I came here after not being able to get a pedicure for about 2 months. They were the only salon able to take me right away today, so I was thankful for that. I called to make an appt and they told me to just come in. When I walked in, I was told to pick a color. I guess they aren't having people wash their hands anymore at the salons. I grabbed a color and was seated. They use the liners for their pedicure tubs, which I was thankful for. It just makes me feel like it's cleaner and more sanitary. The nail technician got straight to work. About halfway through I realized she never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. So I figured I was getting the basic. It was a nice pedicure. They use hot stones for the massage, which was nice. The technician also got my hang nails out with little to no pain, for which I was very grateful. I work on my feet a lot, so that's a big bonus. After the pedicure, my feet looked so cute! I left off a star only because I wasn't presented with pedicure options, so I'm not sure there are options. The basic pedicure was about $28, not bad at all. I'll return again though, and I do recommend this place! read more

Me and my daughter came here for pedicures on a whim. The lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. I think she did a good job on my pedicure but the gentlemen who did my daughters never spoke once. And he didn't do a clear coat at the end and not even an hour after my daughter had a chip in one of her toes. The salon itself was quaint but it did look a little cluttered. The regular polish pedicures cost $30 each. I did tip well but I don't think I'd ever return here. read more

NO, no, no. The salon invites and encourages walk ins. I came in on a Saturday morning and asked for a pedicure. The place had literally two workers and two customers. Everything else was vacant. The woman at the front said, "Well, you have to come back later because as you can see we are very busy right now." With two customers? I don't mind a wait while you finish one, but really? I walked right out and went across the street to another salon where they fit me in immediately. read more

I would give 5 stars but I got a broken chair :( Anyone who goes to get a pedicure always looks forward to the massage chair while sitting in a nice warm bubbly foot bath. They people have always been nice and do a great job. I believe their prices are the same as other nail salons since a standard pedi seems to be $25. After trying numerous nail salons in the area, I found my place! I've been coming here for about a year now and it's time I leave this review. Here's what you should know: 1. If having an accurate appointment system is important to you, this is one of the very few places I have been that will actually tell you if they are full instead of having you sit and wait for an hour. I always call ahead and schedule my appointment and I've never had to wait. We've all been to the places that schedule an appointment, but still let other customers go in front of you. Not here 2. The owner and every single technician are so friendly. I always feel welcomed, and they are even very patient when I bring my 3 year old to get her nails painted. 3. They do not rush through the process. I come every 2 weeks and I'm always very satisfied with the amount of time they spend on my pedicure. Great with cleaning/trimming cuticles, ingrown toenails, & hot stone massage for very reasonable prices. Love this place!! read more

I've been twice. The first time I was impressed with the detailed precision the tech had with my nails. I decided then that I would return. However, on my second visit after leaving I noticed a couple of my tips on the acrylic were misshaped from the perfect square they once were and the gel Polish was chunky looking. Instead of complaining, I just overlooked as a bad day since i did come about an hour before closing and decided I'd hope for a better result at the next fill-in. On my third visit I walked in just to get an eyebrow wax. This day I found the salon a little busier than usual at the pedicure chairs, but there was one available tech that was simply sitting at the nail station that got up to ask what it was that I needed. I told her an eyebrow wax. She asked me to come back in which I responded politely that's ok, thank you and walked back to my truck. I hopped in and began to search for a different salon nearby when i notice 2 more ladies walk-in the same salon I'd just left. In the time i sat looking for a different salon I did take care to note if these 2 ladies would be turned away as well. They were not. I do definitely understand being too busy to reasonably accommodate a walk-in yet this tech was simply sitting. I'm yet to understand why my business was turned away and the next 2 ladies were not. I have my idea which can not be confirmed as I do not intend to revisit this establishment and would rather drive a bit further out to find a salon whose services are consistent and customer service is fair. read more

No frills nail salon off route 17. They have a large selection of colors for gel and sns dip powder. I got seated right away and my nails were done by Peter, very meticulous with attention to detail and he did an excellent job on my manicure. Prices are good at $28 for gel and $25 for pedi. I am very picky about my nails and this was one of the best gel manicures I've ever had, I'll definitely be back! read more

I requested a manicure and pedicure without an appointment. Kim stated it would be 45 minutes. No issue; I decided to wait. About 30 minutes later I was sitting in the massage chair and getting my feet soaked. The pedicure was perfect. I am a very ticklish person, but Kim kept me under control while removing the dead skin. This is a great place - there is hardly a wait and the service is very good. The prices are very good - like $45 for a gel pedicure and eye brow waxing. The plaza doesn't look great, but the inside of the shop is clean and nice. This is my new go to place read more

Only my second time here. Not impressed at all and will definitely go somewhere else the next time I am in the area. They can't even do paraffin unless you give them a 1 hour notice. I noticed she wasn't using hot towels (never had a pedi without hot towels) and I asked her about it and she says "oh no you are just getting a pedicure" Most places give you their menu when you walk in and give you a choice. The customer service was not what I experienced on my first visit and she acted like I was an inconvenience. Won't come back here again, KP Nails just lost a customer. Save your money and go somewhere else that is more professional and seems to care about your experience! Not a happy customer today! read more
