I just worked out and called to ask about the dress code. No dress code, I'll be right there! I walked in and was greeted immediately and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and gave me time to decide without feeling rushed even as I changed my mind a couple times. I ordered the salmon and Mad Rose to drink. The drink has a lot going on and wasn't for me. It reminded me of a cinnamon orange tea, citrus and spicy. For dinner, I waffled on a couple fish dishes, but went with the salmon. It has a nice, crunchy glaze on it with some nice citrus flavors that weren't overbearing. I wasn't sure how the risotto would taste with the orange, but it worked. I was asked several times how I was doing and how my drinks and food were. Dining solo, I get ignored at times with subpar service. Not tonight access I appreciate that. I would recommend based on service and the dish I had. I will return to try more.

It arrived at the perfect temperature, which is pretty impressive for delivery. The bisque was rich and luscious without feeling overly heavy, and the basil oil added a nice brightness that balanced the creaminess beautifully. It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. Overall, this was a surprisingly strong delivery experience, and I would absolutely order from them again, or better yet, make it over to the restaurant itself next time I'm in the area.

Background: It was our son's birthday, MOST of the time, birthday dinners are home-cooked family affairs...his choice this year: Apolis run! We live forty minutes away, and it's worth the ride every time. Our party of seven lined up, placed our orders, and the kitchen got to work. Entrees and sides prepared perfectly, right down to sauce on the side for the seventh entree. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Mike G. I had the opportunity to thank him for years of great eating. Furthermore, I noticed the sign of a great leader: When it got busy, he jumped in and helped his amazing staff. He leads by example, and it shows. We all had various forms of rice bowls and pitas. Of special note this visit: The sides! The pork and chicken souvlaki are simply divine. The oven roasted Greek potatoes seems like they're right out of your favorite rah-ra's oven. Full of flavor, and mind-blowing. Super clean restaurant with a lot of made to order choices. I had a salad bowl with a lettuce base gyro meat (the beef and lamb) tomato,onion and cukes topped with tzatziki sauce that is wonderfully home made. It comes with a fresh pita cut into wedges. There are a ton more veggie toppings that you can get and about 7 different sauces to choose from. It was so good !! The gyro meat is nothing like I have had in other restaurants selling gyros. This is not the ground up, pressed Into a cone shape and then placed on a spot, this is steak and lamb slices compressed and then put on the spit and shaved off in little tender bits. Now I know gyros can be greasy but these weren't at all !! Husband got a platter that came with two sides. He chose a marinated tomato, green pepper, onion and cucumber salad and some fries. His gygo meat pile came on a bed of rice. This is a huge plate of food !! For these two meals and a soda (fountain and refillable) it was 41.67 with tax. Well worth it as I ate at 5pm and am still stuffed at 9.
