The worst dog park I have ever gone too! I've lived in many different city and states and this dog park was the grossest park I've been too. It's small, very muddy, no grass, poop left in multiple spots and around a very unfriendly community. My first time experience: I got into the park with my two dogs and already there, were 3 other women with their dogs. Well as my dogs were smelling one of the other dogs, they had their hackles up ( which I understand is sign of excitement, fear, anxiety or aggression). Well in response the women took her dog into the "small dog area". Minutes later the other two women did the same. Afterwards, all of their dogs started barking and lunging at my dogs through the fence as they were trying to smell. I ended up leaving shortly after, since I was shocked on how gross this park was and how unfriendly the owners were of these pups who go there to socialize. read more

Came here last night with Loki, Cody's lab, and another dog we have been pet sitting from Rover. Parking: the lot for the dog park is small, maybe 10 spots? But I did notice, the shopping center next to it has spots and there is a walking path to the dog park from there. Not sure if you there's any restrictions in that lot though. The dog park is separated into 3 sections: Section 1: the small space where you can unleash your dogs in a confined space Section 2: a small dog/shy dog area. Smaller space than the main area. Section 3: the main space where all the dogs are running around. Great space for the pups. It is a dirt lot and even though it was dry yesterday, the pups were still very dirty from their brief visit. I had a lil dog run up to me and it got dirt all over me. I mean, I don't mind. But I can imagine it getting very muddy if it rains. Overall, nice little dog park close to the house. read more

The Lynndale Dog Park is a no-nonsense, off-leash dog park in the Lynnwood area. The park features two enclosed spaces, one for smaller/shy dogs and a larger area for bigger dogs. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but we had no trouble finding a spot when we went late one Saturday morning. There were only a few other dogs in the larger enclosure, meaning that we had the whole small dog area to ourselves. The park is mostly dirt and gravel, which is great in the dry heat of summer, but could be more of a hassle in the rainier months. The only downside was the lack of shade - maybe it was the time of the day that we went, but the dogs kept sitting under the picnic table to cool down. Overall, we had a pawsitive experience at the park and will definitely be back! read more

Great park with wooded trails, restrooms, basketball court, small skatepark and gated and enclosed area for dogs off leash. From out of town and would absolutely make a side trip to visit here again. read more

The people are great and the dogs are very nice. The park is just a big grassless area so it's not that interesting but it is next to a good size wooded area with trails. read more

Nice new park.....kind of muddy because of the rain but still nice. Clean. Plenty of poo bags and trash cans near. A doggy water fountain just outside the dog areas. Limited parking though....there's more parking up on the lot above then you just walk down the trail. Finally Lynnwood opened a dog park!!? read more

I like to go here because it is close. It is a mud, muddy, mud park. Did I mention there is lots of mud? My dog LOVES it but there is not a hose to rinse the muddy pups off. This isn't the greatest as we get A LOT of rain. My car is a muddy mess after I go there. I still go because my dog LOVES to roll in the mud and I find it only slightly annoying (cleaning the mess out of my car). read more

I like this dog park. It's perfect for keeping your dog in sight during playtime and lots of space for the dogs to run. Unfortunately my pup and I recently stopped going here due to a German Shepard that isn't very well behaved. The German Shepard plays very tough and doesn't know when to stop. Twice this dog has tried to use his teeth to pick my puppy up by the neck. I guess any feedback I have would be less about the dog park, and more about the dog owners themselves: please always watch your dog. Please train your dog. I decided to give Lake Stickney a try instead and very glad I did. read more

