We both had the Laurel type of treatments which is as free of chemicals as possible. One hour each preceded by fact questioning which was pertinent to the treatments. The Laurel line smells so wonderful, a combo of herbs that makes you feel so relaxed but not sleepy. Afterwards I was given a card to use since I live locally for future treatments so I could get a chance to receive a surprise after a certain number of treatments. I also received samples of the Laurel skin cleanser and the sunscreen. I did have the chance to use both and am so impressed by both. Just a smidgen of each applied has improved my complexion. Definitely going to set up regular follow up treatments. Also right after my facial, my complexion felt so calm and not inflamed though I had been following all the correct ways to keep a clearer complexion such as drinking plenty of water, not touching my face, sleeping with my hair pulled away from my face, using cleanser free of perfume, etc. The spa is so very clean and I was quite impressed.

Yes Tammy drew my eyebrows on first and we agreed. No they looked nothing like what they were supposed to. One had a permanent surprise look. Tammy called it a mini face lift. The other was straight and looked angry. Not once did she show me a mirror during the procedure. As a matter of fact she started twee-zing away what little eyebrow I had on only one of my eyebrows to hide her mistake. Comments like "shoot" or "shucks" are not things you want being said when you have someone tattooing your face. When I expressed my shock and informed her I hated them there was ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN. When I told her this is not what we discussed or what I was expecting, I was informed policy says you have to follow the bone line. Basically this is the way it had to be because of my bone line not because she made mistakes. Come back in 35 days and bring more money (raised her original touch up price from $150 to $200). NO WAY would I ever let this unskilled con artist ever touch me again. Don't fall for her line "I have been in the business for 14+ years." That doesn't mean she has been tattooing for 14 years (hindsight). The required skill is not there. The results unfortunately for me were the proof. Do what I didn't do and ask to see and speak to a satisfied customer. I ignored the lack of current training certificates, and the dirty photo book with only a few examples that may not have even been her work. I trusted Tammy and believed she was going to make an improvement in my appearance. I was absolutely devastated at the results. I am only trying to prevent anyone else from going thru the pain, embarrassment and total humiliation I suffered. Not to mention the pain and expense to have them removed. I only wish I had been warned. After the fact I was able to consult with several permanent makeup removal specialist (who agreed she lacked the required skill) who are now helping me undo her mess.

I asked about my nails since I walked in to nail salon. And they were very friendly about answering the questions. I went to place I was looking for and they even said about this nail shop that they're very good. So I decided to get my pedicure done after I took care of my business. I asked to have this design I found online and showed it to the lady and she did exactly look like the picture. I am really happy that I found this place. Lady who did my pedicure, Anna is so friendly and professional. Helen who was there and giving me lot of information about the town since I am new in town. She was very nice too. I've been looking for good nail shop and this is the third place I found and this is the Best place so far! Highly recommend and oh I like their free wifi service too :)

They had one woman working on both of us going back and forth which would leave one of us sitting for quite some time. Eventually another woman came and finished my nails. They also charged 45 dollars for a basic manicure which I feel is way too much. Majority of the staff was nice but we were not satisfied with the amount of time the whole process took and the results of our manicures.

A few days ago my 93-year-old mother developed an ingrown toenail and Ms. Hong was able to work us in right away. She took such good care of my mom! Was gentle and kind and worked away at the problem until it was fixed. For myself, I always get a pedicure, never a manicure, so can't speak to the latter, but I've always been highly satisfied with the job they do on my feet. Appointments are highly recommended, but they can usually work me in within an hour or two.
