Yay for Nik! Top Notch Service! Excellent and Pristine Showroom. I have been to several dealerships and this by far was the best one in town. Very clean environment, clean showroom and pretty large. It's not a traditional walk up like dealership, its more of an Exclusive Warehouse, private showroom set-up. Nik the sales person who was assisting me was super laid back and chill, very easy to work with and I felt very comfortable which overall is most important. Ask for Nik, he will not disappoint! I would highly recommend you come here and give them a try. I should have came here first, it would have been the only place I visited. They also brought another car down from Temple Hills for me to view, that's customer service! Charlie in the phone department followed up with me asap from my online lead and got me in the door. Once I arrived, the team upfront were all friendly and very helpful. Go ahead and go in already! You will find what you need ;-). read more

Great selection, flexible with payment options, you can still find good deals even with recovering credit. They have a huge selection, I personally was pretty particular with having lower mileage usage and a lower cost. Customer service was friendly, it has to be. The draw backs were that I came in with a budget that I specifically asked for, and left with a car at double the value of that budget. I was told I had to buy the gap insurance for the car along with add ons because it was required of the loan and the lenders required it. That was not true, when I reached out to the lender to confirm my loan they asked a line of questions, and through their questions they had informed me that I did not have to buy any insurance. I texted & called the Salesman that gave me his contact info for concerns addressing the issue, but heard nothing back so I returned to this location and worked with the General Manager that helped me with removing the add on insurances. If you buy a car from this location add roughly $1000+ to your costs. They add a Ceramic Coating to the vehicle your purchase and they also add a tracking device with a subscription you can't opt out of for 2 years. I expressed to the General Manager that if they use these add ons to maintain their vehicles the customer shouldn't have to pay for them in the end and should have the option to opt out. They had shared due to the theft of cars and to best maintain their cars they must have these tools. My biggest issues with my visit is the lack of transparency; I found out a lot of important information AFTER I ran my credit that may have impacted my decision making if I was informed prior. Lack of communication, what's the point of offering your business card if you don't respond to a call or text at all, when I returned to the location a few days later I saw the same sales men so it was awkward. Misleading information; being told I absolutely had to have their insurance when I didn't, I came back multiple times to resolve this issue to have it all removed, if there was more transparency I may have opted into getting the insurance but my experience felt too shady to trust the sales men. The return policy was something they weren't clear about you MIGHT be able to return the car you may not be able to. You MIGHT be able to exchange the car just ensure you bring back the car with less than 500 miles added & within 7 days. Your down payment MIGHT be turned into a store credit that will be there once you're ready to buy. When I've purchased at CarMax they give you a month, and you can add 1500 miles, if you don't like the car you can just return it; there needs to be more flexibility around this return period. read more

I was sold a tesla that failed VA safety inspection, that passed their internal safety inspection. There was a tint on the window.

This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. I was in the market for a vehicle and contacted Eastern Automotive Finance Group after selecting a car online. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked my salesperson, Sean Harvey, three separate times if the vehicle had ever been in an accident or had any prior damage. Each time, he assured me that it had not. However, after I signed the paperwork and was about to drive off the lot, he casually mentioned that they had done some minor damage repair to the vehicle. That immediately raised red flags, so I took the car to an independent auto body shop for a full inspection. What I learned was shocking: the car had sustained major damage that had been repaired damage that had been completely hidden from me. The Carfax report they gave me showed a single owner and no accident history, but after some research, I discovered how they pulled this off. Eastern Automotive does all their repair work in-house, which means it never gets reported to Carfax. As a result, they present a "clean" report and sell damaged vehicles at inflated prices under the guise of accident-free condition. I tried pursuing this through the state attorney general's office, but it's clear Eastern Automotive's legal team is experienced in dodging accountability. Unfortunately, they know how to walk the line legally but unethically. Now, I'm stuck making ongoing repairs to this vehicle due to the long-term effects of those hidden accidents from persistent electrical issues to the car frequently overheating. These problems didn't show up right away, but they're now a constant burden that I should have never had to deal with if the dealership had been honest from the beginning. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Don't just take my word for it check their reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done more research before stepping foot on their lot. read more

