I only came for a relaxing pedicure. No nail polish or anything, strictly feet maintenance. There was a hit of communication barrier communicating I didn't want my toes worked. I ordered the Organic Herb pedicure & was overall pleased with it. The water was very hot which is often hard to come by at salons. Overall, a good experience but I wouldn't visit again due to the intense language barrier. read more

My first time here was just fine, however, my second time was not. The nail tech used the nail grinder on my dry cuticles to remove them rather than the typical oil and cuticle cutter. It was painful and she made me bleed in 3 different spots. On top of that, she added cuticle oil after, swiping the brush across my bloody cuticles and put it right back in the oil! So I would not say this place is sanitary and I will never come back to get my cuticles ground off. The nail art on my fingers was an okay attempt but not really what I had asked for. The vibe is nice initially and I didn't have a problem with my pedicure. However, given that she dipped the bloody brush back into the oil, I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. read more

This is my go to place for these heavy duty nails of mine. The pedicures are fantastic and my feet like silk afterwards. They offer refreshment. The best part are the massage chairs...OMG!. The employees are really nice and they speak better english than they let on...shhhh! I come here to treat myself every 2-3 weeks and always totally worth the trip and their charge is varied and reasonable. Ladies, treat your husbands here...seriously! read more

I found this salon on Yelp. I was a walk-in. The place was packed. I just knew they would turn me away but they didn't. The decor is very instagrammable. The floral wall in the waiting room area. There are flowers hanging along the ceiling. The pristine white marble floors. This is a spa/nail salon. My first visit I got a fill. My second visit I got a fill and pedicure. I don't live in the Hampton area but I frequently visit about twice a month. Briller Nails has been my go-to nail salon when I want to relax a bit and get a great pedicure. The staff is super friendly, and the pedicures are amazing. The establishment is very clean and they sanitize in between each patron. I've been here about three times now and I have never had a problem. Parking is plentiful as it is in a large shopping plaza. They have every nail color you can think of so the variety is awesome. Briller nails is honestly my go to place when I want to get my nails done. They have great customer service as well as amazing deals. However I went in for a new set in a short almond shape.. while in the chair they looked nice But after getting to my car and taking a closer look they look messy and lumpy... and part of one nail isn't painted at the bottom and my cuticles are everywhere... read more

My friend and I came in as walk ins for a full acrylic set and a dip manicure. The two that helped us were so amazing. We had to wait a little while to get started since they were busy I understand why they're so busy here ! The service was absolutely amazing. They even offered complimentary refreshments since we had to wait for a little while. They stayed a full hour after close to finish our nails. So welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend. read more

Not only did the nail tech rush through my pedicure, but he did a terrible job. My toenails are uneven, chunky, and poorly done. He finished my pedicure in less than a half hour and immediately told me I needed to go sit in the waiting area because they needed the chair for another customer. I understand it's Good Friday and everyone is busy, but I've had this appointment for two weeks now. I've been getting my nails and toes done for over 15 years and this is by far the worst I have ever had. Save your money. Save your time. Go anywhere else BUT here. They care about the QUANTITY of their work, not the QUALITY. & that's just bad business. read more

I made an appointment for Friday at 4:30. I walked in and was immediately seated at the pedicure bowl. I got a regular spa pedicure with gel, as well as a gel manicure. I believe Trisha did my nails. & she did a good job. The salon is very nice and clean inside and fairly spacious. I will be back! read more

I had a manicure and pedicure done. They glued plastic nails, filled and painted the nails to have my nails look long. They also suggested having my ring finger nail different color, silver, to match for the shoes I am planning to wear. I got the classic gel pedicure. It was very nice, with scrubs, lotions, hot stone massage. I strongly suggest this nail salon to others. read more

The salon itself is clean and nice aesthetically. I would not recommend getting dip powder done. I got dip powder done and they tried to top off the dip in Gel instead of the using the full dip process. There was no attention to my cuticles. I got a sparkly dip powder and at the end of the service you could feel raised sparkles.. they did shave the nails down and fix it but I am still dissatisfied with the end result. read more

