I was also getting ready for an upcoming vacation, so I wanted my toes to look nice. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. The technician who performed my pedicure seemed to be in a rush, apparently because another client was scheduled after me. However, that should never affect the quality of service provided to a paying customer. Throughout my appointment, I politely asked several times for her to clean up mistakes, including nail polish that was clearly left on my cuticles. Each time, I remained respectful. The final time I asked, she let out an obvious sigh and displayed an unnecessary attitude. I calmly explained that I didn't deserve to be treated that way and that I was simply asking for my pedicure to be done correctly. I'm paying for a service, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail. In fact, I had every intention of leaving a generous tip before her attitude changed the entire experience. After I addressed her behavior, she suddenly became much friendlier, repeatedly offering my daughter a drink (even though she already had one) and offering me a hot towel several times. At that point, the damage had already been done, and I declined. I came in expecting a peaceful, enjoyable experience and instead left feeling stressed and disappointed. Professionalism and customer service are just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this visit lacked both. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. I am now forced to also pay and find someone else to correct this horrendous nail job.

Tonight I had a different tech and she was just awful. She kept texting the whole time she was doing my pedicure. She barely used the pumice on the bottom of my feet - just gently wiped it a few times on both feet. She was so distracted that when she was supposed to be giving me a leg massage, she was just rubbing her hand on my dry leg. No lotion, no oil. She went to get the warm towel & just sat it across my legs. The towel never even touched the back of my legs. I always get a deluxe pedicure but she never offered me anything. I made a point of saying I wanted the deluxe with a scrub & she just kept rubbing my dry leg. Ridiculous! The only positives were that she did an excellent job with the polish & she only charged me for a basic. A kids pedi would have been more fulfilling. If anyone looked at my feet, you'd never know I had a pedicure today.

I asked. She grudgingly agreed. Then proceeded to put a GEL PEDICURE on my 75 year old mother. This stuff never comes off. It had to *grow out. Unethical, and either punitive or they just ran up the bill because they were pissed to not be able to close early. Either way, I won't be back.

I asked him not to destroy my nail bed by taking a fake nail to lift acrylic from my nail. He proceeded to argue with me while tearing up my nail bed, shredding it. He argued that he only had an hr in between clients and needed to use the fastest method. It was not my fault you were late getting to me. But he still argued my entire appointment that he was going to continue his way and if I wasn't happy to go somewhere else. I simply asked to soak if rather ripped off. Ladies look around. Not only do they maintain a sense of entitlement, but they use dirty drill bits. They are supposed to sanitize each in between each customer to prevent the spread of disease just in case of a nick.. Nope, not done! They don't care about type health. They just want your money. Then, to add insult up injury, one of my nails chipped in less than 12 hours after! I'll be taking my money to someone who understands healthy nail care and does just as good of a job and doesn't do a sloppy job because they don't get time management.

For a basic Pedicure, she was very detailed and took her time with everything. Definitely one of the better Pedicures I've had in a while and I'm the kind of girl to get the extra "spa" stuff. When it came to a full set I noticed only a few (3) do acrylic. That being said it was a good experience overall. For a basic Pedicure and full set both French my total came out to 80$. I have paid more for the same service elsewhere. I certainly will be back.

I had made an appointment prior, and it seemed like whether you are a walk-in or appointment you were waiting the same time (which wasn't too long). The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.

The next day I planned on it but there was a fire at my apartment complex. The stress of it put my mom I. The hospital. So of course I couldn't go back that day. At that point I explained what happened and they said it didn't matter that it was too late and I would have to pay another $65 to get them redone. Technically I paid $80 if u include my tip.
