Upon arriving Ms. Freda and the guys were so hospitable to my son and me. We waited in an air conditioned space where we could see the cars come along the conveyor belt for their wash. My son loved this part the most. We were even offered snacks and the TV remote control to comfortably wait for our car to be ready. I can't emphasize how nice it was to have good customer service at a car wash. Every time one of the employees came through the waiting area, my son and I were greeted with a smile. When the car was finished, we were given clear instructions on how to exit and what to do next. I live off of Annapolis Road so I decided to stop at this location , I was more than happy and surprised to see a familiar face I have been missing at the other location (Jessica). But also irritated and concerned because as I am waiting in the line to check out there was an elderly man on the register and the customer was very rude to him and called him stupid and needed to be taught how to do his job correctly! So he goes gets her she comes over ask the man what the issue was and how could she help he told her he was stupid and she needed to teach him how to ring up gas correctly. She asked him what was he trying to do, he said something about the Rofo gas card she rang him up I saw her scan his phone and then herd her explain to him that it was not working and asked him for his phone number so she could put it in . It didn't work again so she then tryed to explain he then very rudely and Nasty told her she was also stupid and needed. To be taught again, she then told him he didn't need to be so rude she was trying to help he then was nasty again and she told him she wasn't gonna be yelled at nor could he continue to insult her employee and walked away all this as the line is waiting. When she walked away he saw another young lady cooking and said she knows what he needed. She said ok came over and tried to help him also. Jessica went over and stood to the side as to not to keep arguing with the man. He then went over to her pointed his finger in her face. Taunting her cursing and yelling so she then tells him don't point in her face and addresses the fact that there were small children in the store and he need to stop or leave! He put a wax on the exterior and made the car look very shiny. I was very impressed. I appreciate that they travelled to my house w/ all their tools and even their own water tank!
