It can be challenging to find a reliable and trustworthy place to take your car - after asking for…read morerecommendations, checking Yelp, and reading reviews, Cherrydale Motors was consistently mentioned in high regards. I was having car trouble and gave them a ring to see if it was in their scope. They were friendly on the phone and said they are happy to look at it. They operate on a first come, first serve model and we're already filled up for the day (Saturday), they mentioned Monday mornings is their busiest time, but I could drop it off the night before. I took it in on Tuesday and they mentioned it might be Wednesday before I'd get it back, no issue for me. However, they called me by end of the day that my car was ready to go and the repair was just around $50. They're conveniently located to a bus stop that easily allows me to get to my office, which was extremely helpful. They have a small front office that has two seats if you wait - there is also a strip of stores/food/hair salon across the street from them and noticed they are putting in a Sprouts just down the hill from them that can easily be walked to. Definitely will be using them in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I want to start with a huge shoutout to Jeff!…read moreJeff was an amazing salesman because he didn't push me but he made me feel welcome and answered all my questions . I always feel there are sketchy things happening at the dealer and I am not fully convinced that they didn't use some of their techniques to hide some tricks but I feel Jeff was honest , polite , and made the process go by smoothly. The fianance manager did not push me and actually got me a better deal than the pre-financing I already had . There are some bad reviews here that make me question if I'm too quick to praise them but I would say the car buying process was simple and they treated me well

(Haven't had the car for 30 days yet--will update once it's been past 30 days)…read more Purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla on September 27th. Didn't have the best experience but it was okay. They definitely overpriced the car and didn't want to budge on the price much which was disappointing since it is an old car. One of the sales managers, Taha, was very stubborn on the price. Got it diagnosed for a brake issue today which costs $500, but I won't put all the blame on the dealership since I should have gotten a pre purchase inspection. A tire pressure sensor came on as well a few days after I bought the car which again not great but not the worst thing. They also agreed to fix a crack and have been very stubborn and hard to deal with about that considering I don't live in VA. Overall the experience hasn't been the best. I will see how fixing the crack issue goes since I will be going back for the 2nd time so the body shop can try to fix the crack AGAIN. Overall if you want to buy a car here, I say 1. Bring a mechanic with you or purchase a pre purchase inspection 2. Consider difficulties with being an out of state purchaser if you are in that scenario 3. Be willing to walk away if they don't want to come down on the price to a reasonable amount. -These are used cars ! Not new. At this point I wouldn't recommend them and I wouldn't purchase another car from them. (I will update review once I've had the car a little longer.)

Koons Toyota of Arlington is an upstanding and professional dealership. I live in California and…read morewas so disheartened by dealers not honoring their website pricing--adding market adjustments and surprise fees once I came in to talk--that I started calling dealerships around the country. All I wanted to hear was that a dealer would actually sell me the 4Runner Trailhunter I wanted for the price listed online. Koons did just that! Because you have to reserve these vehicles months in advance before they hit the dealer's lot, their communication was fantastic while the car made its way across the ocean. When delivery day came, they honored the original price to the letter. Saead and Gian were fantastic to work with. If you are in the market for a car, I cannot recommend them enough!

"well, we did it" is not an appropriate response to why are you charged me for something you specifically recommended not to do. Even better, your staff did it on video and in writing and you still want to charge me for it because you did it anyway without double-checking. Brilliant! The follow up "we have cameras in there, so we can see if they did it". I'm not asking if they did the service, I'm asking WHY after they recommended against it, did they not even ask "do you still want this?" before doing it? Why didn't I get to opt out AND why do you think I'm going to pay for it when I should have been able to say no? 4 hours for an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Every visit is somehow worse than the last, which is truly remarkable. I applaud this place for working its way to the bottom.

The sealant is designed to keep the car clean and glossy. However, my car hadn't been cleaned in roughly two months so it was a bit dusty and grimy. After my car was detailed at Detailz it looked as good as it did the day I picked it up after the high-gloss sealant was applied. I brought my own detailing spray (manufactured by the sealant manufacturer) and they were nice enough to apply it to the car. The car looks brand new again. Although they're a very short distance from my home I would definitely drive a distance to have my car cleaned by Detailz.

After talking on the phone with Wally, I decided to take my car for an estimate. He patiently explained everything. When, I saw the pricing on the board, I was little bit skeptical but considering my car situation I pushed my self to do it. My car never had been detailed since I got it from the company more than 10 years ago. I decided to go with the Gold options. I left the car there and when I came back today to pick it up, I couldn't recognize it. It looks like a brand new car. Oh my god!!!! Wally did a fantastic job. I can't be happier with the result. Thank you Wally you are amazing! I will definitely go back and definitely recommend this place.

No pressure, no weird sales tactics, and they let me do a thorough look over and test drive without rushing me. Paperwork was quick and transparent no surprise fees added at the end. I'd gladly buy from them again.

My experience with this dealership Platinum auto sales and the team there- Victor the sales agent…read moreand Nas, the manager- has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey just three weeks ago, and within one week of the purchase, serious mechanical problems began to appear. While driving on the highway, the vehicle started shaking violently and eventually shut down completely, creating a dangerous situation for my family and me. I had to have the vehicle towed to a Honda dealership for diagnosis and repairs, and it is still not fully repaired. Based on my experience, it appeared that the dashboard warning lights may have been reset before the sale, because none of these serious issues or warning lights were present or disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Shortly afterward, multiple warning lights appeared, and the Honda dealership diagnosed major mechanical problems. I was informed that one of the major engine repairs could cost approximately 3,500 dollars. So far, I have already spent900 dollars on diagnostics and repairs, and the vehicle still is not fully repaired. According to the repair estimate, it will require approximately another 3,500 dollars to complete the necessary repairs. When I returned to the dealership to explain the situation, they refused to provide any refund or assistance with the repairs. They did not offer any apology or show any willingness to help resolve the issue. Before the purchase, they were very eager for me to leave a positive review immediately. I have repair invoices and diagnostic reports documenting the issues that appeared shortly after purchase. I am sharing my personal experience so other buyers can make informed decisions. I strongly recommend having any used vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before buying, regardless of what you are told, and waiting a bit before leaving a review. That way, you have time to see the vehicle's condition.
