    Damage to rear (trunk door  tail gate broken , opens on its own .

    Absolutely the worst customer service Virginia and D.C . Emails and text messages regarding my injury were ignored and manager refuses to reply. Escorted on a truck tour , was injured in the show room. The door rear truck gate slammed on my arm and chest. The sales man Edwardo said it was due to the bed cover installed wrong that the bed door flew into my arm .That truck is broken and should not be in a showroom also has damage on rear and roof . I took videos and photos as proof. I asked for the Manager to be notified and for the Vehicle to be removed from inventory. It's obviously NOT a certified car as the sticker on windshield claimed . A mechanic would have caught this and if it's a recall why allow a broken car in your showroom. I sales person insisted that I test drive the truck in the road But I said that my arm was in pain and I could only drive with one hand . The salesperson was eager to sell me car. I could not bear the pain and emailed and texted the manager Kevin Cubas and Edwardo Hernandez they both have not responded and it's been over 3 days . The Worst experience ever . Do not expect the Managers to care about the safety of the customers. By your silence you have demonstrated that Buyers need to beware . My emails and phone calls were ignored. No contact Not to mention the cars have lots off defects and choppy body work I now question the quality.     SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STARS!! 12/6/19 UPDATE 12/24/19 - In regards to the companies cop out response below, I ALREADY DID reach out to the company and got NO response. THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING. Incredibly POOR customer service that they claim to "take very seriously". I had been remote car shopping and was scheduled to fly from South Carolina to Virginia to purchase a Lexus RX 350. I had been dealing with Bik, he did the financing for me as well as met with my brother, who lives nearby the dealership, when he stopped in to take the car to an outside mechanic to get it checked out for me. They found an issue with the air conditioning, Bik said they would repair it likely by Monday if not by that day, Friday, but that it would be good to go by the time I arrived that following Thursday. He had another guy from the dealership, Nick, facetime me so that I could see the car. Nick also confirmed through a text that day that the car would be ready by next Thursday when I arrived. I texted Bik Monday to ask about a past oil change and he responded with the date, I also told him that I did have the plane ticket and would be arriving that Thursday. He did not respond. I called Bic Tuesday and left him a voicemail to follow up and confirm that everything was set and that the car would be ready. Someone else from the dealership returned my call and said that the car would not be ready and the part was not arriving until maybe next week. This was very upsetting as it appeared that no one was going to bother to call me and tell me before I flew up there. I texted Bic again to call me back. He called and I communicated my concerns and displeasure with the process and asked for solutions. He gave none and took no responsibility for the lack of communication and just talked in circles, trying to pass the blame off to others. That was upsetting as I just wanted some solutions. I said "I have a f****** plane ticket". He became very upset and said not to swear at him, even though I was not swearing at him, I merely used f*** in a sentence. He yelled and said I really don't care whether you buy the car or not and practically had a breakdown. He said I'm not even your sales person to which I responded Huh? Apparently the guy Nick whom he had FaceTime me the week prior so I could see the vehicle was my new sales person unbeknownst to me. So that was who he was trying to blame. I don't believe that they were planning on fixing the car at all and they were going to let me fly up there anyway hoping that I would just take the car. Bik is a grown man and I'm sure he's heard the word f*** before but he decided to have a tantrum, likely because he was being called out on his BS, by a woman no less... My customer service experience with Eastern's automotive was HORRIFIC, I am just so thankful that I was vigilant in following up with them and did not fly up there because then things would have been much worse. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY WITH MY SITUATION LETTING THEM KNOW THAT I PAID $140 FOR A PLANE TICKET THAT I HAD TO EAT. NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY ALSO - On the original financing sheet they conveniently added on $25 to the flat rate SC sales tax as well as another suspicious charge of $41.67 for a "business license" fee. When I mentioned the sales tax error they corrected it. Both of those columns had "OVR" on them and I'm assuming that is override. They are hoping they can make an extra few bucks without people noticing, VERY SKETCHY I think this place gives out gas cards in exchange for good reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

