Our salesman Roberto Piediscalzi at Audi Bethesda was great. He found the exact model Q5 that we were looking for and worked with us to get it from another dealer at the right - fair price. He went above and beyond to find it, get the paperwork completed and get us out the door before nightfall (it seems all my previous purchases in life never ended until dark). The vehicle was delivered clean, with no apparent defects. He was funny, had a great attitude, and was very helpful. You actually feel like he is advocating for you the customer vice the dealership. We will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership.

When I arrived at Audi Bethesda, I was feeling overwhelmed by the stress of paying for a rental after my car was rear-ended. I loved my last two BMWs, but the new designs were not appealing. Plug in hybrids were too expensive, and waiting two months for a special order car was not practical. Working with Audi's sale staff Yashar, I was able to test drive some options and review incoming cars before they hit the website. We headed to the service department, and found my 2023 Audi Q5 Quattro. We completed the financing with expert staff assistance the next day. I am grateful to Yashar for his patient support in helping me find the right car at the right price.

New Audi owner after being a long time BMW owner. I love my Audi Q5, however the reason I was a long time BMW owner (5 prior BMW's) is because the service that BMW offers is top notch! I expressed my concerns with service to the dealership i purchased my Audi from, and was assured that Audi was just as great. Fast forward to today, I called Audi of Bethesda for service because I have a dashboard light indicating that something is not properly functioning. Additionally, apparently there is a recall on 2022 Q5's for something having to do with the engine. The guy who gathered my information told me that he could get me in on Friday. I then asked about getting a loaner, and was informed that loaners are not available for recalls. First of all... why ‍? I mean I didn't really ask for a recall on my brand new vehicle! Anyway, I then asked if he could provide a loaner car for the other issue. He replied that he could if it were only that issue. However since I have a recall issue, that he couldn't. What? Beginning to regret my decision to leave BMW now. Once again... service is important to me, and if Audi can't step up, I guess BMW will be regaining my business again. ***UPDATE... as requested, I emailed the address provided (email sent on 12/08/2022). To date, no response has been received.

He was happy to answer any of our questions and demonstrate the different features on the vehicle. We left the dealership that afternoon to sleep on our decision. The next day, Sunday, we were heading back down to dealership when Will sent us a message that the vehicle we were interested in had been sold. We decided to continue down and take a second look at another BEV Volkswagen we had considered. Will again showed us around the vehicle and pointed out one feature we believed was not available because other times we looked at the car other dealerships didn't know it existed - reclining the third row of seats. It made a world of difference in the level of comfort when sitting in those seats and something the Volvo allowed for. The actual purchase process was very straightforward and absent any of the pressure for add-ons in the finance office. Sure, they mentioned the things you would expect - extended warranty, paint protection, etc. - but a simple "No, thank you" was all it took to move on to the next thing. Which brings us to the Sales Manager, Paul. We had one concern after the purchase of our vehicle that was overlooked by us during the sales process. We'd have opted out of it had we realized it that Sunday evening. We raised our concern with Will and he looped Paul into the conversation. This was my second visit, and once again Ben Thurston exceeded all expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance, I asked him to look into some damage on my wheels that I believed should be covered under my service plan. After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years. Rather than simply delivering the bad news and moving on, Ben took it upon himself to explore every possible option. He contacted multiple wheel contractors, discussed the situation with his management team, and even reached out to Toyota on my behalf. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and never stopped advocating for me throughout the process. In the end, Ben was able to secure approval from Toyota--not just for one wheel, but for the replacement of all four wheels. That outcome was far beyond anything I expected. After my test drive, a sales manager called me and offered a certain sales price. After sleeping on it, I called back to finalize the numbers, and get the deal sheet. They said they would share it to me so I could agree to the numbers before coming in to finalize all paperwork. They ran me around in circles and kept saying they sent the deal sheet via email when they did not, and also refused to send it in any manner, yet kept asking me to come in person. I decided to purchase from another dealership that was more honest and forthcoming.

I signed a contract and took delivery of a vehicle based on agreed terms…read more After delivery, I was notified that the down payment amount reflected in the contract differed from what had been negotiated. I had not been informed of any change prior to signing and was later asked to execute new documents to correct the issue. The dealership stated the contract could not stand as written, and the transaction was reversed. My deposit was refunded. Following this experience, the salesperson texted me asking that I not respond to the post-sale customer survey so that he would not receive a negative rating. Based on this experience, buyers should be vigilant in confirming that final paperwork reflects agreed terms and that no numbers are altered without explicit discussion and disclosure.
