I personally found this location to be convenient and that they offer good quality work. This is in reference to a pedicure. Seating was comfortable with various massage options. I was pretty comfortable. The color options are endless even for gel. They even have some of the top brands. Inside it is pretty bright. Pedicures on one side and fingers done on the other. Everything was pretty clean and the waiting area was standard but I never really see anyone there. They do take appointments so that is convenient. The price here is very much comparable to other location. My pedicure turned out lovely. I had no complaints, and my technician was wonderful and kind and even got me a bottle of water. read more

Have had several nail techs do my nails here for the last yr. I found them all to be competent at dip french polish. Better to make an appt by phone to be sure. I would recommend them. read more

I had a good experience at Elite Nails. After a terrible interaction at a salon nearby with better reviews, I hopped over here to see if they could fit me in. The place was very busy with numerous technicians on staff. I really needed a pedicure before my evening plans on a Saturday, and they fit me in right away. Lots of colors of polish to choose from. My actual technician was lovely - she was thorough and appropriately chatty. My nails still look great three weeks later. The only downsides I'd note - it's not the most organized, clean space I've seen. Think more old school kinds of salons designed for high-volume. If you want that more swanky spa experience, this isn't really the vibe. But for a solid mani/pedi at a decent price, I'd recommend it. read more

Clean shop w good technicians. Same day service is great, a I appreciate them very much.

First experience here! We made an appointment ahead of time. We had to wash our hand when we entered and wear masks. The staff was really nice. They made sure the water was okay, the chairs we sat in worked (had problems at other places with them not working). We actually decided to get the spa pedicure which was $50, standard was $30. I feel like they both took their time with our pedicures and made sure we were happy with our polish color once it was applied. read more

Went for a pedicure. Had none of the glitter polishes available and then did not have my next 6 choices. Gave up. Extremely disappointed- Won't be back. Do not read more

I find the salon to be very clean. I've had great services from a few technicians, and so-so from a couple. Jasmine is definitely my favorite tech there. She is friendly and takes her time and my polish always lasts several weeks when she does it! read more

I Went to get a pedicure and asked if someone had time to paint my 5 year olds toenails. The technician replied, "we don't have anyone available." Heartbroken, as it was her FIRST time ever getting to go get her nails done. My daughter sat patiently while I got a pedicure. When I was done the lady asked me if I wanted a manicure and wax. To which I replied, "I didn't think you had anyone available." They ended up sending someone over to paint her nails. I had to hold my daughter's feet up for the technician to reach them, I helped prop her back up because nobody offered her a pillow so she could be slightly comfortable. Thankfully my 5 year old didn't understand how unprofessional and rude they were being. While I don't expect 5 star service at Nail Salons, this was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon in the past 20 years. The staff is Completely unprofessional, I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. They aren't cheap either. Very disappointed at the way they treat the customers. read more

Overall I had a good experience! The nail salon is very clean and you can tell that they spend some extra money to stay current and keep things nice. I got a spa pedicure, acrylic nail removal, and regular manicure with polish.. The pedicure was great, but I couldn't really relax because they brought a bowl in a basket to put in my lap so I could soak my nails off. I get that it takes time, but we were not in a hurry, nor did we say anything about needing to rush the process. Also...if my hands are stuck in a bowl of liquid for an hour...I expect them to be more helpful(like turning on the massage and rolling my pants back down for me, which is what I have experienced at other salons even when my hands are free). The girl that did my pedicure forgot to push back the cuticles on one foot, and when I said something she told me I was wrong and not to worry because my toenails would look good. I pay attention when I'm getting a service because I know this stuff happens all the time-I want it to be done right and if I have to speak up, the only response should be "yes ma'am". She did it, but the attitude was definitely not necessary. After that, it was obvious that her tone with me was unpleasant for the rest of my visit. The other thing I didn't like was that she "cleaned" off the foot exfoliator(which had a lot of skin in it) in the water that my feet were soaking in. I kindly asked her to use a towel instead and she argued with me once again. I would have given a 4-star if it weren't for my experience with this nail technician. The ladies I came with had appointments with their regular nail techs and I observed during our services- the other two were clearly much more experienced and thorough. read more

