My friend and I made an appointment to go in the morning. The woman on the phone said it would be $50 for dip and a pedicure prior to our arrival. It turned out to be $60 before tip and she told us we weren't remembering correctly. The nail dip color 001 was beautiful with sparkles and bright white. After my nails were done he had grinded down so much of the powder that now I have this weird cream colored nail with white toes. I also had to ask him to adjust the shape multiple times and for a file to bring home. Finally, I asked for square shaped toes and I don't think they look much better than what I can do for myself. The people are very nice and they do a great job. However I find the stations filthy dirty. Every time I've been there the stations have been covered in nail dust. The bases of lamps are dirty, not just dusty but dirty. I also find it not very sanitary when they use the acetone in a bowl to soak the nails and then squeeze it back into the bottle to use again. I've never seen them use clean/sanitary utensils to do my nails, they always just get them out of their drawers. After saying all this they do a great job and are very friendly. read more

John gives the best pedicure I've ever received (splurge on the "Spa Pedicure" package, it's worth it every time). My mom and I came to Care Nails due to it's convenient location and extensive gel polish color and style selections. I have never seen Cateye style gel polish before - so cool! I got a dip polish (my first time getting one), my mom had an ingrown toenail and got a pedicure, and my sister who is always finicky about her acrylics got a fill. My whole group was super happy with the service; my mom, who was dreading going because of the ingrown nail was treated great and Sam gave advice on how to avoid them in the future. My sister called Leelee the best nail tech she's ever had, literally. Total came to about $73 for all of us. We live like 15-20 away and my mom and sis still want to make it the regular salon. Terrible service. Mission for them is to get costumers in the chair and ignore them for an hour. I didn't ask for an hour foot soak while you bobbed from customer to customer. very poor and disappointing experience... i had an appointment for me and my friend to get manicures, when we showed up there was barely any staff, we asked if we could get them done at the same time and they sat us down and said yes. Then one guy came over to do hers and i waited for 30 minutes until i finally asked if anyone was going to do mine and he said i would have to wait until after my friend's were done. Then i sat there and watched as he continuously made her bleed and nicked her nails. she asked for neutral with pink french tips, he first painted her nails pink which she said she did not want and then painted them clear, so the french tips did not work as there was a gap so he eventually had to just paint the entire nail and did not follow the picture she showed. After this experience, I did not get my own nails done there and my friend ended up with nails that she did not ask for and bleeding fingertips. Will not be going back there again. read more

Liked this place a lot, they have a great spa pedicure with paraffin, hot stones, exfoliating scrub, the works. They have different secreted lotions to choose from and a variety of pedicure options and prices. The quality was great and lasted a long time. They also provided wine, water or coffee complimentary if you ask! My aunt has been going there for years and they never offered it though, she thinks maybe because she brought in another customer maybe they do it as a referral but we didn't ask and just enjoyed the wine and the pedi! read more

Was in town for work and decided to stop here as it had a small amount of reviews, but they were all good. So happy I did. The man who did my nails was very nice and did a great job at shaping them (I asked for coffin shape). Best part was he didn't charge me an arm and a leg like I'm used to in Miami, so I tipped him double what I usually tip in South Florida. Finally my nails are long enough for a French manicure in gel polish. It came out wonderfully. Sam did my pedicure and leg massage followed by a warm towel and Mia did my amazing manicure. The salon is clean and bright, the instruments used are sterilized and my hands and feet not only look wonderful but feel that way as well. read more
