Ive been here twice so far, the first time was pretty good! payed 70 dollers and added a 15 dollar tip. I then went back on Super Bowl Sunday, I asked for a full acrylic set of chrome nails like the first time I went there. I got sat down quickly. Normally these apointments take an hour, this one took 39 minutes. She didn't prep my nails at all before , nor did she make me wash my hands. The shape is not almond like I asked, it's more of an oval. She was rushing so fast that she barely put any chrome on my right hand. After thI visit my nails looked and felt dry. Its been almost a week and the right hand has almost no chrome while the left hand has chrome. It looks tacky. I hope for a full refund as this was a lot of money wasted. read more

My pedicure was rushed. My french tips are all different widths. I asked Maria to redo my left foot to match my right and even the second time it was done wrong and they are uneven and ugly. My eyebrows were also rushed and after the waxing there is still hair above my left eyebrow. For what they are charging they should slow down and pay attention to detail way better. I had my first visit to this establishment this morning. I am new to the area after living in Northern Virginia for way too many years. I was spoiled by the quality and quantity of spa options. Let me tell you, this place rates in at least the the top 3 places I've been to. It's the best place in this area. The prices are very good considering the quality of service. When I was there a group of 20 gentlemen golfers came in. I was blown away with the service that was offered to such a large group and so happy to see what a great time they were having. We visiting while waiting for our room at Kingsmill. They were accommodating for all four of us and never made us feel rushed. They provided care, service and comfort. In fact they didn't try to up sell me since I had one nail to be fix. I was going to do a full replacement but they offered a less expensive option to get through the week. I'm so very unimpressed with their service. I was treated like a second class citizen. I paid for a 60 dollar pedicure. Not one time did the person in charge ask if I wanted water, drink anything I noticed that she made it point to check in with everyone else. Then just as it was time to paint my toes, one of the workers tells the man who was providing my service to go start a pedicure for someone else and he sits down and does a sloppy job painting my toes. Under new ownership. Super friendly husband and wife purchased the business in March, right before COVID 19 hit. Tough time for them. I have been coming here for three years to get pedicures and have been very satisfied. Really friendly staff and very sanitary. They line the pedicure tub with a new plastic liner for each customer. I was surprised at how many male nail techs they now employ. They all appeared to be happy to be there and appreciative of having a job. They were busy but everyone was wearing a mask and followed appropriate social distancing. Will definitely be back. read more

This salon is not my go-to place for just about everything. I get regular manicures and pedicures and often take my friends. It is like being at home everyone is so friendly. We can order wine, mimosas, beer, or soft drinks and make a party of it. Terry is fantastic. I have permanent eyeliner that everyone raves about. My daughter and a friend are getting theirs done this weekend. You rarely need other makeup, especially if you get your eyelashes extended as well. I do not understand the negative ratings. I checked in to get a 10% discount on my nails but I don't like how they do business. $10 for length that honestly passes as medium is so bizarre to me. Not to mention they have prices on the website that are almost all correct except the price of my service, a fill, which is supposed to be $20. Plus fixing 2 broken nails, which would have made it $30. Apparently it's more than that and they charge you for gel even if you don't want to get it, because "gel is less of a pain," so you may as well. Unhappy with the shape of my thumb nails, which I mentioned to the manager but don't have time to fix because I'm going on a road trip literally now. My friend's nails with a very basic design, only some curvy lines on it, were apparently $75 nails. There's no reason her nails should be almost twice the cost of mine. She also had to borderline argue to get a color she wanted, because it was too pink for her and he insisted it wasn't. This prompted both of them to laugh at her. I loved the women who did the pedicures though. Super sweet and that was definitely worth it. I just get my nails done all the time and have never seen someone charged like they charged my friend, nor have I ever been told that the prices they have up for things aren't up to date. If I ordered $30 worth of food off a menu at restaurant, I would be so shocked if they went ahead and charged me $45 because it's "not updated." Again, loved the girls though. But trying to have a conversation with the manager about the situation went nowhere. That's poor customer service. read more