I arrived at my scheduled time, introduced myself and stated what services I requested. My technician was very rude, he pointed to where his station was located. I asked him do I need to pick a color and he said no, I will bring it to you...no problem. He never greeted and barely spoke to me. Only asked me which color from the samples do I want. My service included acrylic nails and pedicure. I requested a certain length in which he did, I asked him was he going to clean up my cuticles and he said they normally don't with acrylics???? I don't know the procedure because this was my first time getting acrylics, he obliged, but poorly done. I also requested a special design but while deciding between silver or gold, he told me I need to make up my mind because he has other customers. He provided the worst pedicure I've ever experienced. The only time he was kind or spoke in a kind manner was when he asked me was I paying in cash or credit. Total cost for service: $97!! This place came highly recommended, I should've read the reviews first. I won't return. read more

2nd pedicure ever and it was 10x better than my other one, thanks to Elite Nails! I'm not usually one for pedicures, but my wife on occasion gets one and I'll tag along with her. They were extra when it came to attention to detail. Not only with the maintenance, but the leg massage as well! They spend a good while massaging, and it was super relaxing. The staff is friendly enough to talk to you, but perceptive enough to know when you want to sit back and just relax. My wife and I were seated in the massage chairs with water within 3 minutes of our arrival, and the pedicures started within 15 minutes of our arrival. I highly recommend this place! I plan to come back the next time my wife wants to relax. Thanks Elite Nails! read more

Customer service is not the best. I went into the salon about the same time as a few others. I got my nails done and then a pedicure. Problem is I got my nails and feet done before the the other people had even gotten out their chair. I asked were there different types of pedicures and he looked over at "the other people" and noticed that I saw that they were getting Extra treatment so then he said "oh do want hot stones too"? At that point I was severely irritated because I held in the fact that he didn't even wrap my feet with towels. He tossed a towel on top and walked away. I did not enjoy my experience at all and to make is worse I've been there multiple times so know what a pedicure is supposed to be. Never going back and charged me over 100 dollars. I didn't even get gel on my toes!!!!!!!!! read more

Basic dip mani was well done. The young lady who did my nails was very attentive to doing a great job. I asked that my dip be thin, and it was executed very well. Based on observation, I would recommend making an appointment, as those folks were taken right away. I was a walk-in at opening and still waited (with my fingers in a bowl) for 30-40 min. Attention to cleanliness (due to Covid) was on point. read more

!!BEWARE of technicians here prying off acrylic nails with a plastic tip instead of soaking them off or drilling. The technician acknowledged that I was in physical pain and still proceeded to remove them incorrectly. My real nails hurt so bad now. This is a sign of lazy or poorly trained nail techs and not proper practice. This process will rip your natural nail leaving them paper thin, as it did mine. The pedicure was the only good experience I had here which is why I gave them 3 stars. read more

I walked in for a gel manicure at about 2pm in a Wednesday. I was immediately seated and everyone was very nice. 2 days later my gel nails started to chip and after 5 days the gel polish on 2 of my nails completely peeled off. I have never had this happen in the past. I do not recommend getting a Gel manicure here because you will waist your money. I feel like I just threw 35 dollars in the trash. Do not go here for this service. read more

They do a very nice manicure and pedicure (from past experience). Recently had a manicure and the only words that were said to me "how can I help you?" when I entered and "manicure, right?" when the technician started. The rest of the time, the technicians had their own conversation in another language. There was no "thank you" at the end. I'm fine with it being that way but my tip was based on the experience and the experience was less than satisfying but the job was well done. read more

Paid $40 for a gel fill + shape change. The lady who did my nails kept yelling while talking to me but was detailed in her work which I appreciated but not the attitude. Next day my gel polish started to chip almost each and every finger. Thankfully I made it just in time to get a fix...they have a two day policy.. The lady who repainted my nails was new but nice. New because the original lady (owner) who did my nails was coaching her the whole time. Still didn't appreciate the attitude Won't be back read more

I went here 3 times now and I just get a basic gel mani and pedi no tips or anything they get you done and out relatively fast but literally 2days later my gel completely peeled off one finger nail and is chip on every single toe and nail, and that's just this last time the time before they were rude and short with me and I know it wasn't anything I said or did because I'm nothing but nice to everyone I come in contact with even on my "bad" days overall just always something wrong when I leave there. read more

