If you look closely you can see during my pedicure the cuticle was never properly pushed away and was painted over causing my gel polish to prematurely chip.. which was a $15 up charge and didn't even last 4 days..... then I went for a redo and it was even worse. My big toe was cut during the service. I was in pain for a couple days especially in the shower. I won't be back. Feel like I wasted money because I'll have to get them redone at another place. Foot massage was the best part... the most important part the salon needs more training on polishing and which polish is best for pedicure because this isn't it and I wasted $60 here. read more

I went to get a mani/pedi. Once I arrived, they took my temperature, made me wash my hands, and write down all of this information pertaining to my health. Made me feel safer! However, there was no information posted that they were ONLY doing Gel nails. I chose a color for my mani/pedi and the color that was put on was clearly not the color I chose. I asked for a normal pedicure once I realized he was trying to put gel. He obliged and pedicure turned out fine. However my manicure was a different story. My cuticles are now infected, the color is atrocious, and I was incorrectly charged EIGHTY DOLLARS FOR A MANI/PEDI. They realized I was new and took complete advantage. I went here for a quick manicure today; did not even need polish. I asked they they take off half the length of my nails and they cut them as short at possible. I asked for a rounded shape exactly what I came in with and I left with the square that comes from cutting with a clipper (even after I pointed this out and she gave them a quick run over with a file while pouting). My nails were also so jagged they snagged my pants getting the car. To top it off, I paid $20 for that, as they charge a $5 fee per customer because "supplies have gotten so expensive." Really? The emery board they use for a week and a pump of cheap lotion? I noticed she also did NOT sanitize her cuticle nippers before putting them back in the case in her desk. I'd recommend driving a couple more miles and going elsewhere. read more

Most nail salons charge at least $ 10 more than here. Second - they have a large selection of pinks and naturals which are the colors I generally wear. Seriously, they have a great collection of colors which is why I have been here more than once. Also, they typically have a steady stream of customers but wait times are only around 5 minutes. TWO big shelves filled with beautiful polishes. They also use most POI, which is awesome. The facility is very clean and their massage chairs looked new. My guy did a great job and filed my square shaped nails perfectly. It is a LITTLE bit pricier than other places with $15/manicure, but I would definitely come back. I was even offered new OPI colors that were featured in the front of the shop. Pricing was competitive. A second tier pedi will set you back $35. Lowest level was $28. After reading the reviews on here I was not very excited to try this place but it was one of the only places open on a Sunday afternoon so I decided to give it a try and I am very glad that I did. Pros - best massage and use of lotions and scrubs that I have had (I've been to 3 other places that all had higher stars) - give you a drink from their mini fridge upon arrival - don't attempt to converse with you if you don't try with them so you can actually relax. - my nails always last for the entire 2 weeks before I get another one without chipping Cons - I've been 5 times and once my 40 min pedi was only 30 :-/ not happy about this but all other times was the full time. - it is a little odd how some of the nail techs dress. A few of them look as if they are getting ready to go out to the club. It doesn't bother me but it is less professional. - not as many color varieties as other salons, but they still have two shelves of polishes Overall this is my favorite place out of four that I have gone to and I will continue to go here read more

First issue- my credit card for this purchase had not been used for 2 months leading up to this experience and no other purchases afterwards. Two days after my experience here I got a call from my bank asking me about fraudulent charges. No coincidence here- someone is stealing credit cards! Beware!! The only reason this gets one star is because I went back after a ridiculously bad American manicure and they redid my nail color in a solid color. First they did pedi and mani simultaneously while I sat in the chair. The guy that did my toes was great! He doesn't deserve this review. The guy doing my fingers admitted later that he has horrible vision... No wonder my nails looks so messed up. Crooked lines, bumps, and uneven coats. I mentioned the white tip shouldn't be translucent so AFTER shaping the tip he went back over them. Meaning the tips could never be even bc shaping is so precarious. I asked numerous times for correction to be made and instead of redoing the nail he'd just paint over anything I mentioned. In the end I had 3 layers of white tip with 1 of the pink color. It was bad. For a regular color this place is doable but not my first choice for much of anything. read more

I have been to this salon many times. They do a good job and recognize me as soon as I walk in. However, some of their chairs are getting a little uncomfortable, and my biggest issue - some of the employees either smoke in the salon or out back with the door open. WORST PAINT JOB EVER. I went here with some girlfriends at their suggestion. We were going to get mani's and pedi's. I chose the level 2 Deluxe pedicure for $35, and that part was actually ok. I liked the paraffin dip and they did a great job with callous removal. They did not massage my feet/legs at all, only rubbed lotion in. However, because I chose the level 2 pedicure, they automatically gave me a level 2 manicure without asking, which up-charged my mani. (I wouldn't have chosen the more expensive mani). I chose this beautiful red color for the holidays and the nail-tech did two thick blotchy coats and got red ALL over my nail beds, cuticles etc. (She also didn't trim my cuticles at all). It was so bad that another nail tech had to come through and clean the edges with a brush and nail-polish remover, but not before it stained my nail beds pink. The original lady was like "the nail polish was very thin, hahahaha". I could have done a better job myself. Seriously. When I went to pay and noticed that they had upcharged my mani, the nail tech said, "Well you needed it, honey." I was so pissed I didn't even tip and told her they should be honest with customers about what they are giving them. I would have demanded them to reduce the price of my mani but I was with friends and didn't want to be "that girl." I will NEVER go here again. read more

The price for pedicures here is average however they don't do as much for what you pay for. I have really enjoyed LV in the past. The hot stone pedicure is the best: relaxing and thorough. The owner and most of the techs are friendly, and there is a lovely selections of OPI colors. However, I will not be going back because of the service I have received with waxing. This was not an isolated incident. Each time, I thought to myself, "It's just a fluke." However, 3 times is a trend, not a fluke. Trina, the waxing tech, is brutal and does not listen to what you say you want done. Once, she actually drew blood on my right brow. I went in for brows and chin waxing. She did the parts of my face she felt needed to be done. The next time, I was clear: just brows and chin. She did my neck, cheeks, etc. (I felt like I was coming in with a full beard that she was removing.) The worst part is, she charged me to all the services that I did not ask for. When I asked for clear polish the technician asked me if I wanted to pay $5 more for something that would make sure it didn't chip. I thought this was a total ripoff so I declined. They obviously use very cheap clear polish because within minutes of leaving it already started chipping (and it was bumpy on several nails). Tons of colors to choose from and they work fast (which I prefer over a slow experience). What a waste of $40. The sign said $30 for gel manicure, yet that charged $35 plus $5 to remove current gel polish. I am not used to salons charging to remove gel if you are reapplying gel. The tools seemed dirty. I elected for manicure because my cuticles desperately needed attention. They had me soak my nails in water and did not once use cuticle softener. Also did not have me wash my hands before applying polish. My nails are crocked, my cuticles still need to be cut, and technician painted too far down on Nail bed.