Why say "7 day return period" with the caveat that if the deal is finalized with your bank that you can't actually make an exchange after that? And don't respond with you can make a "trade-in" because now I'm stuck with loan and if I trade-in that'll increase my monthly. if that's not baiting, I don't know what the meaning is. Also you all need to train your employees how to communicate on the phones. every phone call sounds like I'm offending you all with asking a question. read more

Stay away from this place! I tried to purchase a car from them and was treated like garbage. They refused to take my trade in and said they could only finance an electric vehicle which was priced way over my budget. I told them they had no deal and left. Two days later I get a text from Darius asking if I had considered my options. I told him I had gotten a car from another dealership and this place took my car and bought it from me. Never heard from him again. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service Virginia and D.C . Emails and text messages regarding my injury were ignored and manager refuses to reply. Escorted on a truck tour , was injured in the show room. The door rear truck gate slammed on my arm and chest. The sales man Edwardo said it was due to the bed cover installed wrong that the bed door flew into my arm .That truck is broken and should not be in a showroom also has damage on rear and roof . I took videos and photos as proof. I asked for the Manager to be notified and for the Vehicle to be removed from inventory. It's obviously NOT a certified car as the sticker on windshield claimed . A mechanic would have caught this and if it's a recall why allow a broken car in your showroom. I sales person insisted that I test drive the truck in the road But I said that my arm was in pain and I could only drive with one hand . The salesperson was eager to sell me car. I could not bear the pain and emailed and texted the manager Kevin Cubas and Edwardo Hernandez they both have not responded and it's been over 3 days . The Worst experience ever . Do not expect the Managers to care about the safety of the customers. By your silence you have demonstrated that Buyers need to beware . My emails and phone calls were ignored. No contact Not to mention the cars have lots off defects and choppy body work I now question the quality. Please please if you insist on buying a car at this location have your own mechanic inspect it. My experience with buying a car was hell, from start to finish. They sold us a defective car. Went to buy my son his first car. I pointed out the scratchy side mirror. They promised to replace the side mirror, after making us feel like it's our fault. When asked when it will be done, they Greg was like "well you wanted the mirror replaced right?" ... So they gave us a loaner car that was so dirty, we couldn't even see through the windshield. Then exchanged that. It' After a week of waiting I had to call upper management, only got them to tell me, "of its been sitting here, and some one forgot to call". We finally picked up the car, and they replaced it with a more damaged mirror. It also FAILED EMISSIONS inspection. I don't know, but law, how they expect us to drive in this vehicle. Very poor costumer service.... We DO NOT recommend this place at all! read more

CLOWNS, places like this are what give dealerships a bad rep. First bad review I've ever left in my life. I was told the car was ready to go, detailed and everything. Flew in from another state (so they had more than enough time to get the car ready for me as they promised) and when I got there I was completely lied to. A bunch of kids running what they call "sales". The managers definitely just got promoted because they just worked there for a long time, wasn't impressed at all with their "management skills", they should probably be demoted, didn't seem to show that they cared about the customer or the situation I was just put in because of them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, don't buy a car here. read more

Do not, I repeat do not do business with this unscrupulous company. I spoke to their sales representative Diego multiple times and advised that I wanted to complete the credit application through my business, not through my personal credit. He stated that as long as I had established business credit, which I do, that that would not be a problem. He sent me the link and today I woke up to three inquiries on my personal credit report which baffles me since I didn't even provide my social security number. I called to attempt to get this issue resolved and was completely dismissed. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere if you are looking for a honest and trustworthy company to do business with. My credit score is in the 800's so it's not a matter of me not wanting to use it because it's low, it's because I intentionally established business credit for this purpose. read more

SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STARS!! 12/6/19 UPDATE 12/24/19 - In regards to the companies cop out response below, I ALREADY DID reach out to the company and got NO response. THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING. Incredibly POOR customer service that they claim to "take very seriously". I had been remote car shopping and was scheduled to fly from South Carolina to Virginia to purchase a Lexus RX 350. I had been dealing with Bik, he did the financing for me as well as met with my brother, who lives nearby the dealership, when he stopped in to take the car to an outside mechanic to get it checked out for me. They found an issue with the air conditioning, Bik said they would repair it likely by Monday if not by that day, Friday, but that it would be good to go by the time I arrived that following Thursday. He had another guy from the dealership, Nick, facetime me so that I could see the car. Nick also confirmed through a text that day that the car would be ready by next Thursday when I arrived. I texted Bik Monday to ask about a past oil change and he responded with the date, I also told him that I did have the plane ticket and would be arriving that Thursday. He did not respond. I called Bic Tuesday and left him a voicemail to follow up and confirm that everything was set and that the car would be ready. Someone else from the dealership returned my call and said that the car would not be ready and the part was not arriving until maybe next week. This was very upsetting as it appeared that no one was going to bother to call me and tell me before I flew up there. I texted Bic again to call me back. He called and I communicated my concerns and displeasure with the process and asked for solutions. He gave none and took no responsibility for the lack of communication and just talked in circles, trying to pass the blame off to others. That was upsetting as I just wanted some solutions. I said "I have a f****** plane ticket". He became very upset and said not to swear at him, even though I was not swearing at him, I merely used f*** in a sentence. He yelled and said I really don't care whether you buy the car or not and practically had a breakdown. He said I'm not even your sales person to which I responded Huh? Apparently the guy Nick whom he had FaceTime me the week prior so I could see the vehicle was my new sales person unbeknownst to me. So that was who he was trying to blame. I don't believe that they were planning on fixing the car at all and they were going to let me fly up there anyway hoping that I would just take the car. Bik is a grown man and I'm sure he's heard the word f*** before but he decided to have a tantrum, likely because he was being called out on his BS, by a woman no less... My customer service experience with Eastern's automotive was HORRIFIC, I am just so thankful that I was vigilant in following up with them and did not fly up there because then things would have been much worse. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY WITH MY SITUATION LETTING THEM KNOW THAT I PAID $140 FOR A PLANE TICKET THAT I HAD TO EAT. NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY ALSO - On the original financing sheet they conveniently added on $25 to the flat rate SC sales tax as well as another suspicious charge of $41.67 for a "business license" fee. When I mentioned the sales tax error they corrected it. Both of those columns had "OVR" on them and I'm assuming that is override. They are hoping they can make an extra few bucks without people noticing, VERY SKETCHY I think this place gives out gas cards in exchange for good reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM read more

Easterns Automotive Group - My text with Bik trying to confirm - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

It was time to trade in my 2014 Subaru Outback and upgrade to a bigger car, with the pending arrival of my fourth kiddo. I had never traded in a vehicle before but looked up my car's value on Kelley Blue Book and felt confident moving forward with the trade-in process. As usual, I started my car search on Autotrader, knowing I wanted a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. From Autotrader I found a Pilot that was at Easterns, and reached out with an inquiry. I was able to do a majority of the process online- starting from the appraisal of my trade-in, to the credit application, to reviewing the final payment I would expect. It was a very painless process and beat waiting at a dealership for hours. James was the salesperson who helped me once I arrived at the dealership. I admit it was a bit confusing, as a majority of my online interactions were with someone named Samee and I was looked at like I had five heads when I got there and asked for him. So I clarified and said I was there to see the Pilot. James took over the transaction and I'm glad he did. He was very friendly, knew exactly what the next step was, and was very considerate of my time. My Subaru was appraised at about what I would expect a dealership to offer for it; I was able to apply it toward the down payment on the Pilot. I felt the price was fair so I didn't negotiate on either vehicle. I'd say total, I spent about two hours at the dealership. James was easy to converse with and offered me refreshments periodically. I am very pleased with my new vehicle purchase and would come here again with another vehicle purchase. read more

We purchased a Nissan Pathfinder back in July and are still as happy with the Easterns team as the day we walked out with a new set of keys! Sean was our salesman and took the time to show us countless vehicles, all with the goal of helping us find what was right for our family. Something feels different at Easterns vs other dealerships. It's less pressure, more of a focus on what we need not what they want us to get. Tawana took care of all the paperwork and there wasn't one hiccup with DMV, even mid pandemic! The car we purchased is exactly how it was presented, no hidden defects, no problems they tried to hide. It was all so upfront and dare I say honest. I should also mention that my toddler ran around everywhere and was a typical 2 year old and they never once made me feel less than welcome! To the contrary, they gave my kid toys and crayons and cleaned up her mess. We will definitely be recommending Easterns to everyone.Thank you Easterns! read more

