I don't…read moreknow her name, but the few times I've been here, she has always spoken to me like she's annoyed or angry. Her tone constantly comes across as rude and unwelcoming. The last time I called over the phone, she was rude then too. I thought maybe she would be nicer over the phone, but honestly, it was even worse. If you work with customers, especially potential clients, I feel like you should be mindful of the way you speak to them. Even if a customer makes a mistake or does something incorrectly, there's still a respectful way to communicate with them. Her tone always makes it seem like she's in a bad mood, both in person and over the phone. But when I see her with other client she's way different and nicer so I don't get it ? Even if that's her personality she needs to try to top the attitude down a notch. The only reason I continue coming back is because of Ivonne. She is amazing, very sweet, and makes the experience so much better. She is WAY kinder and more welcoming than the lady with the red hair. If you happen to get the lady with the red hair, just be aware that you may not have the best experience. I really hope she works on her attitude and the way she speaks to customers because it can definitely make people not want to come back. Sorry for the rant but it really irks me her acting like that. Other than that the salon is great ! Just not the lady with red hair.