Best nail salon in Southeastern Virginia. Period. Hands down. I moved here after living in California, Overseas, and growing up in Miami. I get my nails, feet, amd eyebrows done every two weeks almost religiously. I searched for a decent salon in Hampton for about 5 months before I finally came out to Elite. I am soooo happy I did. I dont like drills on my natural nails and there didnt seem to be a salon in VA that understood that. I have been yelled at for asking techs to not use drills which is ridiculous. Elite understands. They are so thorough and their pedicures are wonderful. The salon is very clean and all the staff is pleasant. No bad odors AND they are open everyday! If you are considering heading out to Williamsburg to check out Elite, DO IT. It will be a great experience. read more

Everything was extremely clean and the wait for a pedicure was not long. The woman who did my toes was very gentle and considerate. I told her I had two cuts on my feet and to try to avoid them, and she did a wonderful job at that. The nail polish looks really good even 2 weeks after. This was definitely one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the measures they took to ensure safetyfrom covid-19. (all customers have to wash hands and wear masks, social distancing enforced and all employees wore gloves and a mask, seats sanitized between costumers) read more

Horrible! What a rip off. They do not go by prices posted. They up charge for everything and when you question it the little old lady yells and makes a scene. This has happened twice to me. Multiple nails mis painted. With missed spots. Pedicure was barely average. read more

This place has great techs but absolutely horrible management/ownership. I prefer the male tech the most. He is very kind and seems to stay on schedule. I can't understand why the woman behind the phone/front desk is so rude. Every time I call to ask about appointments she has an attitude. She only speaks to her customers when they walk in, when really we all are her customers. I watched her tell someone "you have to leave we have appointments" when the lady was already soaking her feet and asked that question on the way in. "Is it ok that I don't have an appointment?" AND they set her up in a chair to soak. One time we booked 3 pedicures and one person was done and one wasn't even started. She said "we are busy". We booked 3 together to spend time together not to spend the whole day at a salon. She could have said they didn't have availability but we spent 2.5 hours for a basic pedi, one was a male. I wish she would let someone else answer the phone and greet her customers because I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for her. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, it would still be more than they deserve. Twice I have attempted to have appointments and twice they have severely disappointed. I show up the first time for a nail appointment and they insist I'm there for a pedicure. No! So I leave. That was a few months ago, so I try again... I have an appointment for 2pm. I'm there promptly, but no one is there for me. And I wait. No one bothers to come and apologize for not taking me at my appointed time... nothing. So hello Elite Nails, you lost a couple of customers. If this is how you consistently conduct business...you'll be out of business.. I certainly won miss you. read more

I am just not a fan of this place.. I have been here twice (different years 2017 and today) first time I was here I was with a bridal party. I wanted an ombre look and I kid you not the lady painted my nails and put 4 dots on my toes and they looked like a domino. Without complaining I told her I didn't like it to paint it normal and we moved on. Got to my nailed and I leave with almonds on my fingers $120 later... said I would never go back.. today I was invited to join my friend with getting my nails And toes done. We made an appointment and got seated I was happy was hoping things would be different this time. The lady that did my toes was nice and did a okay job. (little streaky and paint on my skin) then we go to do our nails. Wait 30 minutes to get our nails started on when we made appointments. The bookkeeper lady lian, claims we never told her about our nails so we had to wait. Which was a lie. I called and told her 2 pedicures and 1 fill with 1 manicure. Brushed it off. we start the mail process. First the colors where not what I wanted. They said the color would match my toes and it doesn't. Then it time for her to shape them you could say a kindergartner could have filed my nails better than that. There is no shape. It's like one side is semi filed the rest looks like waves and chips. note lain did my nails and is the bookkeeper and I get it there are busy but with her distractions my nails look shitty. Just not a fan of this place... read more

After a couple bad experiences I will not be returning. Update... second visit awful. Asked for gel pink and white. Talked into powder told they would look the same but better for my nails and they look awful. Nail beds are white speckled and cloudy. When I told her how unhappy I was told " I should get gel next time...." that's what I asked for... First time in. Called 15 min ahead of time and they were set up and ready for me. They did a great job. I wish they'd do nails and pedicure at same time because I have a hard time sitting still that long, but they were super friendly and Jenny did a great job on my nails. I've been coming to Elite Nails since 2013 after I seen the awesome job they did on my coworkers nails. I skipped 2015 due to a 1 year deployment but as soon as I got back I knew where I had to make my first stop..Elite Nails! I love the dark color pink they use because it makes the white standout.