This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!! Now mind you I've had 13 cars so I'm no stranger to the car buying process! My initial reason for contacting Easterns was because of a recent repo on my credit. I spoke with Vik who was the finance manager. I had MANY questions and he was so helpful the whole time. He answered every question thoroughly and attentively. I felt comfortable at that point making the hike to Sterling to look at a car I had previously viewed on their website. When I arrived Vik had Craig Dewey assist me with the car tour and after only an hour or so I felt ready to make my final decision. I also had my two year old with me and Craig was so sweet and accommodating to her while I made scribble notes for awhile crunching numbers and renegotiating the loan terms. He was very patient the whole time. After I signed all of the paperwork Craig helped with the car seat too. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone! read more

I call about a Honda Pilot today. I was told to go to the Easterns in Alexandria. I was told the car would be there. I leave work early and drive an hour and a half there just to be told the truck in is "recon". Wasted my whole damn day. Waste of time!! After driving over an hour to my confirmed test drive appointment, I was met with a deer in the headlights look by this kid named Eddy. Even after confirming with him the day before that this particular vehicle was available at this particular location (it was supposed to have been moved in from another location two days prior), the car had somehow "disappeared" overnight and all he could do was give me lame excuses about how no one told him and that the company's computer info is unreliable. He literally told me that he could not guarantee any vehicle to be at this location because it's first come first serve. What!??? Then why even bother moving vehicles between locations! And why even bother setting up appointments! I was seriously ready to buy this vehicle but didn't even get a chance to see it. Then, to make things worse, I gave him the opportunity to save the situation by asking him to show me what he did have available within my budget, and he just kept feeding me more excuses and asking me irrelevant questions. Had he been smart, he would have taken responsibility for his screw up and immediately walked me out to the floor. But, no, he didn't do that, so I walked out. He had no clue about customer service and sales. Go find another job, kid. read more

This is the 7th car I've purchased and I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my whole life with Dave and Sean at Directcarbuying.com! While shopping for a 2010 Mercedes S550 with a number of preferred specs I was having no luck and starting to get frustrated. Every time I found one in my area (Baltimore, MD) it was sold within a day or so and/or the pricing wasn't the greatest. I widened my search outside my immediate area and found this dealership. What a gem! Not only did they have the exact car I wanted with all of my preferred specs, but the no-haggle price was fair too. So glad I took the 1 1/2hour ride to Sterling, VA to do business. I completed my own finance work so on the day of purchase, my paperwork only took about 20 minutes, I handed over the check, and I was outta there! I drove away with temp VA tags but Dave sent my permanent tags and registration via FedEx. Even though I live in MD, they handled all the MVA work for me too. To top it all off, a few days after I bought my car I emailed Dave to ask about getting me the Ipod plug that wasn't in the car. In order to use my Ipod in the car I would have had to purchase my own. He could have easily told me no, especially since we had already closed the deal. Rather than that, he told me not to worry and he included the plug in the package with my tags and registration. A great car, at a fair price, with wonderful customer service to boot. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. If you're in the market for a car, Directcarbuying.com is the place to go. Dave and Sean are the best! read more

