The massage therapist I saw here I couldn't understand anything what she said to me she has an accent that is hard to understand her. I only wanted to get a massage there but the therapist asked me if I wanted to add other services like hot stones and whatever else to my massage I got. It all added up in the end and it was really expensive for everything I got done there and on top of that they didn't take but cash and credit card no checks. We both had the Laurel type of treatments which is as free of chemicals as possible. One hour each preceded by fact questioning which was pertinent to the treatments. The Laurel line smells so wonderful, a combo of herbs that makes you feel so relaxed but not sleepy. Afterwards I was given a card to use since I live locally for future treatments so I could get a chance to receive a surprise after a certain number of treatments. I also received samples of the Laurel skin cleanser and the sunscreen. I did have the chance to use both and am so impressed by both. Just a smidgen of each applied has improved my complexion. Definitely going to set up regular follow up treatments. She became defensive and told me that I should go with whomever I typically go to. With that type of customer service over the phone, I wouldn't even bother seeing how it would be like dealing with her in person. The fact that you said: I'm not at the shop to remember my products" is concerning given how much experience you claim to have and how you say you customize it according to the individual. You couldn't even name one brand! I ask because I prefer organic products and because you couldn't tell me what product you use then what makes you think I would've booked with you to even reject me? My comment was that unlike massages where its likely can't rare to cause any permanent damage in comparison to facials. We only have one face and if someone messes it up due to the product they use or being too hard when doing extractions; this can be irreversible. Beautiful Brows by Annie had good Yelp reviews and an appealing web presence. So yesterday I was a premeditated walk-in. After introductions, I asked her what she recommended. First was brow threading. I had heard of brow threading, and watched videos, but had not had it done. Until yesterday. Annie was very deft with her threads. And because my brows had been neglected for a few years, it was quite painful. Annie doesn't use dye, but tints the brows with powder. I asked her to pick a color; she chose and applied Soft Black. Next time I may ask her to use something darker, Hard Black perhaps. She suggested I return in 3 weeks, assuring me that it would be much less painful when properly maintained. I'm still considering brow tatts and micro-blading, but for now I'm sticking with Annie.
