Prior to purchasing, I clearly and repeatedly stated that I did not want a used vehicle with major mechanical issues. I was assured multiple times that the vehicle was well maintained, previously owned by someone who "took great care of it," and that it only needed routine service and new tires. Within days of purchase, I took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for Service B. Their inspection revealed multiple serious mechanical issues, including a leaking rear main seal with a repair estimate of over $8,000, along with additional issues bringing the total estimated repairs to over $15,000. Although the vehicle was sold as-is, this is not buyer's remorse -- it is misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition at the time of sale. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to cover the rear main seal repair. However, I was still required to pay $2,000 out of pocket for that repair, on top of numerous serious mechanical issues such as: * Rear main seal failure * Tie rod replacement * Steering damper issues * Rear shark fin replacement * Brakes and rotors * Alignment * Additional mechanical concerns that should not surface so soon after purchase This entire process was exhausting and emotionally draining. Communication was delayed, defensive, and lacked transparency. At no point was there proactive accountability or full disclosure prior to the sale. Buying a vehicle at this price point should come with honesty and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly recommend that potential buyers obtain an independent inspection BEFORE purchase and not rely solely on verbal assurances. This purchase turned into a financial and emotional nightmare, and I do not recommend this dealership.

Everything sounded like so great so I confirmed and he said that he'd be there in 25 minutes. I expected him to be late but he was there before 25 minutes as promised. Promises are hard to keep when you're busy but Dennis seems like a business owner that holds true to his word. Talking to him on the car ride to my mechanic, it seems that Dennis prides himself in customer service and always has a positive outlook. I work in the customer service industry myself and I was highly impressed. As a result, I personally recommend him for any roadside assistance needed. The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. The tow truck driver Danny arrived really fast and it took him literally 2 min to load my Volvo on his truck. On our way to the dealership Danny offered me bottle of water and made me feel really comfortable. I want to thank the driver and the dispatch for being so helpful in such a difficult situation.

There was a bit of phone tag to schedule pick up, but no fault of theirs - I even called after hours once, expecting to get voicemail, and still reached someone! They fit me in the next business day after I accepted the offer and gave me a 3 hr window. Day of, they called ahead with an exact time so I didn't have to wait around at the tow yard. The transaction itself was fairly straightforward, just signed some paperwork and got cash. The guy who came out was great! When the tow place said they'd charge $85 because of some missing form (which I had confirmed with these guys earlier in the day they had - the tow place was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible), he spent probably half an hour going back and forth with his boss and the tow place until it was resolved so I didn't get charged extra. He even helped me carry out a box of stuff I had left in the trunk. Awesome service!! Hopefully I don't have to get rid of a car again anytime soon, but if I did I'd definitely call these guys first!

At first, they gave me a hard time having the car inspected, but eventually they had no other choice because the mechanics who can inspect that car are right across the street from the "scam" dealer. It's a Maserati, and the inspection failed miserably. It needs some parts (2005 car) that are not even available to get. It's a total "LEMON". I asked Hector about the aftermarket stereo put in and if it works properly, Hector the "Scam Junk Man" said it worked beautifully. No way possible, not according to the inspection. I asked for my money back and Hector said yes, yet it's been days now and there refusing. I had to call up my credit card company and dispute the charge. You have to be a real dummy to even step one foot into this "Sleazed Job" place. After the inspection failed miserably Hector still tried to sell me this "piece of junk". What does this tell you about Seized Luxury Vehicles? The further you are away from that place the better.