    I have been having trouble with my Accord's Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). After some…read moretime (about 1 to 2 hours) of driving under Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), the CMBS would shut off and also the ACC with it. Then I would have to pull off the highway, shut off the engine, and restart it. (This can be dangerous. Driving without CMBS can also be less safe.) The error message clears, and allows continued driving, with ACC, for another 1 to 2 hours, until the next CMBS failure occurs. Since driving the car for a hour, to reproduce the error, is not feasible, I decided to go to the dealer, on the next failure, with the error message displayed on the dashboard. This requires that the engine be kept running, since shutting off the engine clears the message. I took the car to Autonation Honda, in Ashburn, VA. I spoke with Fawad Hassan and then directly to the technician, who scanned the engine, and found that the CMBS software needed an update. A service bulletin had been issued about this. The scan took about 10 minutes. The update took another 30 minutes. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. No appointment was demanded. I'm grateful that Autonation Honda had the flexibility needed to deal with an unusual, intermittent failure.

I am put on hold, then cut off. I call back and 30 minutes of repeating the same prompts and keep going into an endless loop. I wanted to see if the sales department is any better. The first ring a sales person answers. I told him he is great for answering on the first ring. He is excited until I tell him I am calling to complain about not being able to talk to the service department. He says he will have someone call me, no call back. I finally try the online chat. I tell them I want to make sure my service is covered by a warranty. He says lets make an appointment and then I will check. I said no, please check first so I can then set up an appointment. He says sorry, I can't help you and the chat ends the session before I can say anything. My 5 stars just became a 1 star. My third Honda wont be from this place. They love you when your buying but it ends there.

    My vehicle was towed there for repairs. I physically went to the shop and looked over the repairs…read morewith the service advisor. I was very blunt and clear on what repairs I wanted done and what repairs I didn't want done. The service advisor told me it's an extremely expensive car and he suggest I repair the plastic pieces on the under carriage of the car. I told him I'm not interested in repairing those pieces and he can go ahead with the additional work needed. After some time I was told the car is ready for me to pick up and once I got there the service advisor told me the wheel bearing need to be replaced as well. I paid for the repairs (in full) that they did and took the car for one day and then dropped it back off the next day. Now they are telling me the repairs are completed and I owe them money for the under carriage pieces! They are telling me they will put the parts in the trunk since I didn't authorize the repair. When I asked them who authorized it they told me my insurance company. The insurance company does not own the car so they have no say on authorizing work to the car. The car has no lien on it, so there is no financial institution that has interest in the car. Insurance cut a check directly to me for the repairs and I have the right pick and choose what I'd like to get repaired. I've asked for someone on the management team to reach out to me via email and it's been about 4 days and I've still yet to hear from anyone. Instead they called MY insurance company and told them that I'm refusing to pay them and I pocketed the money. This was highly unprofessional!!!! I spoke with my insurance company and they told me, once they cut the check to the customer it's their money and they can do whatever with it they please with the cash. This experience with them has been horrible and now I've called RR customer service to involve them. This not my first high end car that has went in for repairs. Never had to deal with nonsense at the Mercedes dealer when I take my Maybach in for repair, never had to deal with nonsense taking in my Quattroporte GTS to Maserati for repairs, no issues at the Bentley dealership with my Flying Spur and even Cadillac has given me better customer service then Rolls Royce motor cars Sterling VA. The level of professionalism is not up to par with Rolls Royce standards. Almost feels like I was profiled. Completely unethical and unprofessional. HORRIBLE!!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!! At this point I'm thinking of selling the car as they are the only Rolls Royce dealership in town. Who wants to deal with that level of unprofessionalism especially at a high end dealership such as Rolls Royce! Wish I could give NO STARS!!!!! Updating my review: LAST TIME I SPOKE TO SOMEONE THERE WAS MONDAY AND HERE WE ARE ON SATURDAY AND I'VE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE!