I should have done a bit more research on purchase of my car. If you are looking for a good deal or bargain definitely don't come to EASTERNS. They are definitely by far not the cheapest ones. I got ripped off for $3000. They won't agree to anything you ask and truly they don't make you feel appreciative as a customer either. 7 day return and exchange policy is non existent. Vehicles are not gases up at time of delivery. Vehicle was not clean at time of purchase. Was promised they will clean it afterwards but denied it upon my return 2 days later. Not just the worst car-buying experience I've ever had but the worst experience buying anything ever. I was an out-of-state buyer, relying upon the honesty of a licensed car dealer to accurately represent the vehicle they were selling. This is something I've done successfully with other dealers. The car was marketed with functioning bluetooth and nav, neither of which it had. When the car arrived to me, it had a flat tire, a malfunctioning water pump, a malfunctioning coolant pipe, issues with the valves, windows that wouldn't come up after they were lowered, a bad brake line, completely shot brake pads and rotors, rust on the rotors, and the aforementioned issues with bluetooth and nav. I submitted inquiry after inquiry to Easterns with no response. I even called the owner and left him several voice messages. Cowardly, he returned none. My sales person, Diego Hernandez, vanished. His backup, Nik, vanished. I was left to deal with the branch manager - Sajjad Ali (who would later try to settle with me not to file a lawsuit). No one offered any assistance or explanation for weeks. Weak expressions of sympathy with zero solutions or accountability. Finally, after forcing me to take the car to a Porsche dealer to verify I was telling the truth (boy, that was an interesting turn), they admitted to the bluetooth and the nav items being erroneously advertised. They offered me $700 for their "mistake" but would only provide the $700 to me if I signed an "acknowledgement of goodwill service" that released them of any liability or claim for anything else having to do with the car. That's not goodwill. That's something else entirely and certainly not the hallmark of a reputable company. By the way, if you don't do anything wrong, you don't need a letter insulating you from your wrongdoing. AFTER coming to final terms with a signed bill of sale, they came back to me weeks later and said they "miscalculated" the sales tax and I owed them another $787 in order to receive title. This is long after I had taken delivery of a defective car and they failed to remedy any of the broken items. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that I purchased the car in April. By August, they still hadn't gotten my tag (which I paid for in April). They repeatedly blamed the issue on my county and USAA (my insurance provider). Pretty sure when it comes to USAA vs Easterns Automotive, I'll take USAA's word. So, I finally told Victoria in their tag department (I use the label loosely since they farm it out to another incompetent third party) to refund the taxes and I went to get the tag myself. Took 15 minutes at my local tag office. I did in 15 minutes what they couldn't do in 4 months. Everything was simple. Insurance was on file and in place. Naturally, I incurred a $1,000 late tag penalty, thanks again to Easterns Automotive. In no uncertain terms, let me be clear - this is the worst possible dealership to buy your car from in the country and probably on the planet. I have been looking for a bigger vehicle to replace my Jeep Wrangler for about 6 months. I decided on the Ford Expedition, and I knew that I wanted to buy one used. I was using pretty much every car search service on the internet, and I ended up finding a vehicle at Easterns Automotive on their site. I was really impressed by the pictures of the vehicle, and I also appreciated that they had extremely competitive pricing. I decided that I wanted to go look at the vehicle one evening after my husband got off work. At the time, I had no intention of buying because I was sure the vehicle would not be as nice in person as it was in pictures. Boy was I wrong, and I am so happy. As we pulled up to Easterns Automotive, we were already impressed with their show floor. It was clean, bright, and with it being indoors the cold weather was not an issue. When we walked in, we were greeted by Randy. He was welcoming, friendly, and he really seemed like he was there to help us, not sell to us. He asked us if we wanted to look at any vehicle in particular, and we told him that we did. He quickly showed us to the vehicle and allowed us to look at it without any pressure. The vehicle was immaculate. It was clean on the outside, clean in the inside, and there was no weird odor like a lot of other used cars I had seen. It felt like I was looking at a brand new car as opposed to a used one. After about 20 or so minutes of me looking the vehicle over, Randy asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive. (I want to add that although I was with my husband, he made sure to ask me my opinion about the car and not just focused on my husband. This is something I have experienced at other dealerships, and I was so thankful that he treated me with respect.) After the test drive and talking to Randy, I was certain I wanted to buy the car. Not once did I ever feel pressured to answer one way or the other, and he was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to do. Once my husband and I decided to make the purchase, he assisted us with getting our financing in place. I normally go in with a pre-approval from my credit union before I purchase, however, since I was sure prior to the visit that I wasn't going to buy that evening; I was unprepared. Luckily, Randy and the financing folks worked with us to provide financing that was almost identical to what the credit union was offering. So we ended up taking the dive and purchasing. The entire process was simple and quick. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants fairly priced vehicles, no sales pressure, and an overall friendly, professional experience. If Randy had not been as great as he was, even though I loved the vehicle, I would not have bought that evening. He is the only reason that I now have a great vehicle after spending 6 months searching. read more