I chose this shop for their reasonable prices clearly listed on their website. I intended to get a full set of short acrylics that were white. Nothing crazy. I just wanted white as my color so I wasn't able to choose from regular or gel (I didn't think it was an issue) The nail technician seemed to get frustrated the more I asked for them to be shorter. In the end, they were still too long for my liking. I also wanted a coffin look so I asked for that as well. His materials were dirty and worn down, he caused me to bleed twice. Suddenly my 25$ full set turned into 45$ because I wanted them shorter and with a coffin look with white nail polish. I was clearly confused and taken back and he as well as his coworkers started to get mad at me thinking I didn't have enough money. (I did) I continued to point out his CLEAR flaws and he was just more and more mad. In the end I left with a horrible set and I was covered in dust and dirt from the station. read more

I love this salon! After having some of the best spa treatments in this world in SE Asia, this place is at the top of my list for places to spend my money. It is a clean, pleasant atmosphere and relaxing. I had the VIP pedicure, with one of the male technicians. I loved the paraffin wax treatment. I also had a massage with one of the women and it was seriously the best massage of my life. She worked on my neck and scalp for awhile and used her forearms on my back, which felt amazing. I love this place. Me and my mom made an appointment for a luxury pedicure and a manicure. We were going because it was my birthday and we wanted to do something fun together. When we made the appointment, I was a bit skeptical of how good it would be because there werent many customers. The woman, who I assume was the owner of the eatablishment, was extremely friendly and welcoming. When we went the next day, we were greeted by the same woman. She askes us to pick out a color of polish, which was difficult because the selection was huge. Within five minutes me and my mom were sitting in massage chairs letting our feet soak. About five or ten minutes after that, two women came and started removing the nail polish that was on our feet when we got there. All the employees were really friendly. After that, we got about a hour and a half of foot and leg massages then our nails were painted. We were then brought over to another part of the spa and our fingernails were painted. We sat at the dryers for about five minutes, and then our nails were already dry. The store owner took five dollars off for my birthday, and we left. Overall, would definitely reccomens if you are getting your nails painted. I'm definitely coming back with my mom and I may bring my friends. The thing I love is for a two and a half hour session for two people, both getting the MOST EXPENSIVE pedicure and a mani, we still only payed $120. read more

Called to find where they were located, the girl on the phone was not able to give me proper directions, her accent was very deep hard to understand her, on top of the fact that she did not know where the business she works for is located. We were able to get an address and plug into the gps, when we arrived we asked for people specifically because we saw good reviews for them, apparently the girl who answered the phone,tracy, said she would rather take us. That is unacceptable, if someone comes to your business and would like a certain person, I feel as though it should be allowed, we let her service me, but I am disappointed, there were many times I could not understand her, and she seemed more as though she wanted to sell me more and more services, instead of trying to keep me as a client. The salon was clean and there were many choices for color, I only wish my experience was better. I go into a business knowing what I want and I am disappointed when I not only did not get who or what I wanted, but instead someone who is only about the dollar. When asked to speak to a manager, she said she was a manager, yet when we were getting ready to leave and asked someone else, they said the managers were off, good riddance hopefully this young lady is not left in charge again,if she was, we will not be back. read more

Although the prices are nice the staff isn't so kind nor is all of the staff precise and neat with what they do. The paint job of my nails have always been on and off when I go to visit. You have to pick a good day to go and ask specifically for a person you know will do well if you do go. They're a little rough when it comes to doing nails. I've bled a few times and it wasn't me because i always make sure before i get my nails done that I don't have any open wombs or cut. After birthday I went for overlay for my real nails and they told me they were too short and that I needed a tip. I didn't want a tip because I knew that I just wanted an overlay or plain old dip powder. They kept trying to persuade me to just get the tip but I knew that it would just be a full set I didn't want again because of how damaged my nails would've been. This is by far the WORST nail salon I've ever been to!!!! I just wanted a simple gel polish change and was hounded to death. The fact that I didn't have enough time for a manicure seemed to bother the manicurist. When looking for polishes she wouldn't leave me alone and when browsing regular polishes she went on and on about how it wouldn't dry fast enough. It sounded like she was disappointed that I didn't need a higher priced service. I just wanted to get out of there and so I told her I just wanted to take the polish off and she immediately started talking about me to her coworkers because they looked at me and snickered a bit.