Great customer service, did the design I requested and colors. It has been almost a week since I went and the nails are still great al quality is high, ai noticed a lot of people go so that means is good. He asked me if I wanted to watch anything in the TV. Put my phone on a stand as I was watching something so I was confortable. So really recommend! Going back for a refill but I think I will only let the man do my nails as One of them did mine and I saw the others work and i liked it read more

Yep, I found my new place! I believe this shop was a nail shop prior but it's been renovated and a new name. Called first since it was Saturday and they told me to come right on in. I don't know how long this shop has been open but there was only 2 people in there. Only needed a pedicure today so they sat me immediately. Dan was my nail tech and he is awesome! Seems like new salon but it was perfect not only they sat me instantly but showered me with compliments when I came in. Normally the saying beauty is pain comes with doing your nails but this is the first time I did not feel any pain at all no cuts no scratches nothing. My daughter and I chose this spot because of the reviews. We went in for pedicures and my daughter needed her acrylics soaked off. I get pedicures on a regular basis but this time I was about a week over due. I mention this so you understand I did not have ingrown or any issues but my guy managed to make both big toes bleed due to the way he pulled the cuticle off. As he was painting my toes he used his bare thumb nail to scrape the polish off the edge of my skin. When I say his thumb nail was dirty, not polish, but dark, dirty I knew I would end up w an issue. Upon leaving the salon I went straight to CVS for anti Celtic to try and limit the infection. Fingers crossed. As for the pedicure, we did the volcano. It was ok. Our feet soaked in plain water and when they finally poured the bubbles in, they started working on our toes so didn't get to enjoy that much. There was no massage, more rubbing. Now for the best part. Instead of soaking my daughters acrylics, they attempted to peel them off. If it was that simple she would have done it herself. When she pulled back from the pain the guy asked, did that hurt? Or course it did. Needless to say, she declined the removal and we picked up acetone at CVS as well. Definitely was not a great experience and we will try a dif place next time. read more

My daughter and I visited this location in dire need to get our nails done. I'm here to tell you it's a great environment. The wait can be a bit much as the focus seems to be more on pedicures and vice nails either way recommend setting an appointment or calling ahead. They do not have enough nail tech that knows how to do liquid gel fill as the majority of the world is doing either acrylic or dip powder. So they will do what's popular.Overall I give them this rating base on the time of service, the thoroughness, and pricing. read more

My pedicure was less that satisfying. I paid for the $48 one and the young man that did mine hardly massaged my feet, he did the bare minimum with my toes. Also it says it was 40 minutes but the tech comple completed it quicker. I left unhappy. Will not return. I also think the prices are over priced as well. read more

I came in and asked for my feet and a fill in. After my feet were completed I was sat down and told someone would be with me . about 15 mins later I asked my why my nail tec began to give another customer that came in after me service. the woman at station 8 gave me a half way answer and then began to ignore me. Then I asked to speak with someone else. The young man that did my feet said that he already told me he wasn't goin to do my nails. however he was doing someone else who came in after me nails. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was excited to try this nail salon with all the great reviews on google but had a terrible experience! A guy did my nails and rushed through the whole process. The lengths were uneven and he missed areas with polish. He was very unfriendly even when I asked simple things like how his day was. A week and a half later my nails were completely infected and I had to pull off my whole set I had on! I've been getting my nails done for years now and I have never had such a thing happen! It's REVOLTING and completely unacceptable!!! I'm EXTREMELY upset with this experience!!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I would highly recommend you all try this place. There is only one masseuse and she offers massages for men and women. Check Groupon you may find a discount there. They offer other spa services as well. Make sure you schedule your appointment way in advance. Weekends tend to fill up super quick. They will also call to confirm your appointment a day or two in advance. Just a note, if you run into concerns of no return calls after leaving several voicemail messages, reach out to the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager. I resulted to that after a week of no return phone calls and I received a call within 24 hours from the spa. Free parking is available on the street. I do not believe a parking garage is nearby. I had made an appointment prior, and it seemed like whether you are a walk-in or appointment you were waiting the same time (which wasn't too long). The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.
