As I arrived I saw a pharmaceutical rep at the front desk and it became immediately apparent that she was trying to talk her way in to an unscheduled meeting with a doctor. The front desk, while maintaining their smiles and professionalism was having none of it. They offered an email for her to schedule an appointment, but finally went to the back to get an office manager or someone who came out front and backed up what the desk employees had been saying. The pharm rep kept trying to offer the office free things, but it did not impress the staff. I love it when the patients take precedence, and I feel that was on display here today. Katya is the owner and she does this because she loves it and she cares, not because she wants to nickel and dime everyone who walks through the door like some other places. Heres my experience: I moved here in August and I had called to get a lash appointment with Katya before we even got in the state. She was one of two people in the area who is Extreme Lash certified. I found her on their website. I've had bad lash experiences in the past with people who used cheap product or didn't know what they were doing so I knew I wanted to find someone whose training and experience I could feel good about. Especially when it comes to my eyes. When I arrived she made me feel so appreciated as a client, taking special care to correct my "well traveled" lashes. :) She cleans them too which is something nobody has ever done for me. This is just one of many things she does that show how much she cares about your health and safety during your visit. The salon is lovely, CLEAN, and they always offer coffee, water, and have munchies out too. I have been coming to see her for the past two and a half months and she definitely has a loyal client in me.
