The ladies here are so friendly and welcoming. Megan gives 10/10 service. It was my first time getting my lashes done in July and I've been back every 2 weeks ever since. I highly recommend this shop!! read more

I'll be moving to this area in a few months and was hoping to find my new lash studio. Unfortunately I'll have to keep looking. My first time to this location and I was not welcomed, shown where to put my purse, tech did not introduce herself, and barely spoke to me during the session. (Basically just "open" "close") I was not given a mirror, asked if I liked them, or anything like that at the end. She was also super rough brushing my lashes over and per, I almost had to tell her to stop. And on top of that, I've never had so many extensions just fall out so fast (Not my real lashes, just the extensions) not sure if it was the glue they used or the tech. But I follow the instructions for even longer than recommended after getting them done. I don't get my lashes wet or around steam for a minimum of 48 hours. Yet I'll be needing my next fill early read more

I am 50 years old and have lashes but with age they have lightened in color. Growing tired of wearing mascara and eyeliner, I recently had my permanent eyeliner done & wanted to try lashes. I was very nervous because I wanted a very natural look and didn't want to loose my lashes in the process if they were to come off. The experience at Solashed was top tier! The lash technician was very informative & knew exactly what I was looking for. she answered my 100 questions lol putting me at ease! From the moment I got up from the table and saw my lashes I was addicted! Thank you to my lash tech who achieved EXACTLY what I was looking for! you made my morning routine that much easier to get out of the door on time! if you are looking for a beautiful look & professionalism THIS is your place - Stephanie meadows young read more

I had been wanting extensions for THE LONGEST and was so scared to get them mainly because I have sensitive skin, but also because there are so many shady places out there that LOOK GOOD online, but you get there and you wish you never deiced to go there. I didn't want to end up with goopy lashes and an eye infection from Hell. I finally decided to bite the bullet and made an appointment, which was super easy. I communicated with Kaitlyn through Yelp messaging. She was super helpful and answered all my questions pretty quickly. Once I got to my appointment, I had a million questions for her because of all of my anxieties and concerns and she answered every one of them with a smile. She is so professional and has a great bedside manner. Conversation was super easy. I was at ease the whole time. I've had my extensions for 2 full days now and I've still been messaging her with questions and she is still being super nice, which is a plus! I love my lashes and I have nothing negative to say about SoLash'd. Highly recommended :-) I always have to add my bathroom bit. Since this is in an office building, there was no bathroom in her actual suite..but it was conveniently down the hall. It's your average office, multi-stalled bathroom. Nothing to write home about lol. Anyways, go see Kaitlyn..she's AWESOME! read more

Do not let Angelica do your lashes if you have questions about lash services. I encourage the owner of this establishment to give her some one on one training in answering customers questions and concerns in a professional non confrontational manner to avoid losing business and bad reviews. I encourage anyone considering this place to spend their money where they are respected and their business is appreciated by the staff. read more

Highly recommend getting your lash services done at SoLash'd. I've been getting my lashes done since 2012 so it's been an addiction of mine since then. I received lash services in Chicago and San Diego. I recently moved to VA so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find an awesome lash technician that would exceed my expectations. And boy was I relieved when I stumbled across the yelp page/ and IG for SoLash'd. Been waiting since End of March to get my lashes done. Since covid I had to keep rescheduling my appointment. But going to SoLash'd was well worth the wait. It was a pleasure meeting Kaitlyn she was professional and very friendly. And after our 2 hours of awesome conversation I opened my eyes to a beautiful set of Gel Ly lashes. I'm very impressed and happy to have my lash extensions again ! read more

I got the hybrid lashes and that same day lashes where coming out. I've had my lashes 3 days and majority of the lashes are missing. I will never go here again! I would not recommend . read more

It was my first time in this establishment and only my second experience with eyelash extensions but Tiffany was so patient with me and all my questions! So much better than the other place I went to. I'm so satisfied with my lashes!!! Ask for Tiffany, you won't be disappointed! read more

