DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EYEBROWS!!! I took my teenage daughter for brows and full set. Not only did the lady doze off doing her nails (which I did not know about until after) she absolutely cut her cuticles up so bad she was bleeding and sore for the last week and looks like one is getting infected. SHE ruined the perfect arch in her brows. Now she looks like a 90s teen with slivers she cant even brush up. She said the lady didnt even turn the lamp on and just put waxed all over. She just wanted them cleaned up and they are GONE!!!! I am so upset. Also, I have a feeling they don't sanitize their equipment at all between use but can't be for sure. I will NEVER go there again. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, but she clipped my cuticle too far and made it bleed. When I asked her not to clip my cuticles any more, there was a bit of a language barrier so she kept going and made me bleed on the other foot as well. I'm really nervous about getting infections so I asked her to just paint my nails so I could go home and put some neosporin on them, but again my concerns were misunderstood. I'm just praying it doesn't get infected. As far as cleanliness, I've been to some salons that open the tools in front of you so that you see they're sanitized. When I got my pedicure, they brought out a basket of tools that look thoroughly used. I hope they're disinfecting in between uses. read more

Update time. This is my second time and already I know why this is my plan b. My plan a salon was booked, so so opted for my plan B today. They were able to accommodate a 5pm. So I arrived 4:53pm to allow time to select my nail color. They were finishing their dinner. No worries at all, please finish that dinner. I do not want anyone to be hungry. Turns out their 4:30pm appointment arrived 39 minutes late. I figured I would still be good to be taken at my normal time. Nope. They took the 4:30pm instead of me who was on time. I do not feel that is acceptable. There is a reason there is appointments and reservations. I did not start my services until 5:30pm. I did notice something like this happened while I was here for my first time. Someone had an appointment and ended up being told they had to wait 20-30 min. She left very angry stating that this was not the first time they had done this. As I'm sitting here trying to be understanding and patient... it was hard. My time is valuable to me. I wish there was some sort of communication to me instead of all three speaking to each other (employees) Other than that, my manicure and pedicure were great. No major issues. read more

I got my lashes done. first of all the lady who did my lashes rushed, second of all she ripped out my eye lashes. this is a picture of my lashes before they got done by this place and how much they got ripped out. After the first hour of getting them done I had to take out the first ones because she put them so close to my eye, to where it was touching my eye. please do not come here to get lashes. Nice unplanned relaxation. After a great brunch at Poquoson Diner Gigi and I went to PN Nails Spa for a very relaxing and long overdue pedicure. We were lucky enough to arrive after the morning rush and before the afternoon rush. They do take walk-ins (which was us today) but I highly recommend going online and making an appointment they had to turn people away while we were there because they were so busy. read more

Do not let Nathan touch your nails. he ripped all of my nails off. i then requested his wife/ owner to fix them and expressed how upset i was. she continued to express how she would fix them by placing fake nails on . i cant have take nails!!! then she smacked my hand and said "you make me so mad" bc I expressed that her "fixing" them did not un validate me being upset and that her fixing solution should have never happened. my nails are down to the quick & 2 days later i have 3 nails with polish off. i am so upset with this place. this is one of the many times that the owner has also been extremely rude. my apt was at 430 & i was not touched until 6pm, just for this to happen. i have never went to a place & been treated so disrespectfully! do not go here! read more

Got an appointment at the last minute and was treated great! Pedicure and dip nails turned out just as I wanted.

Went in for a full set of dip nails and had to add a few tips as well... I called and they said they had openings if I came right then. I showed up and waited 45 mins. The lady put the tips on and. Got her finger glued to mine.. I mean things happen so I overlooked it. Then she kept putting on so much polish to dip my nails it started dripping off my nails. She eventually sort of fixed them. The color on some of my nails is darker in some spots and lighter in the others. My nails don't match the same size as my other hand and I have glue all underneath my nails and on my hands. On top of that I was there for over two hours for this terrible nail job. Such a waste of money. Honestly don't go here. read more

Definitely disappointed... I wish I could give zero stars. Should have just left, and then got to that point of, wth I've waited this long. I waited an hour (first dumb move)and was ready to leave when one of the ladies said I'm next. She had me sit at one of the pedi stations and I waited another 45 min with my feet soaking. I ended up having to take them out because they turned they started to flake. I watched two occasions as black customers came in and they said not a word to them and just looked at them. I even pointed them out to the lady next to me (since I was in the chair still soaking with no hope to be seen), and she said nothing.... again, I should have left. One lady waited for a little and then when she left, the ladies laughed. The final straw, she started to do my cuticles and slipped and cut so deep my nail started bleeding. All my mommy time wasted.
