We come to Williamsburg every year for vacation and often seek out a good nail salon that does good massages. I have nerve damage in my feet and legs. So massage is EXTREMELY important to me. We were reading all the good and bad reviews of the salons in the area trying to decide which one we wanted. We are SOOOOO happy we picked this one. We were lucky that we came at a not so busy time, it was Sunday around noon. We were greeted with a smile, offered many options and seated almost immediately. My son had "Kim", my husband had "CeeCee" and I had "Handsome" (yes, that's what he prefers to be called). Hands down..... this place gave me the BEST mani/pedi I've ever had in my LIFE. (I got the oatmeal special today, worth every penny) They went absolutely above and beyond with their services and you could tell they were very experienced. They were polite, pleasant, and very accommodating. We were offered drinks and treated wonderfully. I left there feeling completely spoiled and I felt like I had a brand new pair of feet with all the constant pain I get from my nerve damage. I will be honest I was hesitant reading any negative comments. But after deciding to pick this place..... I would encourage you to disregard them and give this place your business. My husband and I saw a promotion post card at the Resort we were enjoying. I called and was told to come on in, even though they close at 5pm. We arrived at 4:15pm and politely welcomed by Mrs Terri and her husband. They were excited to here we came from the resort near by. I enjoyed the Peppermint pedicure(for stressed muscles) done by Mr Moni. My husband was well taken take of by Ms CiCi. He selected the Charcoal Pedicure (for detoxing). We were not rushed. Both Techs did an amazing job and made a lasting impression on us. We finished up around 6pm. We tipped our new friends and left very satisfied. This will always be our spot when we are in Va. As a tradition of girls weekend we always go to a local place and get pedicures. When we called the owner said she would be open 24/7 if we needed a pedicure. Honestly we went solely based on that phone call. When we got there the same woman was still as kind and funny as she was on the phone. Referring to everyone as family. I got the pedicure with paraffin wax. It was the best pedicure I've gotten in a very long time. My nail technician Cici was amazing she took into consideration that I was in heels all week and my feet needed a little extra love and she didnt disappoint! I dont come to Williamsburg often but from now on when I do I'll be back to see her. read more

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Luxury nails is under new management. It has been update to the recent nail trend and up to date customers service. Terry and Aaron are absolutely amazing.I love the entire Luxury Nails family. My family and I have been going to Luxury Nails for years. And I will continue to. Terry is the best at my nail designs and my lashes are always phenomenal. Aaron is a genius when it comes to my nails, I like them a certain way he just gets me. Lol. I had the good fortune of getting a pedicure and manicure here last month while vacationing in Williamsburg. They were so good, I'm trying to figure out how to get down there more frequently! ;-) I have to give a particular shout-out to Gina for, by far, the BEST pedicure I've ever had! I get pedis routinely at home and every time I travel, so I had a lot to compare Gina to -- she is in a class all her own! I highly recommend asking for Gina and getting the full pedi. I absolutely LOVE coming to this salon. I have been coming here for years and the service is always TERRIFIC. I actually drive from Newport News just to come here. Terry is amazing and the salon is 100xs better now that she's the owner. My lashes and eyebrows are always amazing, the pedicures are fantastic and the service and dedication is like no other. Our group had two kids pedicure. The staff was so patient with the two kids in our group, we were blown away by the level customer service. Our manicures and pedicures were amazing.
