They told me to come back the next day (today) and without hesitation, they sent someone over to help me out. It is so great having a dependable hardware store nearby who are quick to assist and help at a great and fair price!

For 20 years, Apex Supply has been a good tenant and neighbor in the building. Now Apex is running…read morean illegal car wash service from the street and sidewalk. They block other vehicles from parking with traffic cones, they dump soap down the storm drains, which goes straight into the Hudson River, and they cause excessive noise with gas and electric generators and loud vacuum cleaners. Apex has turned 4580 Broadway into their own for-profit car wash and they don't pay taxes. They don't pay their workers a living wage and hire workers off the books. When asked to stop disturbing the other tenants in the building, they do nothing. What Apex is doing is illegal and must be stopped.

This is the only company I know of that makes affordable ear buds with a part that wraps around…read moreyour ear. I have little tiny ear canals so this has been a huge help for me. Unfortunately, I had 2 pairs of these ear buds stop working. One of them malfunctioned after a few months & these have a 1 year warranty. Since they say to contact them if you have problems, I chose to do that. Plus, I got these at a Five Below in New Jersey so going back to the store would be difficult. I also don't think they'd give me a refund. Getting to someone here is VERY hard. I had luck after I did some internet searching and found the name Issac Hamui on a website. I dialed this in their employee directory and got his extension. Apparently, he's the Vice President of this company. I left a message and shockingly, got a call back from Issac. I told him about this situation and he said they'd send me some new pairs of ear buds. I was happy to find them after returning from a week's vacation out of state and based on this level of customer service, I think I'd consider their products again. He even apologized for the situation. Bravo!

The pictures in the instructions were more like black blobs, and completely worthless. Turns out there is no "ID" button. I moved the USB receiver to a different port on my laptop and left the mouse turned on right next to the receiver (upside-down so I could see the lights). After some time, the lights blinked differently, and the mouse was working. iWorld gets my vote for a low cost product, but really needs to post updated instructions on their website. How hard would that be? Probably wouldn't take much longer than it took me to write this review!
