I have been made to feel uncomfortable about this at this salon in the past. Kim is my favorite favorite but everyone is very kind. It's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere without being too casual. They even have pedicure chairs for little kids, which made my 7 year old feel like a princess! I can only speak to their gel mani and pedicure services: I've always walked out with great nails! The pedicure is especially relaxing. They offer a number of types of pedicures, but even the basic one includes a leg massage, scrub, and hot towel. The staff range from super friendly to quiet and reserved but no one is rude. I also really appreciate that they don't "nickel and dime" you like another salon in the area that started charging extra for basic pedicure procedure (here's looking at you, Uptown Nails).