Never leave my appointments disappointed! Even tho I went almost a year because of my busy lifestyle. I went in and was like I never left! Kaitlyn will forever be the best! She always knows what I like before I even ask! Eyelashes always on point!! And she fixed my mess of eyebrows too!! If I could give her 100 stars I would! Highly recommend!!!! read more

The best! I've previously had my lashes done at a couple of other highly-recommended salons that were...not so great. Or great only at first. I'm happy to say that--with 3 visits so far--SoLash'd is my home sweet home for lashes! WOW. McKenzie is the best. A complete professional, she is fully trained, highly competent, understands your preferences, and most of all, NICE. I'm so confident putting myself in her hands. My lashes have never looked better--or lasted so long. Plus, this is a beautiful, comfortable, hygienic space. I don't mind if I get there early; they have a small gift area for lash-specific needs. Easy to find, wonderful service: what's not to love!! read more

10/10 reccomend this girl! She's friendly, timely, and takes great care of your lashes! If you have any problems at all she doesn't hesitate to fix it. Did I mention her salon is SUPER cute? SoLash'd is the ONLY place to go to, don't waste your time anywhere else! read more

Customer service is not great. Will not recommend because if you have to cancel there is a fee of 50% of the service no matter what. They are not friendly on the phone and do not try to help find a solution if it's not affordable. Overcharged and have provided services in the past to for myself that included eye lash extensions. While in the process of the eye lash extensions the glue was applied and then got directly into my right eye. This resulted in my eye being inflamed for a week and having eyesight problems and it was incredibly painful. The employee stated that this can happen and it's a risk you have to take for the service. No discounts and appointments are not great for people that work weekdays and need appointments on the weekend. read more

She's so great! She offers a lash club for a really good price so I can unlimited fill per month! I've been her client for about a month now and I keep coming back! She explains the whole process and makes you feel really involved and listens to how you want your lashes to look! I highly highly recommend all her services! read more

Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing, from the time she took to introduce herself and explain the procedure, I was comfortable and prepared for some new lashes! Overall she was kind, professional and above all a joy to be around and my lashes could blow anyone away with just one wink I highly recommend her, I wish she was closer to the Reston area so that I could use her services more! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Where do I start? First off, I've been getting lashes for a LONG time. Back before they had all these diff styles and tricks and quite frankly short cuts. So I know the difference between someone putting in good solid work and then just glueing on some Amazon clusters and try to charge top dollar, meanwhile they fall out a week later. Kaitlyn does an amazing job! Best lashes I've ever had. She's super quick too. On top of the actual work, her customer service is even better. She's way more professional than anyone I've ever had. Never has rescheduled or been late to an appointment. I have always wanted to do lashes and recently she started doing classes and I took two with her- classic and volume/mega Volume. She has been so supportive and more helpful than any other classes I've looked into for over 2 years now. I am inspired by her drive, motivation, and professionalism. And she has a small child too! If you need bomb lashes and have not found someone who can achieve a beautiful set with amazing retention then go to Solashed. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed! read more

I love my lashes!!! They look so natural and they aren't uncomfortable at all! I'll definitely be coming back!!

My lashes are SO FABULOUS.. I really didn't know what to expect or how I would look after getting lashes applied. Kate is so professional, (and great at what she does)she was patient and reassuring. I just loved the lash tips, friendly service, and peaceful atmosphere. I left thinking why didn't I do this sooner. My new "must have"‍ read more

Solash you work is amazing. I appreciate your patience and quality of work. Having super curly lash it's been impossible for me to get lashes, even denied service at other locations. You're very professional and very detailed which is perfection to each client. Though the distance is too far to travel, know I refer everyone to you on that side of the water. You will be SUCCESSFUL! Don't forget us in Va. Beach when you're start franchises. Love ya to life. **Please note she's worth the travel, I hate traveling over water. You will be satisfied. read more
