I rarely get pedicures and I really should but I stumbled upon this nail salon and had a really good experience. I wanted a relaxing experience being pregnant and I got just that. The nail tech gave me some tips on how to manage cracked feet as mine can get very unbearable in the summer months/heat. She did a great job with my nails as they are a bit ratchet and I've always had issues with them playing sports. I would recommend! I did pay $52 + a $10 tip for this experience which I do think is on the higher side. I got gel so that could be part of it! read more

Recently I've had some issues, one being the nail tech filed my toe nail down to the pink causing so much pain when she removed my old gel polish. I had to let my toe nail grow out before getting them done again. Another time I took myself and two daughters in for a polish change and was charged $120 for the 3 of us. No mani or pedi. Just a simple polish change. They get super busy on the weekends and are not staffed efficiently. They have one girl who greet, sits people at chairs just to get them in the door and they wait for 30+ mins. She yells for the workers to do quick jobs and stop communicating with their clients in front of them (in her language that she think people can't understand). So tacky and unprofessional. GCTC has other great nails salons who care and take their time on their clients. read more

Ive been coming here for the last 6 months. Im frustrated at the number of men working there. They talk more than woman. They dont give the same attention to the nails. The pedicures here are so basic. No extra attention given to cuticles or rough spots. No care to ingrowns. Its terrible. Also, they dont sanitize their utensils between people. Have been coming here for 3 years and the last few times had a bad experience but kept giving them a chance because I have been a customer for a while. Came in Thursday and got liquid gel builder done and paid $60. Started chipping over the weekend and came in today to have them fixed. Manager had me sit for 30 minutes and then finally approached me and asked who did it. The guy who did it wasn't working today so they asked me to come back tomorrow even though I already waited 30 minutes. Also, as a manager why would you have the same person who messed up my nails fix them since they clearly couldn't properly complete the service? Manager started raising her voice when I asked about getting a refund because I work the rest of the week and couldnt come back tomorrow. This salon used to do amazing work and now only a handful of their nail techs actually do a good job. Highly recommend going elsewhere. I started going to this salon when it was half of its current physical size in 2014. I enjoyed it because staff were hard-working, respectful and kind. Unfortunately, over the years, the service started to decline. The last time I went (today, Jan. 8, 2023), I had an older guy do my pedicure, and it was a nightmare. He kept hurting me and saying "tickle!" Then he harassed me, trying to bully me into getting a deluxe pedi after I told him 5 times I wanted the basic one. He kept repeating, "deluxe?" Finally, the color I had chosen was unfortunately too light and he didn't realize until it was mostly done painting and refused to fix it. Terrible experience. Nowadays, there are much better places around that will actually value you for the same price. Stay away from this one. read more

I got paired with Son as my specialist and like usual he did excellent work. Le who was working on the sweetest elder lady was aside me. Went in for a mani pedi with a friend last weekend. We both got gel manicures and regular pedicures. My nails looked great after they were done. The service was mediocre.. staff is not very friendly and kind of makes you feel awkward. I'm really disappointed because about a week out two of my gel nails have chipped or peeled off. This is very unusual because I've gotten many gel manicures and they usually stay perfect for a solid 2-3 weeks. Even my gel mani in India stayed for 3 weeks. Prices are standard. The salon has a wide selection of colors for regular, gel, and dip polish! I would recommend calling ahead or scheduling an appointment as they are always very busy.