We've been here once a few weeks ago. It's so fun! There is a separate section right next to the main area for "shy" dogs. We put our two in that section first and it was perfect. They could still smell and check out the other dogs with the benefit of a fence separating them for what turned out to be my personal fear. The other dogs came over to interact with mine and when I felt comfortable enough, I brought them into the bigger area and they had a blast. The other dog parents were nice and seemed to understand that dogs will bark at each other and jump on each other (like dogs do). When we were there, the dogs and parents were fun. We are gonna head back today and see how it goes again. It is all dirt in there so on a rainy day it's going to be messy but if the pups have fun, it's worth it to us. There is also a nice path with trails to walk with the pups (they have to be on a leash) that we plan to check out today. They have water, toys, and poo baggies. Seems well maintained and not too many poo bombs so I'm assuming parents are doing a good job of cleaning up. I cleaned up the poo I found (no biggie) along with mine. There is also a cool little obstacle type course for agility which some pups were enjoying. Just overall a really fun and interesting time out for the pups. Update 6/17/18- We've been here several times in the past few weeks at different times of the day. We've met so many people and their pup kiddos. I'm so grateful to have this park close to us. It's super easy to get our pups in the car for the 10 minute drive. They know almost immediately that we're headed to the park and today as we pulled in, they started the funny little butt shake they do in anticipation of the fun they have. I can't even begin to applaud the owners/operators of this sweet little park. They really make it easy. There's always clean drinking water, bowl full of various balls and toys, poo baggies and nice little bench for the parents to gather at. I notice that each time we come, the parents of the other dogs are sociable. They are engaged in what's going on with their dogs and I've not met a single person who isn't friendly. This truly is a community gathering place. My Pomeranian is a week shy of 1 years old and can be obnoxious. Everyone is so gracious and as I said in my first review, the parents always seem to understand the nature of dog behavior. Two weeks ago there was a boxer pup (maybe a few months old) who was having fun playing chase with Oliver (our Pom) when he got a bit to excited and bopped Oliver on the head with his massive paw. Oliver yelped and ran to me. The owner can rushing over to apologize to us. Of course we were understanding and thanked him for the concern but assured him that Oliver was fine, just a bit of a drama pup. Sure enough, Oliver was back to playing chase with the Boxer immediately after I reassured him. This is how it should be people!!!! This is for sure, our favorite park!!! read more

So I was really nervous taking my dog to a dog park. So a friend and their dog, who my oldest pup gets along with really well, went to the park with us. Pretty quickly I was put at ease because people were really nice and the area was well maintained. The first time there was a problem with a male husky bossing around the smaller pups. After a second correction the owner politely removed him. People there seem to always be responsible and my girl loves it despite being a little shy with other dogs and sticking close to her people after running herself ragged. Can't wait to start bringing her new little sister after she gets through her puppy classes. read more

Very small OLDA and used to have grass but now a muddy mess on rainy days due to it just being dirt. The owners are attentive though. I am a fan of the trails around the park though but those are on leash only. read more

Bit muddy, but otherwise an amazing dog park, couldn't recommend enough! My dogs are always excited to go here, they're restless and eager to get out of the car when we pull in and they realize where they are. There's a huge number of tennis balls provided for your dog(s) to chase, as well as a little playground area for dogs in one section. They've got bags and a garbage can for poop, as well as a really cool little water fountain with a second, lower water bowl that's designed for dogs to drink out of. There's a separate, smaller area with (what I believe is, but am not sure is) a course for agility training for smaller dogs. Either way, there's two separate areas, one smaller than the other, in case you don't feel entirely comfortable immediately socializing your dog(s) with others. Honestly, the ability to have dogs meet through the fence in the smaller area and make sure they'll be friendly before letting them off leash in the larger area is great. Last time I was there, it blew me away to see someone's tiny chihuahua take a chomp at my dog through the fence, especially because I've got a dog about thirty times the size of a chihuahua, but it lets you know that it's better to keep your dog out of the bigger area if you don't want the two to get into a confrontation. It's great to be able to 'test' for aggressive dogs in the park this way before going immediately into the off-leash area. When I go to the park and the dogs that are already there seem aggressive toward mine, I can take them for a walk around the trails that are linked to the park: the trails are on-leash, obviously, but their proximity to the park makes it even more appealing as it gives you an alternative in case you don't feel quite comfortable immediately going into the dog park. This dog park is great! People bring their dogs of all breeds & sizes but be forewarned: I was prompted to write this review because while at the park today, a woman following her dog around inside while it played with the other dogs kicked my dog in front of everyone! He was being perfectly friendly, there was no nipping or growling going on, and she walked over to him and kicked him. We've never had an issue until today. Make sure you keep an eye on the owner; everyone I've met has been incredibly friendly, but you might just run into someone unhinged if you come frequently enough. read more
