Luxe (across the street) was very busy, so I drove over to try the "new place." Hoolleee I have regretted it ever since. (see photo) The tech never spoke with me- instead opting to speak solely to I found out is his son. Honestly, I didn't mind, and chalked it up to bad service. Not terrible. What killed my review and opinion was when he took the dremel to the tops of my nails for a simple manicure and laquer paint (1 color). I honestly did not know how to react while I watched him destroy my nails. It has been a very embarrassing, as my nails look unkept, annd they're prone to peeling, chipping, etc. Absolutely embarrassing to extend a hand, or lay it on the tabletop when working with others. It has also and painful month. my fingernails burn, and hurt. They're so thin. I don't know why he did it, if it's a lack of training, experience, or just a bad day, but I probably have 3-4 more weeks of this. Clean and airy location. Staff is friendly and prices were good. Me and the 3 girls with me (age 13-9) came in for basic pedicure's. They felt a bit rushed (which is why they aren't getting 5 starts) but we were all overall happy with the experience. One of the girls smudged their toes while drying and the staff happily fixed it for her We are visiting the area but I would certainly come back when we are in town. read more

Originally it was my go to place to get my nails done for formals & events as the staff were nice and preformed the service asked for very well. Over time going there I've started to notice the staffs attitude towards customers gets ruder and ruder, and they're very agressive (kind of throw your hand or foot away, or are harsh when drilling/filing) when giving the services requested. Overpriced for a simple acrylic fill, I have gone there several times and have been charged of 72 dollars including a tip. They do not let you pick your tip amount and the lowest tip you can give is 15%, which is ridiculous considering there is no talking with your nail tech and they leave the nails too thick. They also do not use clean drill bits and nail files as that resulted to one of my nails turning green. Pretty sure they also use illegal MMA which has ruined the beds of my nails. With the topic of my nail beds being ruined They have drilled deep into the nail leaving "rings of fire". My nails have also popped off consistently after 2 weeks each set which makes no sense. Overall I would stay away from this place and visit a different nail salon that isn't a glorified chop shop. read more

Well here we are another Nail Salon that has found a way to steal your money! I was told on the phone that a fill for my acrylic nails would be $25 plus $10 for Gel Polish ( it use to be $5). When it came time for me to pay she said $43 & I asked her why she said to shape your nails. I was under the impression that when you get your nails done that would be included. UNBELIEVABLE, these nail salons don't go up a little they increase ridiculous amounts & charge what they want. They should be regulated & have to have their prices visible to the public. I'm tired of being used & it's not worth the attitude that they are doing you a favor & they expect to be tipped on top of that!!! I went in for a gel manicure, and the man who did my nails was very conversational and friendly, but he did a terrible job. At first I thought I could live with it, but I decided to go back later that day to ask them to fix it. Kelly did an amazing job (although she was a bit annoyed I was back lol), and the new ones are beautiful. They are definitely a bit sheer for my taste, but that's on me. I think next time I'll either pick a darker color or ask them to do an extra coat so you can't see where the tips begin. I would have preferred my nails to be right the first time, but they turned out great after I went back. Plus, you can't beat a $33 gel mani. Pics are from the day I got them done. Responding to a review my friend posted the other day about the nail salon: It's only been 4 days and my nails are already chipping and the black paint is coming through the chrome paint. I don't do any manual labor or anything that would cause my nails to chip this early. If the chrome paint chips this fast, you should not be charging extra for it. All of us got acrylic fills. Yes, I did have 3 nails that needed to be repaired, however $88 for a fill is ridiculous and that is why I didn't tip. The only person who got a tip was the gentleman who was very nice to my friend and engaged while we were there. One of my friends got a fill with a chrome French tip just like me and had no broken nails and was still charged $70+. The other friend I came with just got a fill with no design just white paint and was charged $48. The service is not what bothered me the most. It was the price and the fact that I'm probably going to have to get them fixed within the next week because my nails were not done properly and I spent $88 on my nails. read more

It is still a clean nail salon and most of the nail techs do a wonderful job. Unfortunately, my last gel pedicure the gel polish application was pretty terrible, he missed parts of my nail on certain toes and there's polish on the skin occasionally.
