I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. Their website states reputable and respect for their inspections, (never happens), responsiveness( Nobody ever answers phone, Waiting two weeks so far for owner to return call), plumbing issue deferred, they say they comply with Federal, state laws (ha! By hiring Mickey Mouse handymen to do extensive plumbing electrical work? Who are these people because the invoice states we pay pristine but no name or tax info on who they paid) oh and we haven't had a reserve study in two decades, we are over a million dollars underfunded. On site management training? When I called for explanation of our governing docs they told me google it? They do not attend any of our meetings in fact we have no meetings. This management company says it has a general contractor on staff, I don't think this company has this and I question the owner having any HOA knowledge.