My experience at Easterns Automotive Group was excellent. From my initial email via CarGurus, I received a response fairly quickly from their staff (Rolando). The car I was interested in was just received and was not ready for sale as it had to go through a variety of inspections (safety, mechanical, exterior/interior, etc.). Despite it not being showcase ready, I was able to look at the vehicle and even got to test drive it around the property. Should you go to Easterns, find Craig Dewey. He was awesome, accommodating and was no pressure! Although prices at Easterns are fixed, they were very competitive (as I've compared to many, similar vehicles in a 250 mile radius of Northern Va). Back to Craig D, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and was very responsive. Although the car was not ready, he knew I was very interested and provided updates on the status of the vehicle over the days the followed. Needless to say, as soon as the vehicle was ready, I was in there to purchase the vehicle. Craig was great at walking me through the buying process and made sure I was informed on the services and coverage offered. The finance team also found a loan that worked for me. Overall, a great experience! I would be more than happy to go back to Craig and his team if I was ever in the market for another vehicle. The business staff were great and the facility (and their vehicles) were immaculate. Although this business is out in Sterling, away from it all, I think it's worth the drive out. That said, I rarely write reviews but had to make an exception. Thanks again to the staff at Easterns Automotive. Craig, I'll definitely be sending folks your way! read more

in the market for a BMW X5 - saw one that fit the bill on Edmunds.com - called Direct Car Buying about it, was told the price was negotiable, and that DCB will send the X5 to an alternate, more convenient, location for me test drive - made appointment to test drive car out of Easterns in Laurel, Maryland (I live in Washington, DC) arrived at Easterns at appointed time and the car was NOT available (that blew up my morning) - was told there was a mix-up and the car would be available 3-4 hours later that afternoon - tried to make the best of a displeasing situation and test-drove an alternate X5 currently at dealership, and agreed to come back to dealership later that afternoon to test drive the X5 I was actually interested in 5 hours later, back at dealer and test drove X5 - actually loved the car and was looking to make a deal, when told that the price of the X5 had increased by $1,000 because it was sent from Sterling, VA to Laurel, MD for me to test drive - anyone who knows anything about the DC Metro area knows that Sterling, VA and Laurel, MD are almost equidistant from DC - there was no reason for me to have the car sent to Laurel, except that it was offered, and that was a location in the direction of some errands I had to run that Saturday morning dealership would not budge on the additional $1,000 charge and additionally advised that the price was NOT negotiable first thing Monday morning I called DCB about this and spoke with the person who originally arranged my appointment and called me to follow-up and confirm the appointment, and after promising he would look into what I explained happened and get back with me, he never bothered to return my calls this is a really shady way to conduct business DCB - guess it's no wonder that 2 weeks later that same X5 appears to still not have been sold read more

SCAM. Encouraged me to write a 5 star review before I left, and now I wish I could rate 0 STARS. Already have to put $3,300 into the Range Rover I bought a couple months ago. Complete Scam. read more

They advertised my car as having many features that it does not have. I call that a LIE. They are very slow to answer email and on the business card they gave me, only one number works correctly. FYI--They offer free gas cards for customers reviewing them. read more

Buying a new car usually sucks. You go into it knowing the dealership is there to make as much profit off you as possible and the process can often be an all-day-event, full of haggling and paperwork. Direct Car Buying may be the exception to that rule. After researching for weeks, I submitted an online request late last Thursday evening about a BMW I was interested in. Mikael LaRoche reached out almost immediately, which was surprising considering the time of day. I called him back the next morning, letting him know I was stuck at work. To make communication easy and non-intrusive, Mikael offered to text me any updates on availability/financing/trade-in. I decided to stop in later that afternoon, shooting him a text that I was 15 minutes away. Upon arriving, Mikael and the car were waiting for me at the entrance for a test drive, my trade-in was checked while I drove, and my financing papers were ready when I got back with a very fair offer. About an hour later, I was driving off the lot in my new car. Bottom line: Mikael made the entire process easy and fair. He's a very personable, friendly salesman... breaking the typical "car salesman" mold. DCB's whole model is built on convenience and customer service. Mikael even followed back up a few days later to let me know about a few personal items he was holding for me at the dealership from my trade-in. All-in-all, it was a great car buying experience... which I didn't think existed outside of commercials. Highly recommended. read more
