughout our build we've had the opportunity to work with some outstanding subcontractors, including an exceptional electrician. But without question, Michael has stood out above everyone else. He's punctual, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes tremendous pride in his work. What impressed me most, though, is his character. If something isn't exactly right, he doesn't make excuses or become defensive--he simply makes it right. That level of integrity is incredibly rare these days. I've also had multiple tradespeople working on our home--people who know quality craftsmanship when they see it--comment on what an outstanding tile and surface installer we have. Steve demand 50% down , 27k , later found out Cal law (CSLB ) 1,000 or 10% max . Also, Steve had no workmans comp .. he was not fully licensed. In his contract said I must give a 5 star rating or be fined $ .. He thought is was a would deck but any and all contractor knew it's cement as it is a heated . He never prep the cement ( didn't fill in the cracks , grind or level ) and used Henry roof coating not deck coating . The deck is a pond now .Steve refused to redo the deck. Only one section of dry rot . .. Steve argues and debates everything and constantly whines . Steve is a blamer and Completely incompetent. Due to my pressure. Steve finally paid Painter ( south shore painting) in October.. And a separate issue wood for my fence missing from garage .. I never a written a bad review but needed to warn the public .. now I have a first bid 75k from a contractor to redo entire job and we'll file a formal complaint with CSLB .. resolution with Figurora is with legal now

Mark Bartolomucci, the owner, came to my house and brought with him several samples of wood types. After perusing Houzz I thought I wanted a rustic looking railroad type mantel but Mark looked around the room and suggested that we use Alder because it matched my cabinets and even had a stained sample that matched. He also suggested that he mill the box mantel to match the edge of the granite. Two great suggestions that I had not thought of but the third was the best. He suggested that we use the mantel to make the area above the fireplace the same size as the hearth below the fireplace for symmetry. Mark then told me a date he would come back to install the mantel and was right on time. Installation was included in the price. He secured the mantel and cleaned up after. I could not be happier. He is a true craftsman!

They cover the floors and even put plastic around the entry points to the work areas to mimimize the dust reaching the rest of the house. They take great care in removing the existing products, clean up the work area each day and have a lot of respect for the customer's personal property. The backsplashes and baseboards were removed without damaging the drywall above them. The seam between the edge detail and the countertops is invisible. They arrived at the job when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. They respond promptly to texts and phone calls. There was always clear communication regarding the project. They pay attention to details and are superb craftsmen. A lot of thought is put into matching the placement of the quartz pattern on all the walls so that it blends nicely. They take a lot of pride in their work. Mike or Matt were on the job site each day with additional team members as needed.
