While Cindy is welcoming and professional, I am disappointed with the quality of the services I received. I have visited twice for both pedicures and a nail fill and unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. On both occasions, the work felt rushed and lacked proper technique, particularly regarding the polishing and cuticle removal. As someone who gets pedicures monthly, I have never had to have them redone after only one week until now. This was my first visit and I was impressed. The shop looks beautiful and I was greeted right away. Im 3 months pregnant and was worried about the water temp and treatments I could do for my pedicure. Nancy was sweet enough to cool the water down for me and reassured me every step of the way. Ive had gel builder on for months and needed them off. Also just wanted paint to give my nails a break. She did a great job with my manicure as well, pulling those shells off and keeping my nails intact so I can keep the length. Definitely recommend! read more

I really don't like giving bad reviews but I feel I need to let things be known. I came here for a fill and a pedicure(I should've stayed with my home nail salon). The lady that did my pedicure was very nice she did cut down my nails with the old polish still on and yes it hurt because she almost cut my skin and my nails weren't even even after she was done. When I had to get my nails done one lady took off my polish then I had to move to another table for another person to work on them. Didn't get the names sorry but the one that did my nails was a guy. He was rushing and kept looking at the clock. This week I went to my original nail shop and guess what the nails were lifting and few of my nails were turning green!! Upon arrival i was not greeted. i had to grab someone's attention to get help. After they seated me in a chair i waited another 30 minutes which is kind of crazy being there was only 1other customer there. i patiently waited; however i had to remind them that i was still waiting where they had seated me. service needs some work. I came here a few days ago for a pedicure. I was a walk-in, but there was only one customer in the shop so they were able to help me right away. They lady who helped me was very nice and talked to me, but that wasn't enough to make up for what I paid for. $42 for a pedicure of that quality is outrageous. I came in at 10:55 and was out of there by 11:20. I've never had a pedicure last 20-25 min in my life. Usually at other places it's 60-90 minutes. I was barely massaged, my feet were barely scrubbed, and if they were it wasn't even scrubbing hard enough to rid dead skin. At the place I usually go to, their pedis charge $35-55. They do a scrub, massage, hot stones, callus removal and more...THAT'S worth the price of the service. I was here about a year ago, and the man did my nails. I had to tell him multiple times to fix the shape bc they were all wonky and each time he wouldn't say a word and be more rough with my hands, needless to say i went home with a finished product i didn't care for. he seemed to be rushing although nobody was waiting. i set it out i wouldn't return... Yesterday, my friend asked me to take her to get her eyebrows done and so I decided last minute to get my nails done not knowing it was the same place. I had a different lady doing my nails, she sat in the back and let me tell you, she was so sweet and talkative, took her time, and in the end i loved the result! I use to come here every 2 weeks. Cindy is the only person i liked doing my nails bcuz she is kind, takes her time and does the job right. She is the only person I allow to do my teenage daughters nails. When she wasn't there the last time we came in I understood we would get our nails done by other people. So I had my daughter sit with the main nail tech who is a women. I told her we wanted only her to do her nails. Bcuz the man never does a good job. He always has messed my nails up. Kim was nice in the beginning, I told her I was visiting from New York and we were making conversation. I came to get the acrylic with gel which is $38, a regular pedicure which is $25, my mom got a regular pedicure which is supposed to be $25 as well she also got shellac nails which came up to $55. When it was time to pay Kim charged me $70 for my nails, $25 for my pedicure, $45 for my mom's pedicure and $55 for my mom's manicure which came to a total of $195. I have never been charged $70 for a basic acrylic nail job in my life. When I told her I felt like I was being overcharged she just said that's how they charge there because of the length but I'm going to upload a picture of my nails are not extremely long. So to charge an extra $40 from the price that's noted is insane. She also did charge my mom an extra $20 for a service that she did not receive when in fact my mom only had a standard pedicure that was supposed to be $25. I've tried contacting the owner who is Kim and she is not answering or responding to my texts. She is stealing money and robbing her clients. Out of a 1 to 10 scale my nails are about a five. I do not recommend going to the salon to anybody, they rob their clients. read more

The laziest and worst pedicure ever! The gal did not want to be there. She appeared to hate what she was doing. She put no effort into any portion of the process. Soaked my feet for a couple of minutes in what would have been cold water, if I hadn't told a different gal that the water was cold. So then she removed some of the cold water with a pitcher and added some hot to warm it up. The employee barely made contact with my nails, if any with my cuticles, which should be pushed back with some effort, to be at all effective! This employee expended a minimal amount of energy, as if her battery was dying. She lightly brushed my heel and the ball of my foot with a tool that is supposed to be used to remove any callouses; but she ran the the scrubber sponge over each foot for about 25 seconds; obviously without result! Usually, the best and most enjoyable part of a pedicure is the foot and below-the-knee leg massage. She might as well have just skipped it. Since every aspect of the process up to that point had been a total fail, I timed the massage portion. Massaging commenced at 12:28 and ended at 12:30 and the other one from 12:30 to12:32. I would have thought I was getting "Punked" if I hadn't known better - but I actually was getting punked by this unprofessional and incompetent employee. Well, her battery must have been nearly dead because she didn't even bother to shake the bottle of polish before hurriedly and sloppily applying it to my toenails. This was done today. I had an appt at 3pm and wasn't sat in the chair until well after 3:30. And even then I sat there for another 10 mins before someone started on my nails. 2 nails are crooked, the paint job on most of them look like a child did them and this isn't even close to the shape I wanted. I kept telling him to fix it before he got further but he kept saying he'll fix it but never did. So unhappy with this place, I will gladly take my money and spend it elsewhere. Horrible place , Went in on a Friday for a full set everything was good , Sunday one pops off as if they were press on's so I call Monday and of course the lady who did my nails Cindy only works Thursday-Saturday . Fast forward to today I go in and she fixes the nail no charge about two hours later a different one pops off . By this point I'm over it and just want a refund I go in and tell them what happened and how two nails shouldn't pop off within a week . The owner had the nerve to tell me , my nails are long and I just don't take care of them right they do good work . That's when I lost it I'm a licensed cosmetologist myself and have had long nails for years I know when the quality of what there using is shit . And how to take care of them . Basically horrible place , shitty customer service you'll probably have better luck buying Press ons at Walmart , they'll last longer. read more

This place is really hit or miss depending on which girl you get-- especially with nails. The spa part is only done by one girl who loves it, so that's pretty safe, but a few of the girls clearly hate their job & always do a rushed job with the nails. However I highly recommend Kim if you can get her, but there is another girl who also does a great job- I only had her once so I'm sorry to say I don't remember her name. I had been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for YEARS. Love the girls who do pedicures! I get an ingrown toenail and they seem to be the only ones who can fix it! However, I wanted to start getting Pink and White acrylics done and they only have two people do them. The lady is always booked and the man gets the walk ins. I know why, he is awful!! He cut me, burned me, and I got a fungus in the span of one full set and two fills!!!! I am so bummed because like I said they do great pedicures for me. I don't know what to do know.
