Do yourself a favor and don't go here. No foot massage, massage chair was broken, barely cleaned my feet, and he didn't go all the way to the cuticle for the second layer. Pretty disappointed, especially for the price.

My gel manicure was streaky & bubbly. It looks like my 7 year old niece did my nails. My nails look so bad, I will need to have them redone. I was willing to just pay the price & get out of there, but the lady refused to give me the change I asked for, she felt she should get a 20% plus tip. I will never go back to this establishment.

This morning my sister went to have her acrylic nails taken off. She came home in tears after her nails were cut up and bleeding horribly. This resulted in ruining one of our favorite family traditions of getting a Christmas tree because she had to stay home and try to repair her nails by covering them in Neosporin while we went to go get a tree. So if you want to have cut up bleeding and swollen nails then come here.

Thick, nasty polish -- look how it's all globbed up on thumb. Awful.

Awful experience. Made an appointment for mani/pedi, both Shellac. The gentleman was doing my toes while lady started removing Shellac from my fingernails using a Dremel, which is not my preference. Also had me soak but it was clear getting me in & out as quickly as possible was the goal. With her grinding away at my nails, him going after dry skin on ball of foot & the chair jiggling away, I had to ask for a break -- way too much going on & my senses were overwhelmed. I mentioned this was not at all relaxing, which was just dismissed with "next time, we don't schedule both at same time." Um, I didn't -- they did. After about a 45-second pause, guy continued pedi. Polish is great but heels feel like sandpaper, worse than when I went in. Resumed mani after the pedi was completed -- uff, where to even start? Nicked my fingers in two spits doing extremely rough (attempt at) cuticle work. Beautiful shade of polish, but thumb & a couple fingers look rough & chunky because the nail beneath the polish looked like Craters of the Moon due to inadequate removal of previous polish. I mentioned it (twice) and was told 1) she purposely left them rough so polish would "not come off so easily" (um, it's Shellac?!?) and then, the second time, that it was just the light and the sparkle in the polish. No, it isn't--nails were left in poor condition with old Shellac still on them because she was rushing. To attempt to appease me, she piled on an extra coat if color and another layer of top coat. So now my nails are rough AND thick with far too much polish. She also didn't ensure the polished covered my whole nail, and then filed the ends more afterward. I'm sure the edges will chip in no time, which I guess is whatever since they look terrible and I need to have them re-done anyway. They look awful, unprofessional and too thick. Very disappointing and I won't return. Sadly, my regular nail place is consolidating their locations and I don't want to drive out to Meridian for my nails, but clearly Luxe Nails is not the solution. Shellac needs to be soaked and scraped, not removed with a Dremel snd I'd like to feel relaxed and a bit pampered, not like I'm the subject of a speed trial. And if I have to mention my heels need extra attention and still have to ask for that work to be done, something's wrong. I'm just peeved and could hardly wait to get out of there. These services were NOT worth $75.

Very nice family-owned business. People who work here are very kind and interesting to talk to. Pedicure was great and I loved the color while it lasted!

    Love my pedicure!

Bad nails versus what I wanted

I went to get acrylic set with my step mom. My nails are poorly done and as soon as I got in the car I started crying. I got black and white nails and the lady was trying to push me to get pink ones. She made me feel as if my color and design she didn't want to do. She didn't ask for the shape of my nails that I wanted and she just picked out a shape that she wanted to do.she didn't sanitize between doing my step moms nails and mine at all... the acrylics didn't even cover my full nails. I'm getting these nails removed ASAP ! And the design I asked for on my nails looks like a child drew them on. Take the advice of others and do not go here. Like others were mentioning she kept leaving to go answer calls etc...there's nail polish still left on the sides of my fingers (same with my step moms as well).:. Super spendy for what you get. 25 minute pedi that cost $50. No nail clipping, no callus scrubbing (or option to add), total let down.

Technician asked too many personal questions-very uncomfortable. I finally decided to avoid answering.

While I've stayed across the street from the salon on other visits, I had no idea it was there. You enter the building, go upstairs and towards the back of the building before you finally find it. The space was very clean and quiet. There were only a handful of people working that afternoon. My nail tech was quick to get me seated and made sure the water was a good temp. I was given a bunch of polish samples to look through. Overall the pedicure itself was great. She did an awesome job cutting down my nails, trimming my cuticles, and taking care of my calluses. I gave a four star instead of five because of the paint job. It was a lighter polish and dried really streaky. The cost of the pedi was what I would expect to pay. And I definitely would go back and just be more conscientious about color choice knowing how this one turned out.

The service itself was great! Went here for pedicures with my boyfriend and this is the first place I've been to that didn't short me on massage time compared to him (I suspect because I get my nails painted and he doesn't). That alone was fantastic! The pedicure itself was very relaxing, and our techs were so friendly. I also appreciated that they checked in with me about how my toe nails looked and double checked before painting them if there was anything I wanted adjusted before they began. I found the pricing very reasonable, it was very clean inside, and I appreciated the comfortable massage chairs. Definitely will be back!
